I placed an order for curbside pickup last night. I get there this afternoon and wait 20 minutes and no one comes out. I called twice with no answer. So I decided to go into the store. They were busy, so I just went to the pickup line. There were 3 people ahead of me. I waited 40 minutes before it was my turn. During this time associates kept walking back and forth between the people in line. No one even acknowledged our presence. When it was finally my turn, it took another 15 minutes before I was finally told that the costume that I had ordered and paid for last night was no longer in stock! Yet I had gotten and email and text message advising that my order was ready. Sounds to me like it was given to someone else.

When I was a kid I was Wonder Woman 3 years in a row . Imagine how excited I was when my granddaughter wanted to be Wonder Woman this year . I was so bummed when I went into the store and there had been only one costume left and it wasnt her size . When along came Jacob like some Marvel angel and not only looked through the racks on his own , he radioed to the back of the store . When he got no answer he went back there and found it himself . . He could have just walked by me , many nowadays dont even greet you in stores anymore . Jacob , thank you so much for making a little girl and her nana so so so so happy today . Somebody in charge there should do something special for you . You earned it angel Jacob ❤️

I was greeted. No hi-float added after paying for it, had to redo entire order. They did not ask for my email or phone number.

Good fun, stuff, will go back closer to Halloween date to see if some items re-stocked

Less than 24hr this is what long waiting lines to get your balloons inflated, and the lack of customer service, this is what $25 bucks for 4 balloons and God knows what kind of mixture helium looks like

This place has went down hill quick! Nothing in stock, store is messy and has a awful smell. Prices are ridiculously over priced.

I hate that they dont put your balloons in a bag, it is very dangerous when you have to make deliveries with loose balloons in your car/truck and can barely see out the windows.

The worst Party City Ive seen. Not too organized and very poor selection. I bought a package of plastic glasses and as they were putting them in a bag, I noticed the package was opened, glasses were missing and others were broken. It was my mistake to not notice it before, but obviously, this shouldnt be on their shelf. I hope they fix this store!

Went looking for a costume, but it was on back order.

I went in for balloons for my daughters birthday. The balloons get a 5 stars but the store is always disheveled, the wait is always long (I only needed 2 little balloons)... I waited 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me when they had 4 employees and the prices seem high. Nevertheless I keep going back there because for certain items, especially certain balloons (I wanted numbered balloons) you have to go there as opposed to Publix or the dollar store. Party City needs some competition to break up their monopoly!!

Was able to find quite a bit of decorations for my parents anniversary here. The balloons were ready as scheduled.***2019 update***Not as many Anniversary decorations anymore but they still have many other holiday decorations and event decorations

Very clean. Doing the mask & social distance thing. Has almost everything you can imagine for any style party or holiday. 1 young man I interacted with was/is very knowledgeable. Knows the store items & what isles it can be found.A very pleasant experience overall. This is a 1st trip to a non grocery store since Covid 19 started. Excellent experience.

Fast free..really crowded after I left. But Chris who answered my calls over the phone was just as helpful when I arrived....ran into some friends!

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Took a few extra minutes to find what I was looking for. The isles are numbered but there is no sign that tells you whats in the isle. The value isle for little plastic toys was pretty sparse. No staff on the floor.

Its too bad that I didnt get the young mans name that helped me at the register, he was very helpful and had a great attitude. In my book A Joyful Spirit goes a long way and its because of his customer service skills that I give a 5-star rating. He had blue or green dreadlocks. Thank you for your help!

Great place for everything for deco every parties and holidays decor. I always get what I need at Party City, All parties, wedding, Birthdays, Halloweens, costumes movie characters, etc. Search party City online, call them and see if they have what youre looking for, theyre very professional and friendly fun atmosphere, children loves it and they dont wanna leave, great pricing, amazing pricing. Check your area.

I had a great experience shopping at this location. Caitlan & Katrina were very helpful when I was trying to get party supplies for my sons birthday. They gave me advice on what I should pick out, what items would be best for the amount of kids and saved me money. Thanks!

If you need a costume for Halloween, a costume party, an event or just to surprise someone special, Party City is the place. We bought pirate costumes to go to Renaissance festival. Found great costumes. Party City is also the place to go if you need balloons! We saw full character sized balloons of Spiderman and other superheroes! Super cool! Oh yeah we went this weekend also and bought costumes for the special kids to be kings and queeens at a special event! Thank you Party City!

They have all that you would ever want

Absolutely disgusting experience. People trying to buy balloons on fathers day. No one explaining the procedure. I waited at least 15 minutes while other people got ahead of me because no one explained the procedure for balloons. Then when I asked how long to blow up the balloons, I was told 40 minutes. I asked if they could reduce that time as I already waited and they said do you want the balloons or not very nastily. The balloon people need to be fired. Customer service needs to exist regardless of what is going on in the world.

They have everything from Halloween costumes to balloons. They are open and only require you to wear a mask.

They integrated curb pick up, I think its pretty cool, I ordered my stuff online and withing hours it was ready for pick up, the website makes it so easy to see which stores have in stock the item you are looking to buy.

Kinda small selection of the regular Halloween costumes of the year, nothing unique. This is a smaller store than other party citys Ive been to, and the costumes are all in the back room. So you have to look at the wall if pictures, then ask a staff member to check it out. I normally like being able to check the costume out on the floor, so this process means you will be in the store longer than you expected.Staff were all very nice and helpful though and kept the store tidy.

I just bought $80 worth of balloons and party supplies. 12 balloons were blown up, I asked for a bag to put them in to be able to drive with them, and the employee told me they charge an extra dollar for bags. And she was serious.Time to find another party store.

First I called to make sure they had the costume I was searching for,She said YES 😁 get to the store NO costume NON , NADDA 😡 found a couple items I could use. Now the line is long and ONLY 1 register out of 7 are open and the cashier had the Energy of a SLOTH 😳😠 after 7mins waiting in line the mgr FINALLY opens 2 more registers and 1of the cashier just stood there until I said NEXT to the person waiting 🤦😠😠😠. No Energy, No 😀😁 NOTHING FRIENDLY OR FUN ABOUT THIS PARTY CITY. Wont Be Returning

Party supplies...what can you say. Its a business to fit a need and they have almost every single thing imaginable to dress a gathering, party, get together, bash or whatever theme youre attempting. The guys were knowledgeable and efficient.

I went in and needed to get balloons for our gender reveal. Unfortunately they were out of helium that day but one of the managers was so kind to help and create a design with normal air balloons and it worked so perfect! I really appreciated the time taken to help by him (I think his name was Juan but I’m not positive) and our gender reveal balloons were beyond perfect! Excellent customer service and very kind employees and leadership!

Great party cityIt is basically like all the others youve been to with the exception of a very involved and friendly staff. The party/event planner was walking around the store introducing himself and asking if anybody needed help. Very proactive and very much appreciated. I did not attempt to buy a costume today so I am not sure how this store handles that procedure. I can say i was pleased with the experience with helpful staff members

NOT SURE HOW IN STORE SERVICE IS, BUT PHONE HELP IS HORRIBLE! ON HOLD 2 DIFFERENT TIMES, 11 MINUTES & 7 WITH NO RETURN CLERK. HUNG UP AND CALLED BACK. SPOKE TO A SO CALLED MANAGER NATALIE WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL!

I saw the photo prop online and when I got to the store the guy was saying the product was discontinued. I insisted that he looked since they did not say that online and I drove all the way to that specific location. He finally found it. Smh!

The workers are nice, helpful and polite but during the weekends it gets too busy and there are not enough employees. The lines are too long and only two registers open. Whoever is in charge of that should get more organized and fix the problem because customers get upset and take it on the employees and it’s not their fault. Some people are just not patient and become rude.

I have to be honest sigh there management is horrible only 1 person checking people out at all times never fails they don’t teach the new workers nor cooperate with them so they Have them struggling and blame them for anything the rest of the staff is barely seen only if they get crowded and customers need balloons but besides that Gone. Not a bad store at all everything is organized a lil or whatever but your teamwork and attitude needs work that whats counts! . Also hire some people while your at it if you don’t mind dueces.

Ask for Juan CORAL Springs .. or Judy DEERFIELD BEACH the Party Planners so nice the care and advise wonderful . Very reasonable always sales going in. Enjoy a must visit before any event children and WOW for adults too . Costumes. Have fun shopping I always do....

I have to tell you I had to go there for some balloons and a few extra things. Service was great got the balloons pretty quick very happy happier than Ive ever been with Party City did not have to wait long fast friendly service

Coral Springs has the worst customer service.

Party City is a much needed type of store. This store was not well stocked, understaffed, and the employees were clearly overworked but tried their best. Its a shame that Party City closed its doors in the city of Tamarac on Commercial Blvd

2 cashiers on a Sat morning lines wrapped around the aisle. No 6ft distancing either! Boooo!

There was a small rip in the hood section of the costume. I ordered online and picked up in store. Im glad I did because it was packed! 25-30 ppl in line to check out. I was able to pick up the order with no wait. Terrible selection of witch hats!

Your curbside service didn’t work. False advertising. The number was busy and no one came out for 15 minutes. Went to the Party City in Boca with no issues. Will not support again.

The wait for balloons was sooo long. Everyone look like they didnt know what they were doing. The staff was inefficient.

When in to get balloon for a birthday. After the lady that was at the balloon area told me that i had to pay them before she could inflate them so I went and did a 45min line because they only had 2 cashiers. Finally it was my turn the cashier told me I had to wait another 2 hours for them to be able to inflate the balloons. Soo waisted my time for nothing. Worst customer service ever. Store was messy and customers complaining about the lack of employee and service.

All you need for a smashing party under one roof. The prices arent cheap but the selection is varied. They even have someone there thatll help guide you based on your type of event. All in all happy with our visit.

The manager Natalie is beyond rude; no customer service skills at all. I was there nearly two hours for balloons, first I was told it would be twenty minutes then she changed it to an hour. When I started to question why she began to be very aggressive and argumentative towards me. She should not be a manager, yet alone in customer service.

Finally I was emailed again that my order was ready for pick up. Order was correct when I picked it up. That is customer service.

Bought baloons online and they were out of helium and had to pay 14 to get them blown up at publix. I had two events planned so the next day, I called and the girl said that they were out bit I went in anyway and the manager Natalie blew them up for me along with some extra baloons. This worked out because I had 2 events.
