Not many mechanics have such a great review thread and when I was in need of a mechanic I did my research and ultimately decided to come to this place. I cannot express enough how wonderful they were. Excellent customer service. Timely repair. Reasonable price. They cared so much that they rushed my car repair because I told them i had a trip planned and really needed my car done the day of. Kept me updated on the process throughout the day and really just went above and beyond. They definitely secured my business for any repairs moving forward.

I am extremely grateful how Matthew was very easy to talk to and explained everything in a manner that I can understand but not in such a way that I felt like I was being spoken down to. Found this place when my bosss car broke down on a year or so ago. Used to really be into cars car clubs that kind of thing and I can speak from experience when I say its hard to find a good shop. This place seems very fair Ive brought the car back a few times theyre always ready when they say they will be and it has never been more expensive than their initial quote.

I have been coming to vip auto care since I first moved to Florida, funny story how I even found this place. I was actually driving my car in the plaza when I tried to break, and my car wouldn’t break.!!! I was able to use my emergency break and parked the car walked in and never went anywhere else. First time here and still in the waiting room writing this review. I have never been to a car repair place so friendly and family type feel. Person who helped me was young kid with a good head on his shoulders. He explained me in detail what could cause the smoke coming out from my car. While waiting here I was listening to his conversations with other customers and he has the same friendly attitude with everyone who walked through the doors. The best customer service by far. I was a first time customer, with an issue with my starter and a bad tail light. When the manager told me he can make it happen, he really meant it. I was finished in no time. I tried another Machanic’s but they were not able to make it happen. They made me feel at home. The best part is that they are affordable. Very honest. This place came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. A light came on in my car about transmission, then emissions, so I was looking for a mechanic...then check engine lile came on and would nt go off.They could have done transmission work and charged me. They checked and said car was fine. No issues. I am so happy I found a place I can count on and trust.

VIP Auto Care was highly recommended by a friend. I have used them 2 times. Each time my car was quickly and correctly diagnosed and repaired. I couldn’t believe how fast they fixed my car. After taking my cars to dealerships for years, I felt the dealerships always added unnecessary repairs and my bill for even small repairs too high. Walter is extremely honest and the prices of my 2 repairs very reasonable. This is a family business. Very quick and friendly service. Also about 30% cheaper than I was quoted by Al Hendrickson Toyota for tires, alignment and brakes for my Highlander. I went back a second time to have a nail removed from a tire and they got me in right away and didnt charge to repair the tire. Ill be taking all of my cars here from now on.

Great service, my Chrysler 200 had electrical problems that required extensive analysis. Walter and Magaly are great people to do business with, they were very thorough on their analysis and extremely helpful, stepping in and dealing with Chrysler for a replacement of the CPU and connections under an old recall. I am more the pleased and will make sure to bring my cars here again.

I have known the owner and his family for over 10 years. He has worked on all my cars, especially my 2008 SAAB 93 2.0T... Walter has (overtime) transformed my SAAB from sleeper to a BEAST!!!... VIP Auto Care was the shop I was comfortable with thus great big project. With everything else done to maintain my SAAB..... at 189k miles, we officially made it into our project car. With a new engine and full on performance upgrade. VIP Auto transformed my 360hp Saab to a 555hp Saab. Mechanically, I would go no further... parts service time.... all precious for me to repeat... I think I have found my new mechanics. Awesome first time experience!!! I went in for tires: alignment, rotation and balance. Took a while to get everything done but my last alignment was done badly and they took their time and fixed everything PROPERLY! The knocking noise I have been hearing in my car the last year and a half no one could fix is GONE!!!!! My car drives like when I first got it!!! They are reasonable and very respectful. Fantastic place. Blessings

To top off all of the stress with the hurricane, today was just the icing on the cake. Due to poor construction that has been going on, on my street for months and not putting out proper signs, I blew two of my tires and messed up my alignment coming out of my street. I pulled over into the nearest area and came out of my car in tears. I ended up walking into a store to ask for someone’s opinion on how bad it was considering I was driving on my rim. A gentlemen by the name of Allen referred me to his friends shop @VIP Auto Care. I called to get an estimate and told them my situation. Upon trying to figure out how to get my car to their shop they OFFERED to drive out to me, take care of the tires in a parking lot (in the rain) and then bring my car back to their shop to finish the rest. They surely didn’t have to do this and I don’t think I can thank them enough. This kind act during this stressful time meant so much and I really do recommend anyone who needs tires/oil changes/alignments etc done to go to them! Thank you Lukas, Matt, and Mark for everything you did today. And thank you Allen for the referral! They are amazing, the best service I’ve had anywhere and I am so beyond thankful for everything they did for me today! VIP Auto Care you rock!!!

I had my car towed over because it wouldnt start, Within 30 minutes of leaving my car there I got a call from Walter with the problem and a solution. He found out that I needed a Alternator, and quickly gave me a quote and options to fix it. He replaced the Alternator on my Lexus and put a Brand new OEM one. I was super pleased with the service and the way that they treated me like family. This really is a family owned business and I will go no where else. I am happy to say that I finally found a honest Mechanic with unbeatable prices!

I have a 2015 Jetta TSI SE. I had an incident changing the engine oil. Instead, I drained the transmission fluid.While I had other budgets that arrived at absurd prices, they offered me a very high quality service with a very honest price and incredible service!I came back again to see why my cars dash light turned on the EPC and engine lights, and it was just a misplaced hose.Once again they dealt with the problem very honestly and today I can say that I have the trusted mechanic whenever I need it!Best service I could have when it comes to caring for my car the way it deserves!this place is not 5 star, it is definitely 10 star!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I was referred to VIP Auto Care by a friend. I had just had a very bad experience with another local mechanic so I was a little leery of trusting anyone. They were warm and welcoming when I walked in, like I was a long time customer. They seem to treat all of their customers like friends and not just customers from what I observed. Lukas and Walter were very friendly. They did the diagnostics on my car and then took the time to explain everything to me. I know a bit about cars and repairs and they were very honest when telling me what actually needed to be done. Most places assume that since I am female that I know nothing about cars but that is not how I was treated here which was a refreshing change. They also fixed my radio while the car was in there so that it would work again at no charge!!! Who else would do that? I have since purchased a new car and I took it in to them the very next day. I knew that it needed a few things done when I bought it. They told me exactly what would need to be done and how much it would cost. They worked with me so that I could get everything fixed that needed to be repaired. I highly recommend them if you need repairs done. They are honest, courteous, professional, and they stand behind their work. They have made a lifelong customer.
