After calling over 22 transport companies and personally speaking with each of them I was petrified about the horror stories I heard. Everything from bait and switch to damaged cars to price changing.I felt immediately at ease with Rueben. Answered all my questions straight forward and the only company who would accept cash upon delivery. Transport pick up in Florida was to show up at 2PM and showed up at 2:05 (talk about punctual!). Car was delivered this am a half hour early! I was given the name and cell phone of the driver so I could communicate if I felt the need. BEST TEAM TO WORK WITH!!!

After making the mistake of going with another broker and wasting a week, I chose to work directly with Leonardo Salgado with Always Available Auto Transport. I had the best experience service with Always Available Transport. Booking was a breeze and they offered several options in terms of how the car could be shipped. Theyre the only shipping company that allowed me to place items in the trunk at not additional cost/charge. First time EVER shipping a vehicle. I was somewhat aware how it goes down as I am friends with a former car transporter. Most if not all you are dealing with is a broker who posts your vehicle for carriers to quote on too. John with Always Auto was great, he answered or returned my calls and texts with no issue. I was a little restless being my first time and my car was posted earlier with another broker whos truck conveniently had no brakes and would not pick up. I highly recommend. MMT was the driver for this load and he did a great job. Even a bonus...his trailer was enclosed to protect my vehicle from the conditions as my charger came from -12 New Mexico to Orlando, Florida. Straight forward flat rate auto transportation service. You can even pay cash on delivery and pack the trunk. My vehicle was delivered a day late, not a problem. I had to call for an update but Jinno was very courteous, helpful and always available to answer any questions regarding the booking and status. I just wish they called me instead of me calling them for an update on delivery. They took good care of my vehicle. I would recommend their service.

I chose to use this company because Ruben offered a good price and honesty on previous shipping quote. Unfortunately when I chose this company he quoted 500.00 no problem I was ok with that, delivery on Monday. He called me back said he found a driver,but wanted extra 50.00 and car would be delivered on Sunday between 3-5. When I contacted driver he said he never increased the price. I didnt receive car until Wednesday. Ruben knew it couldnt be there on Monday let alone Sunday. He lied and ripped me off .

Bought a car from another state, needed to transport the car from the dealership to my place. So I looked around on Google for a good transport company and even signed up to receive text messages from various companies. Got a text from Leonardo and received a reasonable quote. Definitely like the quick response through text! I am currently in school and live 2 hours away from home, so I wanted the car over the weekend I can go home. The car wasn’t released to be picked up until Wednesday before Labor Day weekend, and unfortunately they couldn’t get me a driver due to the holiday. I contacted another company that promised me a driver over that weekend, but eventually changed their mind after paying the upfront charges. That other company eventually got me a driver, but the driver refused to pickup the car because of how low it was to the ground. That pissed me off even more, so I ended up contacting Leo again because of how eager I was to get the car. Got a driver after the call and picked up the car that same day. The car was delivered just in time as I got home. Overall, Always Available provides honesty, reliability, and great customer support and service at a reasonable price. Will not hesitate to contact this company in the future and definitely recommend them.

This is the only car transport company I found that could give me a specific date of delivery and allowed me 100 pounds of items in the car (understandably, had to sign a waiver that they weren’t responsible for contents in car). The price was also lower. Customer service was great. They were always available and accommodating.

We had originally set up to have the car picked up by another broker and he ended up doing something with our credit card which had us boiling mad! Each of these companies work with local contractors so each situation may vary from cities to cities I guess.I had to move from DFW TO DMV within a tight window. On 07.20.20, I reached out to a friend of mine who is in the car business. He suggested American Auto Shipping.After reading their reviews, which were mostly terrible, I decided not to go with it. One of those reviews suggested Always Available Auto Transport.I requested a quote. The one Jean sent me had better rates than their competitors. We finalized the paperwork and I was allowed to add up to 100 Lbs in the car; which I did.There was not any communication between Jean and I until he called me the day before my pick up date and told me my car was going to be picked up at some point the next day; which happened on 08.07.20 as promised. The driver could not park his truck in my apartment complex so I had to meet him at an address that was texted to me by Jean. I didnt sweat it and Lyfted back home.I was told my car was going to be delivered within 4 days. It was delivered 48 hrs later on 08.09.20 with all of my belongings inside and not a scratch or dent. I guess because of a D.C. law, the driver was not able to deliver there. Again, I had to Lyft to a location in MD that was texted to me by Jean the day before.Again, each cases could be different from cities to cities and with which contractor you happen to work with.

Jinno was very helpful with the millions of questions I had. This seems to be the most straightforward company when it comes to the booking and shipping process. I unfortunately used an online quote estimator, and after submitting my info, received a million calls, texts, and emails. Always Available Auto Transports info came via info...wasnt the cheapest option upon first look, but they werent the most expensive either. After researching all of the other companies they were the only one with reliable reviews and information. I appreciate their customer support in helping me figure out a shipping solution!

BE AWARE!!! I made a deposit for my car to be pick up. They came but couldn’t get it. I was told i would get a refund. When asked about refund. I got no response for days. He finally text back and said they had to pay the driver gas for coming even though my car wasn’t picked up. Its best to deal with companys that doesn’t ask for deposit up front just to be on the safe side and not to get your money taken by this company

I arranged shipping for my neighbors car, from Minneapolis to Phoenix with Jean. Very fair price and from the start , the communication was a 10. From the agent to the truck driver, I have no complaint. It was delivered in the stated time frame and you can’t ask for anything more.

Honestly, my auto transport experience with Always Available wasnt all that pleasant. The agent was very courteous and helpful until their broker fee was paid, then they were difficult to reach. When the contracted drivers truck broke down and the pickup was delayed day after day, the person from whom the vehicle was to be picked up was not made aware of the delay. I felt helpless. I realize things happen, trucks break down, ...just would have just liked better communication. When it did finally arrive, my vehicle was severely dented. I didnt see at first, and I do realize the burden lies on myself for a thorough check at arrival, but there was no effort to make me aware of the damage they were obviously aware of causing. To their credit, Always available tried to find a resolution with the driver, but I think Im going to be stuck with the bill. In the end, I wished I had paid more for an auto transport company that either had their own trucks, or at least communicated throughout the transport and perhaps vetted their drivers more thoroughly. Looking at the other reviews, I guess I just was unlucky with my experience, as others transport experiences with them seem to have gone smoother.
