Great staff member named Bernard gave me such a warm welcome to this location! I’m here on a quick business trip/getaway and I was familiar with the cafe in my hometown of Philadelphia so I came in to get a comfortable place to relax and work on my computer. Bernard then shows me a video of the beautiful new Georgetown location and being as though I am not far from there I can go and check out the lovely new space! But I wouldn’t have even realized they built a new Capital One Cafe if it wasn’t for Bernard taking the time to speak and be very friendly with me. It’s important to have those kind of people as the first face that consumers see when they enter a business!

My favorite after lunch spot for some matcha or coffee. Very friendly staff, great menu items, and amazing ambiance. The cafe frequently hosts fun events which are open to anyone and everyone. Ive already turned several of my coworkers and friends onto this place. As long as Im working in Downtown Coral Gables, this will be the only cafe I go to!

Great Peets tea and coffee

Coming in and being able to spend the whole day inside doing work is absolutely amazing. Being that you are a Capital One customer you will receive special perks as well. ATMs are fully functional and handle majority if not all of your needs. Place is spacious and definitely gives you space to be alone and personal if need be. Best part of you need a break there are different activities to do. Best cafe on the mile! 50% during happy hour

Such a wonderful and unique banking concept ! Warm welcome, clean and peaceful environnent. WiFi and plenty of room to sit . I think theres even a outdoor seating area. There was a 50% discount on coffee. Definitely recommend , hope it will stay the way it is...

Its incredible. You know, all these big companies like Chase or HSBC are trash compared to the amazing experience I had at this location. Great food, great coffee, great intentions, great customer service, great amenities. Its as if I had died and gone to heavens bank.

They serve Peets Coffee, they serve Oat Milk, two rarities for South Florida. Done. They automatically get 5 stars. Whos next? LOL

Loved the new concept of having a capital one available in person and not only online. The cafe idea is really nice and cute! They have meeting rooms that the non profits and school organizations can use and they have a common room where people can go and hang out and they have 2 rooms that people can go and work out. They have different activities lined up for the community. It is much more than a capital one atm.

Not because its my bank, but its such a modern way to bank and enjoy good coffee. Peetz Staff is awesome.

Just a great vibe, great events, the staff is really nice, and helpful. They are quite accommodating in providing anything you need; excellent customer service, yummy drinks, umbrellas, Peet’s coffee shop is wonderful, the events are definitely worth attending; money management w/meditation, yoga, moms networking group. You can sit, relax, charge, work, even play games. Thanks Capital One Cafe. You guys are awesome 🌟

I teach yoga there once a week and love it. The place has a good vibe to it. The staff is genuinely friendly. Customers seem very happy.

I love this concept, we visited for the coffee and ended up opening savings and checkings account, best decision ever! Everyone who works there is friendly and really helpful. I just have one request... Please bring the Stevia back... :)

I really love this place. Ideal for pay my credit cards, fast and ease.

I love the flexibility, the availability, and the staff is great!! The only downside is the parking, very little available for free. Have to use Street parking and pay by phone.

Thats a place to do banking, business meetings, read, play dominoes and enjoy the coffee shop.

This place is really only 4.999 stars. Only one Dyson Airblade in the mens restroom.
