Its a Cute little boutique but unfortunately their customer service and the return policy is absolute ridiculous and inconvenient. I was gifted three clothing pieces for my birthday but unfortunately the rompers were too short so I took a 50 min drive to get an exchange . And even though My gift was within the 14 day return policy the store owner told that one of my clothing articles was not eligible for return. The reason being was that my light cream rompers was apparently damaged. The romper had. Little stain in the inside of the romper and 2 in the front. I honestly did not inspect the pieces when I received the gift or before My drive 50 min for an exchange because they were still new and tags were attached. I explained to the owner that I had tried the 3 rompers after a shower and unfortunately she did not believe me. She also proceeded to implied I had worn the clothing with the tags attached to a night out. It really crazy that a small business owner does not treat first time customers with respect and understand that people need to try on clothes to make sure it fits on right. I have ordered many times from high end online boutiques and I can asure you that the quality , return policy and customer service is Desing to make customers feel happy. Simply Aria rose cant compete with the vast market of online clothing store and boutiques with such terrible service.Attached are photos of my presumed damaged 1 week old and one time tried on birthday gift That I received.Not worth the money, the time and the drive!

I came to this store for the first time the other day and I had a wonderful experience! The associates were sweet and attentive. The store was beautiful! They also offer a wonderful selection for what I think are fair price points. While what I tried on didnt work out, I do have to say that the quality of the items were wonderful! Im looking forward to going back and trying again since they get new things in every week! I did end up buying a cute necklace. I also wanted to note that their return policy is pretty common in stores like theirs. Some of the reviews left by other customers seem a little strange to me since store credit is a pretty common policy in smaller establishments. I felt welcomed into the store and Im looking forward to my next stop in!

I’ve been a customer for a few years now at Aria Rose and for the last 6 months or maybe longer, I’m not happy with what I’ve been seeing. For starters, make sure to look at the one star reviews because those are the most honest, and some are pretty accurate. In addition, the company will pass out gift cards to anyone who writes a 5 star review. I get wanting to reward your customers if they have a positive experience, but obviously anyone’s going to write a 5 star review just so they can get a discount.Which brings me to my next issue, Aria Rose recently has started to bring down their prices which is awesome, as Lauren has stated herself that she receives a lot of feedback of why the clothes are priced so high. But, as a former clothing business owner myself, the company does mark up the price 300%. I could name one of their vendors, but I won’t. Just know that 300% is a lot!! Way more than you need to and most likely why customers are complaining.Also, most of the new arrivals all look like previous styles that the company has sold before. This includes bringing in the same style in a new print in addition to how each item looks very similar to other items whether in the past of recent. I don’t want my wardrobe to look like I only wear one style. Maybe try finding new vendors as the ones you use are all the same literally don’t change their styles. What I’m trying to say is that the clothes are no longer original.It’s also unprofessional to hop on Google Reviews and be defensive. I get Lauren wants all positive reviews, but if you preach that customers should be nice, it works both ways.

The store is very cute and you can tell they try to foster a community with their clients. I visited the store once and was treated very kindly by the sales associate working there. The main reason why I will not shop there is due to the lack of professionalism of the owner Lauren.In the few short months that I have followed her store on social media, she publicly humiliated one of her former employees by letting her followers know that she quit unexpectedly and in an unprofessional manner. She publicly humiliated a girl who disputed a transaction with the bank by sharing the girls personal IG page to warn other small business owners. This doesnt include the countless times she goes on her page to complain about customers who get angry with her and dont understand that shes a small business owner. If thats not enough to show lack of professionalism, all her negative reviews here are filled with defensive comments from her. She even stalked one of the negative reviewers and shared the girls real name without any regard to her privacy.Im not downplaying that retail employees and small business owners face challenges, but there is a way to address them that does not come across as trashy.

I’ve been wanting to come for awhile and when I finally did it, i fell in love with the store, the clothes and employees, everyone is super nice and made me feel soo good with everything I tried on! Then I discovered this adorable boutique in the heart of the Gables and i never ever leave empty handed! Lauren and her staff treat you like family and even go as far as picking items for you that they think would look great. I follow Aria Rose on IG and had been wanting to come into the store for a while now. Finally made it out for a shopping date with my niece and we loved it. The aesthetic is so feminine and soothing. The service is also great; the girls are helpful in setting up fitting rooms and suggesting items. When I mentioned I really loved a pair of jeans and asked about a restock they went out of their way to take down my information so they could let me know when they’d be back in stock. I have been a customer since day one and I will continue to be for a long long time. This boutique not only has beautiful clothing, accessories, etc. but is also a gorgeous space. Absolutely love shopping here! The quality of clothing is amazing! I especially love the dresses. As someone who’s very self-conscious about dresses, the ones from Aria Rose have such a comfortable and complementing fit! Customer service is great and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. I’d say the only downside is that their selection is so cute it sells out quickly so if you see something you like make sure you grab it!

I received absolutely awful customer service from the owner. I pointed out that the return policy is unreasonable because the store credit expires and anything purchased with store credit is final sale. The owner very condescendingly tried to explain to me that the policy was necessary to avoid revolving store credit because otherwise the store would “never make a sale.” After dealing with her attitude, I replied that I would be much less likely to shop there in the future in light of the return policy. She then rudely told me that I shouldn’t shop there. Treating customers with disdain and telling them not to shop at your store is a terrible business practice. Given the inconvenient return policy and mistreatment of customers, I will not be shopping here again.

I bought a dress, unfortunately tried it on after I paid for it but before leaving the store; it didn’t fit right. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one, only offered a store credit, for a dress I had bought 5 minutes prior and hadn’t even left the store. I then wanted to apply my credit towards a few masks I was purchasing and I was told that store credit did not apply towards accessories. They gave me a credit for the price of the dress but excluded the taxes. This experience was a nightmare, including how rude they sales associate and owner were to me. I will never again shop here and absolutely DO NOT recommend it.

Great customer service. I ordered online for store pickup, and as soon as I entered the shop, someone greeted me with a smile, asking if I needed assistance. It was a very pleasant experience.

Worse experience ever!I would never go back to that store.After so many times shopping from them I purchased a few things online while the BlackFriday sale and at the time of pick up one of the shirts had a loose thread, so I asked that they please replaced the item. They continue to tell me that they did not see anything wrong with it and that they did not have another one and they could not even issue me a store credit and then there was nothing they could do for me and I had to take the item and that if it broke I could DM them and then they would TRY to help me. Lauren the owner kept telling me it wasnt noticeable. A few minutes after while driving in the car I got a call from the store manager, who wouldnt let me talk and when I told her that I could see the damage and it was inaccurate that there was nothing wrong with the shirt she told me I was being disrespectful when in fact she wouldnt even let me speak.I have never experienced customer service like this and felt so offended. All the clothes that I’ve bought always fit me perfectly (thank you, Lauren, for always doing try-ons and telling us how they fit) and are so soft and comfortable that I always go back for more. The store always exceeds customer service expectations and they’re very “small business-like” in the fact that you can tell them you need your order shipped quickly for an event or vacation and they will always try their best to get it to you!

I am in LOVE with this boutique. Most of the pieces that I wear often now come from this boutique. Their clothes fit so elegantly and are great material! The staff is super friendly and make shopping there a personal experience.

Over Priced Clothing! Rude stuck up customer service. Clothing can be bought a lot cheaper on another site. They just buy cheap clothing from one site and overprice it to us customers. Would not shop here again.

If you asked warranty about your product, they tell you since you already use it there’s nothing we can’t do about it… So if something is in bad condition after you wash it due to bad quality.. stick with it they’re not gonna replace it or at least do something… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏼

Lauren and the girls at Aria Rose are super sweet and patient! The quality of the clothing is amazing and the girls always offer to help you style the clothing with different options available at the store. I recommend them to all of my friends!!

Cute boutique. Awful customer service. Their order pickup and return policy are horrible especially since they’re closed two days of week and have very limited hours otherwise. Lauren owns the store and her mother is extremely rude and is there when Lauren isnt. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from them. Very cute clothes with much better customer service elsewhere. They give you a 7 day return policy but are closed two of those days so you essentially have 5 days to return.

Cutest shop for the every day girl. Never a Monday that goes by where I dont love their new arrivals that go live! Hard to not spend, especially when the Owner treats her customers like friends.
