Bought a bed in a box on Saturday for a bunk bed. Unfortunately the height was too high to meet bunk bed safety standards. They’re charging me 20% restocking as part of their policy which I understand for a normal mattress but this came in a box that I never opened and returned within 24 hours. Very petty for a company that’s been around for long time. Make sure you read the fine print even if it’s a bed in a box. Lot of other options that have better return policies and choices.

Moses was extremely helpful with the process of choosing our mattress. We took the quiz that helped us narrow down our choices and show us our best mattress match. All the top choices were in the store and we had the opportunity to learn about each one and try it out for ourselves. The process was smooth and informative.I highly recommend this store and the sales associates working here, they take their time to show you and inform you about their prices and products.

Amazing experience in the midst of this Covid-era! Moses was our sales associate and was extremely knowledgeable. He wore a mask the entire time and he even provided us with a “pillow cover” so that we could place it on top of the pillows while we laid down on the mattresses. Over the years we have always used Sleepy’s/Mattress Firm for all our bed purchases. We have always been very satisfied with everything from purchase to delivery/set-up.We were particularly impressed with the University Plaza/Coral Gables, FL store and all of the staff that work there: Moses, Alex and just recently worked with Willie. A big shout out to William Cordero who so patiently helped me out with an out-of-state bed order for our daughter during this difficult time dealing with the pandemic. Her former Sleepy’s bed she loved was discontinued so Willie helped us find a similar bed. We are repeat customers to the University Plaza/Coral Gables store.
