This local U-haul came recommended for in town moving as they always have trucks available. The other 3 locations were out of small trucks/cargo vans so this was a last resort. I performed the online checkin complete with credit card, drivers license and photos uploaded. I requested the 24/7 mobile check-in. I received a call from a very rude lady who told me that I had to use a credit card to rent that van and that I could not use the mobile checkin. When I asked why she continued to tell me just to come and have my Id, credit card, and insurance paperwork if I wanted the van. I repeated my questions 1. if they offered the mobile checkin and 2. if the paperwork I completed online was sufficient.The lady said, oh my god, why dont you understand? Did you not hear me you have to come in for your reservation for that van. my husband called back and explained that she was being rude to me and felt she was out of line in her response. I came in with my husband to pick up the cargo van. When the reservation pulled up in their system, it was wrong and all info previously uploaded (and printed to cya) was erased. The lady at the desk, same voice but I have a name now Brenda Carrasquillo, was just as rude and said we have your reservation. I asked if it was the cargo van and she said of course just give me your licenseI gave it to her. She asked for a other persons number to call in case they needed to find the van. My husband gave his cell number and she called it to verify it was correct. She asked for another person contact number. I asked her you need a third number? She said yes. I gave her my mothers number. She stated she didnt like my tone and it made her uncomfortable. I told her I am just stating numbers but I never been asked for my number on top of 2 references to rent a van for a day. She said she doesnt like.my tone and asked me to leave right now.I said ok and left.My money was not refunded as I paid for boxes and things. Now I know why this location always has trucks available. Be forwarned.

Worst U haul experience ever. Customer service extremely rude and snappy. Got charged a cleaning fee for a vehicle I used for 3 hours. Insane. Will be taking my business to Penske next time.

Hottest day in the summer terrible day to be moving but none the less these guys were there for me they supplied water and the Stalls were clean the trucks were in good order they take great care of their customers and theyre always on time and they do a good job with cleaning up after each return and I will always use them to great people to do business with and I cant find a better crew

We rented uboxes and storage from here and it was the best experience ever. They were able to answer my questions and when I needed and had questions about weight tickets for a military move they got the information for me and set it all up. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I wish I could have this customer service every were I go.

The business was quick and efficient with their storage rental services and the employee even set me up with a clicker and card to access the storage site as there was more than one person hauling boxes and furniture into storage. Top-notch work guys!

Needed some moving boxes, young lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Took the time to suggest better money saving options... even took the boxes to my car. The place is small but well stocked. After 20 years of moving around and getting my boxes from U-haul, this is one of the best places I have dealt with. Highly recommended.

My fiance and I rented a Ubox to move our stuff out of a house we are selling in Gatesville. When we rented our Ubox this facility was the only one that had one available. We would have preferred to have rented one from Waco since it was on our way from our current location. We thought that the Uboxes worked like the trucks, that you could pick up from one location and drop off at another. We were wrong.When we asked to drop it off in Waco we were told that if we did that we would be stealing their property and they threatened to call the police. We ended up taking it back to the Copperas Cove Uhaul.Since dropping it off we have decided to use PODS instead as they are cheaper, more sturdy/safe, and easier to deal with the company. I have been trying to contact the Uhaul facility to get access to our box to clear it out for the past 2 weeks and have not been able to talk to a single live person despite spending hours on hold.Very poor service from this facility.

Kristofer is an amazing generous person we had a storage unit and we wanted to take our belongings out few days before but sometimes we plan and emergency happens. So Kristofer was a very generous guy who went extra miles to accommodate my needs. Not only was he professional and polite the few times I’ve been there he has always been awesome 😎.. Thank you 🙏

Great people who go out of their way to make things work out for you.I dont write a lot of overly positive and gushing reviews. But this place earns 5 stars from the git-go. And keep adding on stars because they never stop impressing. These are not friends of mine. Id never met them before using their business...but Id be proud to say they would be some of the best friends one could want. U-HAUL, stand up and take notice....put these folks to work on your training staff.

Good enough for any of your Uhaul needs. Definitely as good of an experience one can have when faced with the daunting task of moving. This is one aspect that should go smoothly.

We rented from this location in February and had a great experience. The staff was professional and friendly.Because of our prior positive experience, we went back in May when we needed a small truck to haul a sod cutter. Yes, we expected the same courteous service. But no. There was a guy behind the counter who was a total cynical jerkface. He talked to us like he was royalty and we were mere peasants. He mentioned he didnt work there - as if that was his excuse for being a prick. But heres the thing: maybe he didnt actually work at that location. But he was there, behind the counter, in a U-haul shirt, dealing with customers. He was representing that location at that moment. He should have practiced his people skills. We absolutely did NOT deserve to be treated that way. The guy really needs to brush up on his customer service skills (or he needs to go work at Dicks Last Resort...)We ultimately walked out and went to another U-haul location.

Very good service. Not five stars because it is not very visible from the road. Otherwise they did everything in their power to provide a good service.

Overall their service is awesome. The issue I had was that we stored our furniture and home belongings in there for about 9 months while we traveled and we were only told we would have to deal with lizards in our storage. I came back to mice being all over our furniture!!! The traps dont work and it was pellets and poison everywhere!!! I have a 2 year old and a 2 month old and I think they are wrong on not telling us that their would be mice/rats in our stuff because I wouldve got insurance to the max on everything. Wont be doing that ever again 👎

Nikki the Manager is amazing not only professional but she is a sweetheart. We had a Ubox travel from up north and she was so extra nice. She took care of my Boyfriend like a true trooper was very considerate and patient. Her staff is amazing as well. Thank you Nikki and the Uhual crew. They were extremely pleasant and helpful. The girl who helped me called multiple places to find the correct size truck and pick up date for me. I would definitely recommend calling them for any uhaul needs.

We had stuff in storage here for about 8 months and they made it a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were well taken care of, and really not a bad price

19.95 for a truck. Ok so we needed a truck to move a chair. Im not exaggerating when I say we used it for under 30 min and returned it and was shocked that the bill was over 40.00. He then goes into an 3xplination on how it would be more if we went to home depot. Blah blah. What a rip off.

I have a large storage building here. Its a bit more expensive than others, but a very secure facility. People are very helpful if theres a problem.

The staff were friendly and the vehicle was clean and well taken care of. The parking lot is real tiny though, just a heads up.
