They are kinda over price compared to other stores online. Overall they have a really nice selection of alcohol. The lady working at the counter is very informative!

It was my first visit today and theres nothing really good or bad about it either way. the cashier was friendly and nice and the price was the same as it was at a different establishment.

I’ve been going to this liquor store for years and never had a problem. I went in this morning to buy a bucket of Margarita mix. I was sitting in the parking lot and one of the girls came out and told me to go on in. It was 9:57. The girl on the inside got really nasty and told me that they weren’t open yet and she couldn’t serve me yet. I told that was ok I would just look around. She practically pushed me out the door saying we are not open yet, very nasty. Will not return to this store. Will take my business somewhere else.

Friendly service. As far as price to be fair, i dont drink it was a gift but i didnt go in shock because of the price. I would recommend because of the friendly service,stock and organization of products.

They seem to be well stocked but i dont go for the liquor. They always do uave the item i need and theyre right in the way. The employee is always nice and efficient . always smiling . The place is always cool and cozy.

Horrible store, owner doesnt pay the IRS and has employees work under the table. Then plays it off like they are hired to do a specific job. Marking thing up 500 percent isnt putting the customer first. Consumers and employees deserve more. He owns several stores but has like 3 employees total. Go figure better get them books straight...

Was in town for the weekend visiting family stopped by here wasn’t sure what I wanted staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me make a decision on what to get everyone was super nice and funny made me feel like I was in my hometown prices were great will definitely come back when I’m in town

I noticed when i was looking at the reviews that my first review was erased. So Im leaving another one. I love this store and its great selection of products. The prices are good. The one that I see in there the most, Chris, is super friendly and very helpful. Hes a very big part of why me and my husband go there. And our friends. Staff was friendly and when I asked if they had a certain liquor, she didnt just say yes and point my to where it was, she went and got it. She actually brought a bottle of each brand they had, so I could choose!! Even the other customers were helpful and friendly. Will definitely return!!!!

My wife and I went to the new store to see what they had to offer. I needed a case of liquor as did my wife. There was a sign up indicating that all purchases were ten percent off. They only had three of the six bottles in stock for both cases so we agreed to purchase what they had and come back on Wednesday for the remainder of our order. We left the store and noticed that we only received three percent (the case discount) off of our order. I went back into the store to explain the error and was told the ten percent that was advertised was not applied to the cost. To my surprise I was told the ten percent was already applied and the sticker price was reflective of that. Ive been purchasing my liquor for a very long time and know what the cost is. They lied. We have never gone back to Uptown in Cove and dont plan to. They either dont know what they are doing or were intentionally deceptive. Either way, not a store I want to do business with. Ill take my business back to Killeen.

Tried to over charge me, never gave me my receipt. When I asked for one the cashier was extremely rude and took 20 minutes to give my money back for the amount he over charged me. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!! NO PRICES POSTED ANYWHERE! $29.99 for a 24 pack of Budweiser, $16.99 for a 6 pack of Hard Soda. Cove doesnt need a high priced liquor store!! When we asked for a receipt the cashier argued explaining why we didnt need one.

Went today to buy a bottle of tequila. The price on the shelf showed $11.29. When I looked at the receipt, it just showed the total charged to my credit card $13.30, which was more than it should have been. When I questioned the cashier why the total was so high, he first stated he didnt know, but then he rang up another bottle, and sure enough it came up as $12.29. I pointed this out to the cashier and he stated that sometimes the system is updated without letting them know to update the prices on the shelves. Everywhere you go, the price on the shelve has to be honored, even if it is the wrong price, but here the cashier seemed to be astounded that I wanted a refund for the money I was overcharged. Yes it was only $1, but it was the principle. Than he has the audacity to say, that in the future the system price is the one they will go with. Well guess, you wont see me in there again.
