The Copperas Cove H-E-B plus as always was great!The staff at this location are always above and beyond the usual H-E-B friendly, helpful and consistent.The healthy living aisle is far better than what is offered at the two Killeen stores.I drive from Killeen to Cove to grocery shop when I have to do it in person.

Great quality of produce, meat and bakery products.The prices seem to be fair and they have a really excellent variety and range of foods.We save so much money by shopping here and checking out their HEB brands.The best part is the staff.I have experienced nothing but the best customer service while finding items, checking out and bagging.Its relaxing to be able to rely on a good shopping experience wrangling my wildcats (children 🤣).

I LOVE my H-E-B! They absolutely care about their customers. That is not gimmick here. I have asked for special items and they always accommodate me. I am super happy to see a top-notch variety of items on the shelves. It make grocery shopping fun because I am constantly discovering new things to try. Their buyers are paying attention to the trends now as well because I am seeing more nutritiously responsible things on the shelves like Thin Slim products, alternative milk choices, and the new Chobani Zero Sugar Yogurts!Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

You’ll find most of your food speciality here without having to travel to Austin. Looking for organic? No problem, it’s here. Gluten free? They have you covered. Skip the trip to Wally World (Walmart) and drive the extra feet over to H‑E‑B. I see you HEB Cove, coming up! I like it!

Going to H-E-B is usually a pleasant experience and this store is no exception.I shop here regularly and am always finding new gems, tasty new things to try and great coupons. The quality of the store brand products is nearly always on par or (more often) better than the name brand for a cheaper price.The people working there also never fail to be in a good mood and super helpful. Had to get help a couple times on this trip and everyone I interacted with was super nice and helpful.This is my favorite H‑E‑B for a few reasons but I highly recommend this one.

As a California transplant, I absolutely love H-E-B after being in Texas for a few months. Great quality produce, meat, and self-branded products, and at good prices, too. Everything Ive tried here thats self-branded has been great (especially the tortilla chips, which are the best store-bought chips Ive found). Havent had a ton of experience with the staff due to mostly getting curbside, but everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and professional. I shop here primarily and highly recommend it!

Pretty nice organics section, lots of options for the vegan and vegetarian minded as well. Tons of meat and dairy too. Usually a great shopping experience.

This HEB is very organized and clean. I do love coming here and enjoy getting my fresh produce here. Most of the employees are very considerate and kind. It depends on who you get as a cashier or stocker. Some of them are very inexperienced and distant but mostly everyone here is kind. I do appreciate how everything is ready and stocked in the mornings to purchase. Also this location has better parking and shopping carts are not scattered throughout the parking lot. I suggest this bakery since their cakes are moist and delicious to eat. The bakery has great prices compared to other bakeries in town, so I do recommend the bakery as well. Overall good quality items and staff.

I love HEB! The customer service, fresh produce, wide variety of fresh seafood, etc, etc. However today, I would like to post publicly about a wonderful cashier name Kat. Although, I have never encountered an unfriendly cashier at HEB, but Kat was amazing! I was having a somber day to say the least, exhausted from all my preparations for the holiday weekend. I went through Kats line, and she was just so bubbly and friendly. She asked, how I was doing, I said, a bit tired today. She rang up all of my groceries with a smile, and a bubbliness that I can not describe; after she finished ringing up my groceries and cashing me out; she said, I hope something great happens for you today that will perk you up. That really brought a smile to my face, and I told her it just did! What an amazing employee! Thank you Kat, you made my day!

I really like this HEB. I early in the morning and the staffs attitudes were upbeat! Kim at the bakery section helped me get a cart because my hands were full and also gave me two coupons to save some money on buying the little bunny cakes.Katie at the self checkout, spoke with me about the delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. Loved this H-E-B! Has a very large selection of wine. We were struggling trying to find what we wanted and Hannah was quick to assist us and found exactly what we were looking for! She even offered us a wine bottle carrier that came in handy. This location also has a large selection of low carb ice cream. This store is very clean with friendly staff. All isles are labeled clearly and easy to see. We will return!

This is my Al time greatest place to shop. There meat Dept, baking and produce are better quality then the other stores.

I love this HEB & I love there delivery service cuz sometimes I have very bad leg pain from my disability so its a great service. The delivery drivers are also very nice.💗

Went through the car wash today and it scratched/rubbed the paint off part of my fender. Then to top it off, it didn’t even clean my tail gate.I know there is a wash at your own risk sign, but I can’t recommend this wash after that experience.

The workers were really helpful when me & my husband were trying to look for certain products but whoever was working on lane 1 on March 24th at 8:01 pm turned us away from an express lane because we had more than 15 items & look I understand that. That would’ve been no problem except for the fact that an HEB worker was in front of us in line & also had more than 15 items. So it’s okay because she works there? 🤔. Am I tripping? Let me know.

This was our first time shopping at an H-E-B. And this is my new favorite store! Clean, well stocked, very friendly employees, and great prices! Since we travel for work full time, theres no guarantee there will be one in the area, but well definitely be repeat customers any time were near one.

OMG!!!!! I have Never seen such an interesting place like this. It literally has everything! What a AWESOME store.

I go to this store to buy kimchee. Its delicious and great probiotic. I like that this store carries two varieties of kimchee. They have a nice selection of hummus. I like buying the organic traditional hummus. Its not overwhelming. I also buy the lemon meringue hummus spread. Tastes delicious on bread. Another item I tend to buy is kombucha. They carry a variety to pick from.

You need it HEB has it. It’s not just your typical grocery store it caters to everyone of all culture and ethnic backgrounds. They always have fresh produce the store is always clean and everyone is super helpful. It’s my favorite grocery store. Just wish they had a grocery delivery subscription like Walmart.

I like this store, its clean the very few times Ive gone in, everytime staff is ALWAYS helpful when I have a question about finding something, and always friendly. I get excited when bell rings for fresh bread!! Makes me feel like Ive won the lottery!! Lol, it has happened 2 times in this store while Im there and Im like WOOHOO!!! We are eating it in the car on the way home!! Yummmmm....The cashiers are ALWAYS nice and I cant recall a time that Ive not been greeted with a smile.. At others.... Welllllll... We wont talk about them today....I dont shop in HEB much..😲😒 sorry guys..Not that I dont like HEB I use to only shop at HEB ... Just that sometimes its just easier to go to THAT other place where Im able to get everything I need for the entire family/home in one place. I wish HEB did that, Id definitely give it 100% of my $$$$And it would be so wonderful if HEB would get chocolate flavored of Keifer milk. I HATE that stuff (yuk) but I have no choice BUT to drink it... And probiotic water!!!! 😉❤Dont yall for get, to 😷😷😷😷😷 before you shop!!! And make note, hand sanitizer doesnt kill everything.. Shop in person if you can. The aisles are always crowded and they are often out of stock on many items. Curbside is a gamble. If you have money to waste give it a shot. You always have to guess what will actually be in your bags and good luck if you thought you could use a coupon. Todays order had a coupon deal to get 3 soda packs for $10. They conventially only had two soda packs available and charged 4.57 each. I wouldnt have bought them at that price in person. But you have no idea until you get home. Will never use again once I am out of quarantine

I have been doing grocery pickup lately, and I love it. I usually get exactly what I want,or something very close if theyre out of stock. They alert you if an item is out or needs to be substituted and will give you a phone call to chat about your order if needed. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They do a careful job of picking produce, bagging my groceries, and loading them up! With a family, it is a welcomed convenience.

First I just want to say I have always loved HEB! We recently made a purchase there for some items that were not in any of our bags when we got home. Ofcourse I called the store right away and was told to come back to the store with my receipt. The cashier at the register insisted she put the items in the bag however they were not there and its totally impossible that all 4 of them fell out of a bag that was supposedly tied!!!!! I honestly feel they made a mistake and didnt want to own up to it. This was a terrible, terrible experience and even though I love HEB I will not be going back. The basically took our money and likely accidently gave our items to another customer. The staff that we spoke with were rude and kind of gave off a feeling like we werent being honest. Word of advice, check your bags and watch to make sure you have all of your items because they will not own up to their mistakes.

Love HEB in general but i absolutely adore this one.The people are great and the service is excellent.Today was the food drive and i didnt realize. as soon as i walked in i had to use the restroom. As soon as i began pooping everyone cheered.It was for a donation to the drive but i thought for a split second it was because of my poop and that made me feel good.

It was a pretty good HEB, but it was out of stock with a lot of stuff, I believe that was due to the ice storm that is going on. And not being able to get the store trucks to deliver their stock. Thats the only reason I rated it 4 stars

I always have a good customer service experience at the Copperas Cove Store. The employees are always pleasant and eager to help. Today he cashier helped me get my groceries out the cart, got me another cart and then handed me over to a young lady named Sarah who wakes me to my car with my second basket unloaded it and all with a smile in her eyes. Her face was covered with a mask but I know she was smiling. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who cashed me out because she was awesome! The best grocery in the area

Today is February 16, 2021. It was a mad rush to wipe out the shelves because there was no power. This whole week there was a winter storm that affected the entire city. H-E-B and their staff came out sacrificing their family and risk their lives to make sure that the city got as much as they can to wait out this storm. Kudos and much love to y’all
