Ive been coming to this pharmacy for many years, the pharmacist are very professional, very helpful, take time to answer questions, provide information. The clerks are if the same great caliber. Folks, this is a great pharmacy, great team.

This pharmacy is terrible. Awful customer experience and no sense of urgency. I have been waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes and my prescription is still not ready.

I went their to pick up my medicine and I didnt really have to wait in line that long,it was pretty quick

Edit: outside of time frames I am super happy with my current experiences with this pharmacy. They are caring, understanding and I cant fully express my gratitude for the hard work the pharmacist do.

How do I begin, rude disrespectful women working there they talk down to you like there better than you and the older lady can’t hear so she yells at you when she can’t hear you not to mention she can’t even use a computer. The African lady is the most cancerous person to speak to, I WILL NEVER be going there again.

Called to have abprescription transfered from a Walmart in CO to this one. They were very friendly and helpful. Had it done within 3 min and prescription was ready 15 min later. Transfereing all our prescriptions here.

I called to see if priscription was ready the lady was very rude and put me on hold for 15 min so i hung up and called back same lady answered no hold. i asked if my priscription was ready she said were working on it with an additude. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER. instead of tkaing customers from walmart

Terrible service. They tell you that you shouldnt be on this medication. And recommend other medications. Even after your doctor has prescribed a certain medication. They dont know your medical history but say you should be on some thing else. Smh ill be taking my rx elsewhere.

Stopped in to use the pharmacy while shopping here to stock up the 5th wheel for our continued travel around the states. Was no problem transferring or prescriptions from out of state Walmart to here Killeen, Tx.

Good place to go if you dont have insurance. Good on prices

Absolutely horrible, rushed service. Very rude employees that obviously dont want to be working. Will seek somewhere else to get my prescriptions.
