Out of every optometry appointment Ive ever had, this was by far the best one! They have the most professional, kind and helpful staff. Dr. Young was so efficient, friendly and informative. Ive honestly never met a more professional optometrist. The wait was short, the prices were great and I have already called friends to reccomended they go here!

Cove Eye are was recommend by my daughter. I have been there twice now and absolutely love them. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Young is wonderful! She is familiar with an eye disease I have and is reassuring about changes in my sight and how to beat treat me.

I have been living in the copperas cove area for almost 2 years. I was not sure when it came to a eye clinic on where to go. My son needed glasses and when I searched Cove Eyecare was at the top of the list. I called I was greeted with the kindest customer service ever. I loved how professional the clinic has been since we have been receiving care here. The staff is wonderful. The clinic is very inviting and clean. I have appreciated the time they take out to make sure we’re safe during this pandemic. I enjoy letting my son go with his optometrist. I would recommend everyone in the counties to make Cove eyecare their new home.

First time to get an eye exam since moving here and staff were friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable . There were a lot of options available and was able to find a frame I liked and had add ins available like blue light filter and condensed frames . Both the glasses itself and the add ons had warranty which I appreciate . Eye exam took little to no time . Overall a great experience and looking forward to when my glasses are available for pick up .

Facility was very clean, staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Dr.Young was very thorough and made exams comfortable.We had 2 appointments and was in the office for about an hour and a half!

This was my first appointment for both of my children and they were AWESOME! I loved the fact that they greeted everyone who entered and each one of them were nothing but polite. They even asked if we needed any help finding glasses. I would recommend them to anyone as I appreciated how efficient and polite they all were. Their prices for both the exam and glasses are also very reasonable.

I have been coming to this office for years. The doctor is great and the staff is friendly. My only critique is that they don’t explain anything. I get a bill with 3 prices on it and I pay it I assume it’s glasses exam, contact exam, and contact order. Nope, just one price is a repeat I guess. This was the second time in this visit that they didn’t explain a process to me. I haven’t ordered contacts through them in years. So instead of assuming that I would remember every little detail; I mean it’s not like the world hasn’t been through the ringer in just the last year (let alone what I may have gone through in my personal life); how about not just being cheerful and nice (which I do appreciate) but do your job and explain everything. I mean I get I’m probably stupid, I accept that I do. Take that into consideration when dealing with the public. I do like this office and will return but just ask everyone next time if they know what is going on. Thank you.

What an amazing experience we just had! Our eye doctor was extremely professional, kind, efficient, thorough, and very classy! Made me feel very comfortable being there with my family. I called Cove Eyecare at the last minute, told them I had an eye problem which wasnt major . The young lady gave me an appointment right away, she directed me to their website to fill out patient information. I walked in with all required documents that I was told to have. I was there maybe five minutes was seen on time, which sometimes I know will not be. I like to thank the professionalism of the Staff. There as virtually no wait. I was able to fill out all of new patient papers online for myself and two kids. I needed a new pair of classes first pair ever. Everything was clear and broken down for. Will keep them as our regular check up.

I went to Cove Eyecare for exam. I have glaucoma so was nervous about a new Dr. Dr. Young was great. First pair of glasses I have actually been able to see out of. My husband saw her for his exam. She was great. He said he thought she gave him the most thorough exam he has had.. We highly recommend her. Her office staff are all so good, so friendly and helpful.

1st time ever having to go to an eye doctor and was a bit nervous. Lori was awesome on going over and showing me how to install my new contacts. The lady from Australia was very helpful and knew her stuff. And there are no words to say about Dr. Young!!. By far the most professional Dr I even know.

We came in and the staff greeted us. We told them who we were and had a 5:00 appt. They young lady said have a seat and I’llBe right with you. A few minutes later she called my first child. When finished she called my other child. Then a few minutes later the Dr. called in my first child and did the exam. They came out and she spoke with me. Then ask my other child to go with her for her exam. When done she came out and explained to me about my daughter. Then another lady spoke with my daughter and showed her glasses. She picked a pair and had a seat with the young lady to get all the info. She inform my daughter we could pick up her glasses the next t day. At the most we spent 45 minutes there. Very clean and awesome staff.

Dr. Young and her entire staff are very competent and extremely professional. I have been using their services for 20+ years and would not entrust my eye care to anyone else.

The eye doctor is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Her staff is generally friendly only today the staff member that did my eye exam and put the drops in my eyes to dilate them forgot to give me the dark shades for leaving. But I ask a different staff member and the issue was solved.

Ive been a long term returning patient of Dr Young. The office is always neat and clean. The staff is always polite , courteous and professional. The eye exams are and through and appreciate the Doctors open question and answer session at end of each exam. This Eye Doctor is excellent with examining young children. I very strong recommend this Eye care office as a family Doctor.

Dr. Young is the best in town. Our family has been seeing her for several years. We made the mistake of seeing a competitor, but quickly learned that Cove Eyecare is where we belong. When COVID-19 struck, Dr. Young took care of my eye care needs so I could work daily, as I am am essential worker. Word to the wise: Cove Eyecare is for YOU. This is a hard review to leave. I’ve been a patient for the past 15 years and have had nothing but good experiences until today. I would like to start by saying the doctors are amazing and that is what keeps bringing me back. However their rude and unprofessional office staff has ruined this clinic for me.Today I took my daughter and they refused to speak to tricare directly to confirm that in the past two months they’ve changed their practices on providing insurance cards. While trying to explain this the manager on duty mocked my family’s military experience, yelled at me and absolutely refused to allow me to schedule an appt with the office manager although she originally said she would. This woman’s behavior and unprofessionalism and refusal to handle my tricare insurance as she was supposed to and flat refusal to read the new policy had pushed me to to the point of filing a complaint for failure to abide by policies dictated by their tricare contract.Unfortunately I can’t find anyone to listen to me to help rectify the troublesome behavior by this member of the staff. So I suspect this manager will be there for awhile tormenting their patients.

I had been sick of using the same poorly made pair of glasses for a few years when I decided to try Cove Eyecare after finding them on Google. I was wanting a new pair of everyday glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. Dr. Young made the exam experience fun and easy. Her staff was very friendly and professional. The best part though is the product quality—what a difference! I now have a lightweight pair of flexible, frame-less glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses, and I couldnt be happier with them! I will DEFINITELY be back for my next purchase of eye wear.

Having better than perfect vision until I hit 45 made me a difficult customer. Eyecare professionals were probably fed up with my complaints and dissatisfaction, until I sat in Dr. Youngs examining chair. She listened patiently to my needs, enumerated the options, made excellent suggestions, and fine-tuned a comprehensive approach that has come as close as I can expect to the visual acuity I had in my earlier years. The front office staff provides excellent service with fitting for glasses and contacts, and has suggested several options that have improved my satisfaction 100%. Love the doctor and employees are very friendly but the waiting time is brutal usually we sit there 30/40 minutes after appointment time and lost at least 1 half½ hours every time we have a appointment . no TV or anything in the waiting room for entertaining the clients while we are waiting. The overbooked appointment for only one doctor .The waiting time is ridiculous .

I never thought I would write a review discussing how much I love my optometry team.Dr Young takes her time and provides a thorough exam and provides great information.Alyce and Yuli assist patients with the selection and fitting of eyeware.The entire staff is warm, friendly and caring!I am so very happy that I found them!

I would give zero stars if I could every time I call them it rings one time n hangs up my son has been going to them for a year and he lost his glasses in the ocean so I have been trying to get in touch with them for a month now and his has migraines for not having glasses going to start with a new eye Dr Im so done with the not answering when pt calls

Totally great, friendly and skilled staff; the Doctor is beyond excellent in terms of knowledge, effectiveness, and patient interaction/communication.Advanced instruments detected something serious (AMD) early in my care, so I could make changes in the hopes of delaying vision loss. This is NOT typical of most optometrists to have this expensive equipment - not even most ophthalmologists.This office is known for running on time. Appointments can also be gotten with relatively short notice.Great selection from high end designers at really low prices, and inexpensive glasses, too, for sun or for reading.I really liked the service and thus Cove Eyecare has my highest recommendation to you over local competitors in Killeen/Copperas Cove.

Worse experiences! The receptionist is very rude. The doctor put my child in glasses, when he couldnt read the chart at the end she said he needed time for his eyes to adjust. After a year of not wearing the glasses when we returned she said he had perfect vision. When I asked why he was put in glasses in the first place she insinuated that he wanted to wear glasses so he faked the eye exam. In the end he should have been able to read the chart I pointed out he was no able and she said he needed to adjust. I went back for a third time, and both the doctor and the receptionist was rude. Will never return or suggest them to anyone!

Friendly fast ans efficient!

I went in today and the problem has been solved. They were great and I would recommend them to others.The male eye doctor they have now was rude to me and my daughter. And the staff is rude except for one lady. I have been taking my kids here for a while but I may have to change doctors for the next exam.

Rude receptionist. ..shes hung up on me while im trying to ask basic questions and when i came in sje didnt sit me in a desk like she did everyobe else to adjust them and etc , she just handed them to me smh

After havening my glasses for less than a month my lens were all scratch up from me cleaning them. I was told that these are the scratch resistance. I lens from Walmart for two years that didnt scratch like the lens I have now
