I didnt know Uber delivered for auto zone so that was a surprise. Texas makes delivering food fun, and now auto parts too!!! The staff are great, the store is clean and well organized and Im in and out quickly every time.

Stopped at the store in Lampasas to get two new batteries. The clerk checked my batteries with their tester and stated both batteries are good. My next stop out in the country and the truck would not start, had to call a service truck out to get it going. This time I went somewhere else for batteries.

I went to Autozone on a Saturday morning and needed to have my battery checked. William H. (who goes by Bill) helped me out by checking it out. I was told I needed a new battery and he was looking at the way it needed to be put in. He then offered to replace my battery for me told me it would take about 10-15 minutes tops. I could not be more thankful for this gesture. I was in need of a battery because I had an interview I needed to get to and he took the time to change out my battery so I would not have to YouTube it and figure it out on my own. Terrible Customer Service3 out of 4 employees stand around doing nothing while there is a line. Run off to hide in the back. I ordered something and its been over a month and I want a refund and Ive been standing in this store for 3mins and one employee is trying to resolve the issue and the others are just ignoring her and being useless.

I went in two by two parts and the ladies worked in there came out to check my car with the sensor they got in the number one and the next day my engine light came on again I went back to speak to them and the manager the manager went off in the price was so high from the day before he told me price can go up overnight I will never go to that place no more OReilly or anything and I wont survive any woman to go there to buy Park us about the Liars working there

Always a great experience when I go there. Men and women that work their are very professional and make you feel like your family.

The store itself is not bad since they mostly have what Im looking for, but on multiple occasions I have dealt with store reps that just have no clue what they are doing. I asked for a specific item, calling it exactly what it is, and the guy couldnt find it, nor did he know what it was. I found it myself in the store. Another time I rented a vacuum to fix my ac, and when I returned it the girl said I broke it because it was leaking oil. It was leaking when I got it, because another rep had just filled it with oil. It is like she had never even seen this appliance before! She proceeded to actually argue with me! The attitude on at least half of the employees is complete garbage.

Staff was helpful but in-store prices are 3x online prices.

Excellent service, as always! Ad I must say, some of the best COVID safety measures in place I have seen at any business.

Three to four stars, I use their parts for many vehicles. Personal and business. If I had to change a coupe of aspects on what they could do to provide a better service would be to step up on delivery times and part numbers. Its the techs fault for ordering the wrong parts sometimes so all in all, not to bad. Part quality has gotten much better over the years.

My mother and I went to autozone to have our 2014 Audi battery tested. The man that helped us dident even know where the battery was even tho we told him it was located in the trunk. Yet still had my mom pop the hood. Then proceeded to Refusing to test it or help us due to pandemic. Saying that he couldnt test batteries in the trunk or car. We both were wareing masks and my mom is disabled and I cant lift heavy objects due to medical reasons. I get were in a pandemic but there should be a better way for this to be handled to help. Also find better employees who have better education on foreign cars In an automotive business. So one star sorry not sorry.

Amazing customer service from Franklin L helped us every step of the way. He not only fixed our issues but taught us how to avoid having it again. The other people in the store especially the females was so unhelpful! But franklin Really kept us as customers.

The Manager acted as though he was being put out by helping me find something. Eye rolling, sighs, his tone of voice, etc. And while there were many products available - he told me I needed the most expensive one! NOT TRUE! How many others has he done this to so as to pad his stores sales??? So I cannot recommend this place at all.

As someone who worked for autozone before recently its great to know there are zoners like Franklin (sorry if thats misspelled) who go above and beyond to figure things out. Each time I have gone in he has helped me figure things out. Have yet to buy anything needless because of his help. I appreciate him taking the time to pull a fuel pump to see if it matched the one I bought online and realized the strainer was inside. Made my first time changing it less stressful with his help.

This is the slowest autozone planet employees untrained. Go in for 2 min qt of oil takes 20 mins to check out

Car battery was bad. Was told the battery was fine and they would not swap it and it was against company policy for them to do so. So they sold me a starter and wouldnt you know it still nothing. Called a buddy over and used his car battery. Car started just fine.After all the troubleshooting I did they still needed a manager to clear the exchange.200$ wasted on an alternator, starter, voltage regulator and ignition relay. My advice if you run into this and they wont change it out just leave the battery in the car with the lights on to kill the battery your self and put it out of its misery.

Orders some parts online for instore pickup. Everything was ready and waiting when I arrived. Staff even offered to install the wipers I purchased, the rest I took care of. Very friendly and professional service and staff.

The associates are helpful and usually can attend to my requests within about 10 minutes. Most items that I request need to be ordered, buy manage to arrive within 24 hours. Staff is semi-knowledgable, but arent experts by any means.

Everytime i go into this store i feel like I have to stand around waiting to be helped and wait to pay. This store is full of rude and incompetent employees. And always short staffed. Last 2 times ive gone for a simple part ive gotten the wrong item.

They do have almost every thing you need but the people were not very helpful.
