This place is a good place for windshield replacement. Although i had to visit twice.They take your complain seriously and keep upto their promise. I had Mr. Adrew in the second round evaluate and fix the problem. Had no other immediate problem, which to me was an awesome experience. I would recommend anyone with similar issue. The coolest thing is that they have you as a life member and have a lifetime warranty on the glassware and any other related case.

We are currently satisfied with the installation of the windshield. The issue I have is that the installer was unprofessional. They crushed my husbands hat which was sitting in the back seat. The hat had only been worn twice. I spoke with someone and they proceeded to tell me that the backseat should have been cleaned beforehand. I understand that but instructions should have been given when the appointment was made. The installer could have easily moved the hat to a place in the vehicle that was not in the way. Very upset because it was a$150 straw hat but material things are easily replaced. Just wanted to let everyone know to clean your vehicles before taking it to get any service done. In case yall dont get instructions .

My windshield needed to be replaced due to a very large crack that had began to spider so I called Chip Control Glass. Talking to Emma and Chrissy was a pleasure. They were both very professional and friendly on the phone and in person. Mike was my technician and he was fast and efficient. I had an early morning appointment on 3/9/21 so I waited in their office. The whole process took about an hour or less. The finished work was great. I have now gone through several storms with no leakage or whistling. The price was much less than I expected. I would definitely recommend Chip Control Glass.

Taken multiple vehicles to get repaired, Mike did a awesome job you can barely tell it was even damaged. Owner and Manger personally check up and work on any issues that might arise. Spoke with Chrissy about getting my windshield repaired she was very polite and was able to get me a quote fast. The windshield came in 3 days later. While waiting in the lobby Emma and Chrissy were able to answer all my questions and were very friendly. Byrun the person who fixed my windshield was professional and knowledgeable. This place does not deserve one star!! We have been back four times within a month to get the back window replaced on our car. Each time they said they did not have the correct window after they had supposedly special ordered the window from the manufacturer. We never received any phone calls or emails explaining any of their issues. After all of this wasted time and trouble we will never go back or recommend them to anyone!!! 😡

My car situation was that my 2012 BMW SUV passenger mirror fell off the side mirror mount.Chrissy, who greeted me in the office, told me that their shop would reinstall the mirror for free. I thought maybe they would have to charge me for at least labor. Less than 5 minutes after talking to Chrissy, Andrew came out to check out my vehicle situation, and he told me how he planned on reinstalling my mirror, then drove it into the work bay. Less than 30 minutes later Andrew returned my vehicle with the mirror reinstalled. Andrew told me it was a simple little job so no charge, but to please remember “Chip Control Class” in Copperas Cove, TX for any future automobile glass work.Chrissy and Andrew were very polite and knowledgeable, and I will return if I need their service in the future.

Amazing customer service. They replaced a back windshield for us close to a year ago, we had some leakage completely unrelated to the glass. Fixed it on a valued customer stance. Amazing atmosphere and amenities in reception area. You get amazing care here.A year later on another vehicle they replaced another windshield for me. The only place Ill go.I want to give extra special attention to the young lady who stayed late and went the extra mile hunting to make sure the proper insurance information was available, saving me $500! I picked Chip Control for a number of reasons such as price and reviews. Today their tech, Andre, came out to my home and replaced the windshield on my car. The entire process was easy and painless and Andre made the entire thing fun and lighthearted even being cool with me watching and asking questions. He was extremely professional and darn good at what he does. It was a great experience all around and when it’s time to have more work done I will be returning to Chip Control

I went to have a large rock chip repaired in the drivers side windshield on a 2015 Freightliner Casdia Saturday 9 am 9/5/2020. The rock chip was too large to be repaired. The drivers side windshield was ordered from Austin, TX and it arrived by noon. It was installed by 15:00 and the price of the installation was reasonably price. The team was very helpful, courteous and went out of their way to ensure the situation was resolved.

Dont waste your money, they dont fully staff some days. You very well could go to get your windshield repaired under their no cost chip repair program when you buy a windshield and have two employees tell you they cant help you. Eventually I got it repaired, but it took hours. Go with a business that at least has a staff that can do what is advertised.

So I have used them once before and they did a great job but this second time not so great at all first I called and got a quote for my a 2016 Hyundai Sonata front passenger door window and schedule a appointment they arrive to my house with the front windshield not what I asked for at all got all the information on the car again and said they would be out with the right window the next day so I was like ok mistakes happen but they arrive the second day to install the right window and come to find out they they ordered a passenger window for a 2013 instead of a 2016 now my wife and five month old baby have to wait another day to go anywhere so if you are gonna use chip patrol make sure your triple and quadruple check what they are ordering or you will be in the same boat I am in right now

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and the phone was actually answered by a human. Then I stopped by Thursday and had to wait an entire 5 minutes for the repair to begin, while enjoyed a free soft drink in an air conditioned waiting room. All the while the technician protected my vehicle with padding while repairing my chipped windshield. Special thanks to Byron, Halie and Melanie.

On the positive side, you dont need much of a reservation. They will take you pretty quickly. They also give you a choice of your going in or them coming to you. However, they do make a big deal about advertising their guarantee, that, after they replace your windshield, they will repair any chips. But our experience was that after they replaced the windshield on my Ford Escape, it chipped right away, and they refused to do anything about it. So Im not really quick to recommend this place, but their price was fairly reasonable for what I did get.

These guys were awesome. There was no wait time at all for getting my windshield looked at and getting a quote, and the quote they gave me was quite literally hundreds less than Safelite for a windshield replacement, and they got me in the next day, which is awesome considering I went into this place at like 3 pm. To be perfectly honest, looking at the windshield after the fact, you can definitely tell it was replaced if you know where to look, but hey, I was going for cheap and fast and miraculously in this case also got good. Definitely worth the money, these guys are awesome.

I cannot say enough about the service of this company. I took a cracked glass table top to their business and basically begged for help in fixing it. He told me he didnt think there was anyway to fix it....but he would try. I figured that it was already ruined, so why not try. He absolutely worked a miracle! Can you still see the crack...yes. But if you just walk by the table, you really wouldnt notice it. I am so appreciative of the fact that he actually took the time to help me in a way that he absolutely said was not in his field. My 2003 F150 King Ranch rear window was leaking water when it rained, or washed. I was referred to Chip Control by my Ford Dealership and what a great referral. Jesse removed the window cleaned it up and resealed it with a much better seal than factory and guaranteed it from leaking 100% for the rest of the time I own the vehicle! I have leather interior and now NO leaks since he came out and fixed my window. Very professional. I definitely recommend this company for your repairs! Im a disabled Veteran and appreciate the job well done.
