Well, placed an order and my credit card address was not correct to the liking of the machine on the other end. The order was for a scope that cost $412. I called and got told to wait until my money was placed back on the card and reorder. In the mean time they raised the price to $502. Called again and got a run around. They wouldn’t match the price nor meet me in the middle. Bought the same scope from Natchez, your company’s loss!!!!!

I have been a long time customer of Grab a gun and have loved buying from them with no issues. I recently bought a Taurus 38 special from grab a gun and they sent the wrong gun. They wanted me to copy my driver license print out a return slip and drop in a fed ex box with the gun. 1st off I dont have time for that 2nd of all what if its gets lost? I bought this specific gun for the grips it had and grab a gun said they dont make it anymore even though they they were advertising it for sale. I said I would keep the gun and they give me 50$ as they had already offered 20$. They said no. Its really sad a multi million dollar company cant take care of its customers. They false advertised a gun come on!!!!

These folks had the pistol Id been eyeing (Beretta M9A1-22) for quite some time, not only in stock, but at the best price online. Ample, clarifying information on their website and helpful previous buyers comments/reviews sealed the deal for me. They even had extra mags in stock, processed and shipped the orders in prompt fashion (with tracking info to boot), and delivered the pistol to my FFL quickly and in flawless condition. I placed 4 different orders of ammo online with GrabAGun. My order was acknowledged and at each step in the purchase and delivery of my ammo I was advised by email about the completion of the step. I was told by email when the ammo shipped and when it was delivered bu FedEx. The entire purchase a d receipt of my ammo took less than a week.I believe that is outstanding service. I also believe the ammo is priced reasonably now.I wont hesitate to purchase ammo online from GrabAGun in the future.

Dont get me wrong, I love their products and pricing, recently ordered many products from this place. I was happy to find these guys for ammo purchases. Their $12.99 flat shipping rate for ammo orders no matter what the amount is good. The problem is these guys ship a single order from different locations, so they get different FedEx tracking numbers. In my case they shipped two of my items from the same location with different tracking numbers. Whats the big deal with that? FedEx requires signatures for ammo deliveries. With your single order being sent separately from different locations or from the same location on at a different time, you might find yourself having to be at home multiple days to receive a single order. A week after ordering I am still watching my three FedEx packages bouncing around to different locations.

This is not listed on the website anywhere but you will be called and charged ANOTHER fee to ship your product or you can pay another fee to get refund and restock. Lose /lose for the customer! Poor customer service won’t ever use them again. They sent me the wrong item and they say it’s correct when clearly it’s just the rear sight and not the front and rear. Won’t even honor they are wrong and make it right they just wanna go thru the trouble and refund it. They definitely need to correct there website cause it’s false advertisement

Total liar. The worst place to buy anything gun related. I paid for 3-5 day shipping. Now Im told 2 weeks fed ex economy with no tracking. Its been 2 weeks already so 4 weeks total what a rip off. Very unhappy. I called visa and got my money back. Waste of time. 10 business days and I still dont have what I paid for and I paid for 3-5 day shipping. Thank God visa understands this is wrong. Was faster to order it from china. Disgraceful.

I ordered 6 S&W Shield 8 round mags. I haven’t tried them yet because I’m picking up my new Shield on Sun. I was SHOCKED by how fast my pkg was received! Just got my Highpoint 9mm carbine , love it , quick and easy delivery , but not easy to track thru FedEx.

I ordered a new AR 10 online from them as well as an Optic and the optic came very well packed and in a timely manner the AR 10 of course was shipped to an FFL near me and it as well was shipped quickly I am very satisfied with the products from them I can’t comment on customer service because everything went smoothly so I never had to deal with anyone but I think that is a good thing. I will definitely use them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could leave less than a one star review I would. I purchased a $2500 SBR from this dealer and waited almost an ENTIRE YEAR for the ATF/NFA to approve my tax stamp. A few days ago I decided to call and check up on it, well good news! It was approved on the 14th and my can was approved on the 29th. I called GAG and asked if they had received the paperwork so I could come pick up the gun. They told me they had no idea who I was, that I had never came in and submitted the correct paperwork for them to send to the ATF/NFA and so they sold MY GUN 2 week ago. MY GUN that I had already paid for and waited a YEAR to get. Every time I called no one knew what they were talking about, hell they couldnt even pronounce NOVESKE. Now they will not refund my $2500 and are telling me they dont know when they will be able to. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. AND MARK - - - - IF THIS GETS TO YOU I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE A CALL WITH AN EXPLANATION BEFORE THIS HAS TO GET TO MY ATTORNEY. I WANT A REFUND NOW

This was my first online gun purchase. I was surprised at how easy Grab-A-Gun made the task. My first worry, finding an FFL dealer was too easy. It was right there, click,and I had a dealer. Terrible, just terrible. Their website is completely in accurate. I called because I was interested in eight different fire arms. Website shows they had all of them, I called to find out they dont, not even one of them. Also was wanting to get a gun appraised. I went back-and-forth via email telling them what it was I was looking to sell. They said they could only do appraisals at the store which, I get it, you want to put your eyes on it before you put a price on it. My problem is that I told them what I was looking to trade in and then drove all the way there for them to tell me that theyre not buying these types of guns right now. I tried to avoid a major inconvenience with something they couldve told me while we were emailing. This place is a joke, dont waste your time. You should find a private FFL dealer.

Excellent experience. I had no money but I was able to use the shoot now pay later feature to buy a Rugar 556 and ammo for that and my Tisas 1911. Hopefully no issues with receiving anything. There used to be time when Grab a Gun was a reputable company with decent pricing. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. They are fully engaged in price gouging. Just today I bought Federal 9mm at Academy for $17. 50 for a box of 50. An ad popped up in my email for the same exact ammo for $45 (more than double) it’s so sad to see them taking advantage of the pandemic like this. Gun prices are also soaring with them as well especially compared to other retailers.I will not buy from them again.

Ordered items online, credit card charged - no shipment or communication after a week. Contacted GrabAGun, informed they dont have the merchandise. Told credit would be issued and it may take up to a week and a half of business days. GrabAGun is selling merchandise they dont have, charging for it and waiting until the customer has to track down the problem. One final note - Never refer to a customer as heyEstablished customer done with this outfit.

The owner, instead of making it right, went through the guys review history to roast his previous reviews on other companies (very professional). I cant wait to see his response to me. I hope its better then the robots are taking inventory in the back and a box must have been sat in the wrong spot excuse I got when I called in. Sad, Sad, Sad.
