Unscrupulous - sales rep recommended a product, said it was a Quartzite and said it was kitchen rated, product failed! It etches like a marble. After contacting them about the problem, we were told the product was a blend. Emailed the owner and his answer was basically too bad, its a stone. I will go to great lengths to discourage anyone from using this company.
