Awesome spot! The representatives were extremely knowledgeable of Cannabis and the different options to treat inflammation. From the time I entered this establishment, I felt welcomed. I felt valued. This is my first time using CBD products so I had lots of questions and was feeling overwhelmed. There were so many products to choose from. The guy helping me was very patient. He took time to explain why I should use one product over another. I ended up purchasing a tincture. It has been a week since Ive been using this product and I must say I am very happy with the results. I have not taken any allergy medications, pain medication or muscle relaxers this whole week which is unusual for me. Im also sleeping better. Before I started CBD, my allergies were raging. My joint paint was unbearable. I was having trouble sleeping all night. I cannot believe this CBD product has replaced 3 of my medications already and its only been a week.Thank you Urgent CBD!

This place has the absolute best customer service. They didn’t have a product due to a shipping error that was out of their control. Instead of just saying “sorry” they gave me 50% & 20% off two separate products to get me something similar to what i was wanting. The employee didn’t stop there, he knew my name from my only other time there relayed that to his manager and he personally reached out with a phone call within 10min of leaving apologizing about the delay and said when it came in it would be on the house. What more can you say about customer service like that. I can’t recommend this place enough. 12 out of 10!

I have been going to the Firestone next door for years. I went in for some work on my car. While I was waiting I walked over to Urgent CBD next door. Now I have never tried anything CBD related. After about 45 minutes of looking around & picking the employee’s brain I purchased a cream for my knee (it has pain from time to time). I took it home & began applying it to my knee. To my surprise after a few days my pain went away. Now granted I have to keep applying it for my knee to feel better. But this solution is much better than the pain meds I had been taken that were prescribed by my doctor. I am glad I found this place. I will return when I need more cream for my knee.

My friend told me about this place. I have bad anxiety. After doing some research about cbd, I decided to give it a try. I went in not knowing what I was looking for exactly. The staff was very knowledgeable & patient. After about 30 minutes or so I purchased a tincture made by Pure. I have been using it for about a week now. At first I didn’t feel any different but after a few days I can tell the difference. I am happy with the results so far. I hope to return & get something for my dog as well.

I was having problems with my neck muscles being to tight and my chiropractor could not properly adjust me properly. I had tried getting massage for the past 3 weeks and still didnt work I went in and the staff was very knowledgeable and recommended a patch and gummies this morning I went to my chiropractor this afternoon and she was finally able to pop my neck back in to place. I have been in the medical industry for a very long time and I am so happy to see CBD popping up in our Texas neighborhoods. As a father of five I am the type of dad to go to Walgreens and look for a quick solutions. But after observing extensive research I have found CBD to be a lot more natural and effective way of treating muscle pains, anxiety, boost of energy, basically feel good naturally. We are not talking about feeling high because that is not what CBD does! I get drug tested regularly. As long as you are sticking with the supplements you will be fine. I have never had an issue.I used to be a frequent shopper at American Shama and CBD plus. Since Urgent CBD opened in Coppell, I have been more than grateful to finally find a place that carries the best namebrand products. I am picky when it comes to namebrand since we have to rely on labs for testing. The variety of products from dog food to back pain to Candy , lotion- Is a lot greater choices to choose from then the other competitors in the area. I am really that big of ordering online because I would rather to walk in and ask the sales person their advice - As to what product I should get based on my particular need.
