I would actually leave ZERO stars if I could. This “service” was a complete waste of money. Free WiFi was offered on my 10+ hour international flight, so why this option popped up on the AA portal is questionable. Upon mistakenly purchasing the WiFi (I was already connected to) I immediately emailed customer support to request a refund. After 2 days of investigating, I was emailed back a response stating they show I used the data and therefore wouldn’t be receiving a refund. Obviously I was connected to the FREE WiFi, so of course data was used. This is a scam and a way to make additional money. Don’t fall for the same thing I did because customer support will be very blasé about helping.
My visit?!?! This is not a place that is open to the public. I am here because I work here. Nothing is sold here, there are no Panasonic products stored here, this is an office facility. Google needs to pull their head out, and not ask me for a review of a non-public place. To everyone out in internet land, do not come here, there is nothing here for the public, and you will not be allowed in without a Panasonic employee ID.
Just had a driver in one of their vehicles almost hit me then give me the finger.Tried to call to let them know and the phone number advertised was no good.
