The ice cream is good as usual. Only 2 nice girls working there. Never saw a Carvel so crowded where the line was actually outside the door. They were so busy I guess they did not have time to clean the tables outside. I think they could use another person. Its nice that they have seats outside.

I was at this location a few months ago and used a gift card, and still have a balance on it. I just went in and was told they didnt know how to process the transaction with a gift card. Obviously its an issue of poor training, and not the fault of the girls working. Ive cream was fine, just a dissatisfying experience.

Missed their ice cream. Had to have their Hot Fudge Sunday. Yummy

I love 4 blocks from a different carvel. I always come to this location though. It’s clean and the staff are always great. They do a great job at this location.

Carvel is always a favorite of mine. This one is no exception. It would be cool if they started adding more flavors though.

Never a disappointment. We skip the Little East Neck Rd one which is right up the road from our house just to go here.

This is the second time in a row I am exceptionally disappointed with this place. The person who helped us this last time was extremely rude. My girlfriends milkshake was disgusting and obviously made wrong. When my girlfriend mentioned it to the counter person the reply she got was “well there is nothing I’m gonna do about it because you already sipped it”... for real? I tried calling to speak with a manager multiple time as none were working that night and apparently there is never one on duty anyway. Can I give zero stars??? 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This location is inconsiderate. I went to pick up my son’s birthday cake and I was an extremely unsatisfied customer. The color was not correct and it looked like a cake for a girl, not a boy. I will never go here again. Aweful experience. FYI The location in Deer Park seems to be the best yet.

2 small cups of ice cream without any toppings for over $16 youve got to be f****** kidding me. and they put nuts in the coffee ice cream which I didnt know about until I ate it - what if I had a nut allergy? Overpriced and extremely overrated.
