Switched over from Optimum, best decision Ive made in a long time. Installation was done on time, made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The service works amazing and great price. I called customer service about spam robo calls, a rep helped me block them. Have never had such excellent service from a cable provider. Highly recommended!

Even if you have been vaccinated and no longer are required to wear a mask the gentlemen inside will stop you and tell you that you have to wear a mask as verizon policy no matter what....Reply: Even after visual proof that the only reason I was asked and made to wear a mask was because that employee wanted me too they sit there and lie to me even the owner lied on his initial reply if they lie about this I wonder how trust worthy they really are

I recommend this place. Very nice and professional.If I hadn’t gone there I would not have known what happened to my iPhone screen. Upon breaking it I had gone to a CPR phone repair store where they took my original screen and replaced it with an awful low quality screen for way too much money. These fellows at this Verizon store location took the time to offer very helpful advice resulting in my beautiful new same quality screen. Thank you!

I have had several issues with fully submitting military documents for verification...Pat was willing and able to work on resolving my issue....He even gave me his contact number to followup with him... being that I had to come back the next morning. As I waited another customer commented about how great the representatives are here....! Though this location is about 3 miles from where we live, I would have no problem going back for anything Verizon that they handle....David

I must say I have been in MANY wireless stores. I have been with many different wireless carriers as well. I have never had customer service like I have had from the people at TCC Verizon. All the people who work in this store are very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all willing to work with you when there is a problem. If you call them because there is an issue they will have you come in and take care of it for you instead of telling you how to do it or tell you to call someone else. The owner is very accessible, which is rare, and returns your calls promptly. He even gave me his personal cell phone number so I could reach when I needed to. The people who work in this store are not out to make the big sale, or the quick sale, they are looking to make long time customers. Dean actually talked my wife and I out of a move over to a different manufacturer than we currently had, because it wouldnt have been fiscally smart for us to make the move. I can only think that if someone had a problem with this establishment that they were not willing to work with them. I will stay with TCC Verizon as long as they are in business, and I tell all my friends and family to use them as well.

I pay my phone bill there and they get the payment. Within a hour love it

They were very nice when they were trying to sell me my IPad. After I got the IPad I realized it was too big and 2 days later went to exchange it. They were defiant and not helpful at all. They gave me such a hard time and 2 weeks later they keep telling me to come back. DO NOT GO HERE!
