The lady that runs the place is nice but very odd.....

We met a very friendly and helpful young lady here. She walked us through the process and prices.

I knew exactly what size I wanted, and the staff on both visits gave me options. No one tried to talk me into something larger or more expensive. They discussed the pros and cons of the tubs. When I asked to order one further out so I could have time when the weather was better to get my deck built, they offered to hold it as a display as long as needed.One of the best things was that the price I quoted included a cover and delivery and set up! No added charges. Very nice people.

I called on a Friday and they came to my house on Tuesday. Marty was honest and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem same day. Rates were very reasonable. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

Marty and Mitzi are very Real people. They treat you how you would like to be treated!! Im in the process of purchasing a new spa from them.I thoroughly enjoyed researching with Mitzi. Ive had a customer client relationship with them for over 10 years in which Ive ordered several spa covers, all kinds of chemicals and had numerous service calls for my old spa. I called in look for a filter for my inflatable hot tub. She was super nice and helpful. They didn’t carry but she searched for anything that would work. Also found me some part numbers. Amazing service. Plan on going back there for chemicals next time

I called ready to spend thousands of dollars on a spa for our vacation home. The lady that answered the phone was immediately rude and was basically yelling at me as if i was being annoying. I understand people have off days but that was above normal. If it wasnt for such bad customer service, i would have bought one on the spot. Make sure you dont ask too many questions our this company will throw a tiffy. It is small businesses like these that are killing the industry for great companies.

Our hot tub was acting up, heater not working, half of the spa not working, we jumped to the conclusion we needed to put a ton of parts into it. Called and talk to Mitzi, GREAT costomer service, was walked through trouble shooting, was able to fix for zero money. Keep this business in mind for your hot tub needs!

Sold me $250.00 of products I didnt need or could use. Unless you buy a spa from Coastal , they will do absolutely nothing for you but rip you off! Coastal services REEDSPORT, OR every Thursday, I asked and offered payment for a small set-up, COASTAL SPAS refused. OH WELL, went with(JANS) COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. .. IS JANS HOT TUBS & SPAS NEWPORT, OREGON. What a wonderful owner with compassion! Jan dosent care where you are, she just wants to see you happy, Jans Newport, you wont be sorry!
