I realize some employees at retail businesses are terrific and some are far from it. I also realize some customers have bad experiences while others have a pleasant experience. All I can say is the several times I have been here, I have been privileged to speak with courteous, polite and helpful employees and gotten a nice, decently priced pair of glasses.

The eye exam went good and I found glasses that I liked at a good price. The staff was polite, professional and helpful. They are busy a lot! Its been 2 weeks and 3 days and I finally got my glasses today. They told me itd take 7 to 10 days. The only thing is I should have got the anti-glare coat.

I was new to glasses and these guys ALL were great! I had to go in a couple times and ended up purchasing a second pair. I live 2 hours away from this store and they went above and beyond getting me my glasses in a timely manner. I got lenses put in my own glasses here initially after getting a second eye exam. Then had to come back for adjustments and every single person I came in contact with was knowledgeable, nice and understanding. Way to stand out during these hard times! I appreciate it and I’m sure many others do as well 😊 Thank you!

Doctor didn’t want to listen to me when getting contacts. Gave me ones that were the same for both eyes even though the prescription for them is not the same. There are many other places in town that are priced the same and offer a better doctor and experience. Avoid here.

They should tell you that your glasses are going to take two weeks or so, not 7 days.

Ive been very pleased with both the examination, and the glasses. They are the only place that will still make glass lenses, which I prefer. They also offer a significant discount for AARP members (30%!) In the past Ive had my prescription filled elsewhere, and the glasses made at the Walmart location, but now I do both there. This is not a part of Walmart, their Vision Center is just located inside the store. All good!

Today I had an eye appointment at Walmart, although I have been here in 2014 and was mediocre impressed. Today I went and was extremely happy with the interactions with myself and the employees. The doc himself is thorough and the ladies on the floor helped me out like you wouldnt believe. Every place is going to have some glitches but from my understanding new management makes for a better playing field. Just so you know I like the new manager, she is straight up. Thank You for the great service and I look forward to my new glasses.

You may be surprised to read that I had my best ever eye appointment at Walmart. It started with The dr, who told me things I had never been told before and really helped make sense of my vision. Then Amanda was absolutely amazing helping me with purchasing my frames. She measured my face and made sure my glasses were a good fit. Coming from someone who always assumed glasses just didn’t fit my face properly, this was a huge surprise. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. You also can’t beat the price!

Theyre always so kind and helpful~

I called the vision center this morning at 9:40 a.m about my contacts that they set me home with and was told I would be called back. They did not call back. The contacts are uncomfortable after 2 hours of use. I guess they dont wantto make money.i need different contacts.

My boyfriend had a eye exam and when he went to pick up his glasses they where not his and was a pair of lenses. Had to wait 2 more week`s for the right glasses. Then the strenth was not right and they dont fit at all. All i hear from people are bad complaints. we will not go there again.

They took 3 hours on a nonbusy day to do a eye exam on my sister.😡
