This is a great coffee shop in Coos bay with great coffee and options to hang out. The store has a really nice vibe and theyve got books, games, dvds in there. I also tried the bagel sandwich and avocado toasts there and they were great. The takeout experience was super smooth too

Im a PA student in town for a month on clinical rotation, and Ive stopped in here several times for breakfast and a caffeine fix. The coffee is good and the baristas are knowledgeable. They pass the dirty chai test - not too sweet, right amount of spicy, and the espresso tastes great while doing its job. But dude, the quiche is delicious! Bakery items also irresistible. Atmosphere very friendly and helpful. After exploring the area a little, Im happy to return here as one of the places that takes the pandemic seriously. They wear masks, require customers to wear masks, and regularly clean. So if you are a vulnerable person (compromised immune system or high virus exposure like first responders or hospital staff), then this place is a safe bet and worth a visit. Many thanks!

I dont even know where to start. Im from out of town and googled breakfast and this was the first and only place I looked at. Looking at the menu, I instantly had to have 1 of everything. When I got back to my hotel I had to take bites of each and you generally have a favorite, I had NONE. The food blew me away!! Outside of the food, the batista was just as wonderful and it was such a homey feeling. Id give it 10 stars if I could.

Oh my goodness! Best cappuccino I have had in ages! The foam was perfect, the shot was pulled perfectly. Not too hot! I will be back! Plus, they are clean and were wearing masks. They also have a few shelves of used books for sale.

We got a vanilla and carmel latte which was perfectly made. It wasn’t too sweet and I could really taste the coffee flavor, which I love. Also had a slice of lemon pound cake and the breakfast bomb, both were delicious!

The coffee would of melted a spoon.....a metal spoon! And the counter lady put the spice cake frosting side down.. 1 star is generous! Sorry,not sorry.

Their London Fog was amazing and their Chai was the best. Quick and efficient service with a great culture/vibe. Great stop if youre at the farmers market.

Best quiche ever! Artichoke hearts and pure deliciousness! The waffle was superb with excellent syrup topped with an egg. Perfect proportion!

Bad atmosphere, real Keep Portland Weird vibe to it. Blatant satanic imagery posted, which matches how abysmal the quality of the food. Oily, disgusting, and somehow soured cinnamon roll for $3.50. The staff I interacted with was rude and dismissive. The mocha came out with GREEN whipped cream on top (NOT requested or informed about!) Being that I was taking a person with food allergies out to grab coffee this was a huge disappointment. Had to throw away most of the coffee, which looked like waste runoff once the sickly green whipped cream was removed. Picture not included because we had to find another place to grab our morning coffee. Only plus about the place is the Vonnegut recognition in the name and imagery.I wholeheartedly recommend walking right past this place!

My rating is only for the coffee, as that was all I ordered. The coffee is great! Downside was you can only order a 12oz or 16oz cup, so if you want great coffee and dont need a huge caffeine kick this is it. Also they have hemp milk, which is the main reason I walked in in the first place!

We came here while driving through town for a break due to the many good reviews. We were rather disappointed. The avocado toast was alright but weve had way better at other cafés in other us towns. The drinks just came in cardboard cups even though it was clear wed eat and drink here. I found the drinks werent anything special eitherAs a side note theres no changing table. When we inquired about where to change the babies diaper the friendly employee said we should do it on the carpeted area of the restaurant (do note we and a regular were the only people in the Café). So we asked the regular if he minds and proceeded to change the diaper on our large mat. Just then the owner came in and admonished us. Even once we told him wed asked he kept going and pointing out its a legal issue (weve googled since and cant find anything that supports that claim). It made us feel rather uncomfortable as we always aim to be as respectful as possible.

So amazing! Service was great and the all around vibe was exactly what you want from a coffee shop. Had the Baklava latte-yummm! And the biscuits and gravy were awesome, I couldn’t even tell that the sausage was vegetarian. We will definitely be returning next time we’re in town.

I love So It Goes Coffeehouse! Tasty food & drink, they even have gluten free options. There is often live music & they host many fun events like plays, art shows & paint-n-sip, to name a few. So It Goes is a corner stone of creativity, were you will find the deep thinkers & creative types gathering. The owners are warm and wonderful people, who add so much to this community.

Highly recommended! We were visiting Coos Bay for the day and just lucked into this place. Their coffees were great, the staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and relaxing. Great assortment of books including PDK, Wallace, Re/search, and Kierkegaard.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere. But didnt like the way they used cold brew for my white mocha instead of espresso never seen it ever made that way. Other then that the people were super sweet and had great customer service and the food was super good.....

I love the decor. And they had some really cool art on the wall. The coffee was well price. But I order a White chocolate mocha and it tasted like a plane coffee with a little creamer. If I didnt need coffee at the time I would have threw it in the trash. I was very unplease with it.

A great quirky coffee shop with great vegan and gluten free options on food and sweets. They have cold brew on nitro, which is my favorite. I enjoy sitting outside with my dog grabbing a quick bite or something sweet. The cheddar bombs are AMAZING!!! Lovely handcrafted food and drinks from a great shop that does great things for the Coos Bay area.

Best coffee in the area with the best baristas and atmosphere! Not many have the knowledge to be a decent barista, but here they can make what you ask for properly. Most other places cant even produce decent foam. You want it right and tasty, go here :)
