I originally traveled to the Eugene Oregon warehouse for there knowledgeable staff and products. You cant beat the companys efforts but they cant read minds, see what your problems are or what you need.So do your homework and get the best products in the industry right here.Retired and Thanks for the many years of service.Tom

Wow where do I start? Remodeling my bathroom and my contractor suggested this place for our plumbing and shower trim needs. Everytime I went in there as a customer I was either turned away and told they cant help, contrary to what my contractor just said. So we get the manufacturers catalog, specifically fo our own research for what shower valves and trim package we want, but the staff at Coos Bay Ferguson still messed up my order and set back my project another week. Family has been without a shower for 8 weeks now. Coos Bay Ferguson customer service is very poor, staff do not put any effort into making sure you have all the parts u need, their jobs would better be serviced by a bot my contractor specifically told them we were doing a shower volume and diverter in one trim, but these inept staff still order the wrong valve. The third time on this project that Ferguson staff has done us wrong. Dont trust these guys at all.Update: the staff have turned this around and have been giving better service as my project drags on. Be specific of what you are looking for.
