My son has taken guitar lessons for over 4 years at ASM. I am so grateful to have found a music school that feels like home! His experience has helped him gain confidence. The staff has always been patient and encouraging to my son. He always looks forward to going to his music lesson. I feel that as my son is now graduating highschool and going on to his next pursuits that ASM should be given credit for helping this young mans growth ! I would tell everyone to take your child to ASM music school, a wonderful experience in every way.

Great place, my kids love learning how to play the piano and about music.

My experiences at ASM are positive. The administers and instructors has been professional and welcoming. The tuition is affordable and my child is striving as a young musician. Ever since he has started music lessons at ASM, his focus has improved, he is above average in the 1st grade, he has developed a strong sense of self, and he gets along very well with others. Also, he looks forward to getting his incentives after each lesson. More importantly, the safety and well-being of my child, was deemed a priority from the first day he was registered . . . It remains the same. Thanks ASM.

Teachers are awesome! BUT the pressure the staff puts on their music festival is too intense. Some kids are just there to learn music not to perform in public, the staff gets extremely upset if you do not want to participate on the festival.

My kids have been going there for about 3 1/2 years and I am very happy with the teachers that they have. Ms. Naidet and Ms. Michelle are amazing! Ms. Naidet is the perfect teacher for my oldest son and Ms. Michelle is the perfect teacher for my youngest. They are assigned to the best teachers for each of their personalities and I love that. My kids have learned a lot and they are always looking for different ways to motivate the kids with different activities throughout the year.

As I said before both my children went there for several years. My daughter was in music in public school as well, on the sax. The public school teacher was an alumni of Berkley in Boston. So was her keyboard teacher at ASM. The two teachers gave her the college entrance exam without my knowledge. She passed with flying colors. SHE WAS ONLY 12 YEARS OLD. So how can ASM be bad?I was also the type of parent to make my children practice, do their homework, chores and eat their veggies. I TOOK A GREAT DEAL OF INTEREST IN MY CHILDRENS HEALTH, LIFE AND EDUCATION. CAN YOU SAY TH SAME?I was realistic enough to know that ASM could not keep loaning me instruments and that I would need to supply the proper tools for my kids. WHERE I BOUGHT THEM FROM WAS MY CHOICE.A bit of advise to young parents out there....GET RID OF THE ELECTRONICS, at the dinner table. At least 1 day a week have a family night. Help your kids with their homework. Sing, dance and play a little together. Be PARENTS! SAY NO SOMETIMES! Discipline your children needed. Set rules and regulations....kids crave and need them. Think about their education as well.

My older son is 12. He is a guitar student at ASM for last 5 years. He is in a senior band, reading notes any complexity and playing great. Its a great place to learn music, build friendship and spend time after school.

Great program with amazing staff to match it. In all of the schools I have been to, this has been the best.

I was with ASM for about 6 months within those 6 months my son had 4 different teachers. They finial found a great teacher that my son loved (teachers name is Nat). Unfortunately it was raining very bad one evening and when I called in to inform the staff we were not coming I received the nastiest attitude. I can see if I was always calling out. This was my first time. I was always on time and I always paid on time without any issues. When I called the director, he didnt even have the common courtesy to call me back and when my husband called he also gave him a nasty attitude. Its very unfortunate because my son loves music.

OMG, I can not believe How the Person that takes the payment talks to you, she was the rudest person I have never meet in my life, It seems to me that all they care about is money and not the kids, I seriously do not even want to come back just because of how she treated me. I think that Management needs to have them take a class on how to treat people and how to talk with them. So Sad!!

I am a single parent and can afford this on my own. The teachers have been great! Even to the point that they have come to birthday parties and holiday celebrations. I have read the reviews about ASM and its teachers. Low quality my foot, FAU, U OF M, BERKLEY and JULIARD are poor quality?Not only do your children get a great education but they make lifelong friends.So YES! to ASM. I give them 5 ***** and 5 thumbs up! Keep up the great job!

The owner writes hiw own favorable reviews. This place is really just about collecting as many bodies in a studio as possible, sell them a ton of things they dont need, then herd them out.The only time anyone has become a good player around ASM is when they say screw it, this program stinks and Ill work on things I can really use. They are often treated the worst for not following the program and then when they start playing great in bands and such, then ASM will try to take the credit when all they do was fail so much that motivated students do it themselves.This would be like if Bruce Lee had been to a dojo for a few times and didnt like it, that dojo would claim then made Bruce Lee the martial artist that he became.

This place is probably the worst place ever. Rude, prejudiced, ignorant. Teachers with no real sense of how to deal with kids and especially special needs kids.The people who work there are a bunch or unhappy, bitter, rude people.DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE!!!!DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE!!!!
