I was really expecting a lot more options and a lot cheaper pricing. For each furniture category I looked at there were maybe 3-5 options. For instance the nightstands were $170-190 and I only saw 3 options.

We bought a sectional from here, and we couldnt move it into our house until 3 weeks later due to a family emergency. When we unwrapped it, we found we got a misconfiguration, and when I contacted the store, the Store Manager, Billi, was so helpful and gracious! She helped us find our receipt and got things setup for the return and full refund. Im honestly impressed by her, and the assistant manager, they went above and beyond to take care of us! Thank you Billi and Paige!

They really organized this place for the better! We came to look at bathroom vanities. Make sure you look over everything that you buy!

Great prices. Its a discount outlet that sells leftovers from other retailers. They have a wide selection including tools, cabinets, sinks, lighting, furniture, televisions, yard equipment, and a variety of novelty items like a fan that sits on a 5 gallon bucket of water to blow a cool mist. The display work could be better, but its balanced by low prices.

This is my number one spot to go look for items when remodeling a home. You can’t beat these prices. Bought sink and tile from this pic but I’ve made so many more purchases for other rooms in my house .

Nice place. You can get good deals, but not everything is. Good for if youre looking for something specific, and have already priced it out elsewhere. Some of the kitchen stuff is priced well, and most of the tools, but the furniture is priced about the same as a furniture store, and they dont really have anything quality.

This place has a great tool selection as well as well as all the great home depot scratch and dent.

Great place to look for household seconds at reasonable prices compared to MSRP on new products in big box stores. This store has become better organized and maintained then in the past, and since the product has changed. Staff are nice and are trained to say goodbye when you leave. Nice touch.

Some good deals on things that are actually damaged or used. But a lot of furniture I saw there are sold at other retailers at better prices. Make sure you research prices before moving forward on purchases. I saw a sink marked at 279 (supposedly 50% off) for less than 130 online with free shipping. Not everything is as good a deal as it looks.

Way better than the last time. It was more organized and Way cleaner. There was still great variety and food prices.

This place doesnt have a lot to choose from. If you buy an appliance here be prepared to get it home somehow on your own and deal with your old appliances yourself. It would be great if you had the option of paying for delivery but they dont even offer that.

Pretty empty not much stuff compared to a year ago.kinda disappointing

Make sure when you shop here to open every box and package of item you’re buying, test, and check all accessories that’s supposed to come with it before paying for it. I called back since I was missing accessories for item I bought. I was told I can’t exchange and should’ve open the box or package (even ones packaged in those nice plastics) to make sure everything was there and working before buying. Otherwise, you’re screwed once you paid and anything is missing. So next time if I ever go back, I’ll make sure to open each and every box or package one after another to ensure that the accessories are included, and that is okay with the store. It’ll be like Christmas.

Customer service very poor. What has our society come to which we accept uneducated to manage stores. Will never recommend shopping here, sometimes its worth paying the extra for managers and staff who are kind, considerate and knowledgeable.

Has gone through an overhaul. No longer a land of miscellaneous returns is now more of a standard retailer. Gone are (nearly) all of the tools. No more shelves of stuff. You can see all the way across the store now.Kinda miss the old searching around for hidden treasures.

I love this store. I got some awesome deals tonight. A lot of projects to finish now, since I got the deals tonight. Just to think, I almost just drove by and went somewhere else. So happy I didnt. SCORE!

This store has changed so much. To be honest too much. I spent a couple of hours walking around amazes at how it has changed. It has become a retail store. All the prices are either the same or a couple hundred dollars different. I looked at a 43 tv the tag said retail 500 selling for 249 and it has a black spy in the screen. Dead pixels. Now I can go to Walmart for 150 or less. I used to love it at this place because you never know what you might find and it would usually be a deal. Now it is filled with furniture all being sold at very high prices. I should of took photos. There was a couch that my daughter bought for 3000 after taxes and they had the same one at 2600 before taxes. Now that maybe a savings of a couple hundred dollars but not what I would of expected from them. They have mini fridges for 360 to 200 with damage to them. You can get them with out damage at sams club for under 200. What is the point of buying dinged up stuff if the discount is almost the same cost or more than a new one. Just disappointing. I bought a tv there last year it was a good value felt like I should of bought a larger one since the price wasnt that different but I only had space for this smaller size. I felt really good about that purchase and several others I have had from that store. Today I walked out buying nothing. Will continue my search for. A good tv for my daughter that wont cost me an arm and a leg.

Went in to look at a tub I saw on Craigslist and found they have a ton of stuff.

They have some good stuff here. Just have to look closely for dents and scratches.

MN Home Outlet has been amazing! Every time I go, there has been excellent customer service and I’ve found amazing deals. Today I found a Delta faucet for $89. The exact same faucet is currently on Wayfair with a sale price of $140. This will always be my go to place for home improvement. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A+

I needed a new wheel for my trailer hitch. When I walked in I asked the first person I saw if they carried anything like what I was showing him. He said, without skipping a beat, that there was most likely two different locations that the might have what I need. He stopped what he was doing and took to the first endcap. Sitting right they was a coaster that not only matched the size perfect, but, made of solid metal. The broken one was plastic. To top it off it only cost$13.00! Great service. Great price. Top people.

Prices have really gone up flooring is $1 or something cheaper than home Depot and Menards and you cant return anything at the store so I would expect it to be away better pricing for people to actually do that so very disappointed but I guess everythings gone up nowadays

They certainly have lots of stuff. Well spread out and pretty neatly kept.

Some good deals, some not so much. They also have coupons out there so watch for those. Lots of Home Depot special orders and clearance. I found the Kitchenaid stainless convection microwave I had just bought for $800 there for $175 with coupon (brand new/no box/prob store display) so I returned the 1st one I bought at appliance store.

I stopped in here with my daughter and her friend one afternoon. Too much fun. Returned merchandise, slightly damaged maybe, overstock. I scored a Cub Cadet lawn tractor for my husband that had minor cosmetic damage for a really excellent price. I was a happy camper. My daughter got a really nice mini fridge. Helpful staff that will answer your questions. Very large facility with all manor of building supplies. Get while you are there or it might be gone next time. Buy carefully and understand the return policy before you leave. Stop in and start the home project with a deal or two. Onsite parking, handicap accessible. Too much fun. Go.

Its like going to a home improvement store that has opened or slightly damaged goods, but you pay half the price! Lots of the items havent been opened, still great prices! Not to many people know about this place, but worth going to check out!

Our experience was great. The employees were all very knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions. Also the prices where reasonable. We walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out with a couch that was perfect for our needs.

I had to go to exchange a REFURBISHED TV I HAD PURCHASED A COUPLA WEEKS OR SO BEFORE, FOR ANOTHER REFURBISHED ONE, WHICH IM NOT SURE IS BETTER. Buyer BEWARE!!! They sell products with missing pieces and then blame the customer for not knowing what they are buying. I bought a faucet for my new home vanity and it did not come with the drain. I also bought a shower head that did not come with some of the bolts needed to hook it up, even though the packaging stated it was supposed to be in there. They would not return one item and gave me in store credit only for the other. Save yourself the headache, time and money and shop somewhere where they take accountability for selling defective products. Wasted $200.00 shopping at this store.

Nice large place to find every day appliances, as well as repair tools and equipment. Bright green paint on the inside to make store feel outdoorsy right next to the entrance youll find bathroom related products and the register, to the left of entrance you will find electronics and kitchen stuff. Theres much more than I can fit in this review, however any home related item will most likely be in this store!

Seemed a little overpriced for the quality of product they had. Had a lot of damage or dented product it is Surplus Store with overly price used some new product not my kind of store

I wish I knew about this place before I bought a lot of my tools. This is the place to go if you need any hand tools that are a little specialized. I needed a 5/8drill bit and it was about 1/2 here. They have a crazy hand tool sale going on now right before the holidays, you should check it out.Minus 1 star for their return policy.

Okay my first visit I thought this was going to be my new favorite store until I realized that the great deals ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Like they say, you get what you pay for. Multiple times now I have been sold ABSOLUTE JUNK that doesnt even work. Some of the prices seem great until you realize you can buy them new at Menards or other places for almost the same price without the bad return policy or risk that it will be damaged and you will have to exchange it.

False Advertising! The store posts signs saying Holiday Sale - 65% off tools $5 or less. When you try to check out they charge full price. I showed the sales clerk the sign and she said that they were already discounted and the sign didnt apply. The prices were exactly the same as a couple months ago when items werent on Holiday Sale.The store has good prices if you can find the exact item you need, but dont expect them to honor any sale or coupon you receive in the mail. They always have a loophole on why it doesnt apply.

Over priced and rude employees

It’s really hit or miss, Burnsville seems to have a better operation down. This location seems great for tools, lighting, and auto. But not great for outdoor, furniture, technology, or mowers, Burnsville is better. Highly suggest using a valpak coupon, I have had those for 10-20% off. It is a buyer beware store, all the products are essentially Home Depot returns being salvaged.

1st time here very impressed with them and their inventory definitely will be back because things are constantly changing Great prices one of a kind items

This place has a little bit of everything you would need to renovate or upgrade your house. Wonderful pricing on all the products. Only downfall is you might not have enough a certain products to do what projects you want. But the price is always right.

I just found out they post items on Craigslist. Better hurry, the good items go FAST! Stop in daily if youre looking for something specific because inventory changes daily. CAUTION: inspect merchandise carefully as parts may be missing or broken - but there are great deals to be had if youre willing to take the time to search and inspect. HAPPY HUNTING!!

Very nice clean store, and nice selection of products in the building. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clarissa, helped me try and resolve a couple issues that I had, and she had zero hesitation and solved the issues quick. Shes very knowledgeable of her job, and the other staff seemed to really enjoy working with her. I will for sure be going back to this place, for all the things I need home related.

This store is all discount liquidation, most of the products they sell are usually slightly damaged. Also the return policy is 14 days, and only if theres a serious problem, and only if its something like a lawn mower that doesnt start or a television that doesnt turn on. They dont do returns on most items, but if you know what youre looking for its a good place for cheap diy projects

This place is a GEM and one of my favorite stores.. but you have to think of it as Home Improvement Lottery - the prices are great but the selection can be unpredictable and rotates often so you have to be willing to put in a little work to find what you need. If you have the time to come here often, pay attention to their specials and the letters on the tags of the items. I know a few people who have stocked up for home improvement projects at what amounts to close to 75-80% off retail

Good place to find good deals. They sell old or returned stock from HD, and other major home improvement stores.... Lots of scratches and dents on a number of items so be sure to check over everything really well.

Imagine a home improvement store for bargain hunters and dumpster divers. You never know what they might have. Some of it is in fair to rough shape, but if youve got a sharp eye you can find some real gems for 50% off retail. Example: I found a $50 spotlight I wanted that looked like hell, but inside the packaging the item was pristine, paid $25. It seems that a ton of their stuff is returns, overstock, and open box items from Home Depot.

Great place to pick up some deals. The store does carry both new and slightly used items so you do have to inspect and pay attention, but Ive saved a ton of money on brand new items, in most cases much more than the 50% off most items are already at. Staff are helpful in locating items and will help check stuff over the phone. The website has been helpful finding stuff in stock before heading out, however the Burnsville location doesnt always seem to update their stock online as often as the others. Store can be a little chaotic at times, bit when you are getting daily random inventory its understandable in my opinion. Will continue to shop there and recommend it.

Used to have better stuff and deals when it was just one store not 3 now. U can go to all three stores and have 3 different prices on the same thing. Kinda disappointedId like to see them keep there tolson tools stocked better as well

I discovered this place by accident back in October and have found several great deals. Its hit and miss on some things but it really depends on what you are there looking for. Lots of great deals all around!

It is amazing how many things you can have in a store to fix up your home at discounted prices. I am thinking that these are Home Depot seconds for everything and they ship it to this facility in a mark it for sale maybe about a third less than buying it in the store.

They have some neat things on the cheap that I wish id had known they had before shopping at alot of other places for tools. And they leave you alone. Didnt have one employee ask me if I needed help or greet me...

I purchased what was supposed to be a new gun safe over the phone. When I went to pick it up they did not let me inspect it and loaded it into my trailer. After driving two hours home and unloading it I learned that parts were missing and the gave me a much smaller and less valuable gun safe than I paid for!!!! Now my only option is to rent moving equipment and a trailer again, drive back two hours, and return it! What a waste of time and money
