When it comes to affordable genuine replacement parts for most any appliances I wouldnt consider anyone else but Dey Distributing. They have a very friendly knowledgeable staff that will go to great lengths to help and find exactly what you need. They have always had what Ive needed on the shelf and if asked, will give you tips on the best way to accomplish your task. Prices are decent, I bought a dryer belt from them last week and Dey was three (3) dollars lower than anything I found online!! My hats off to these wonderful folks.

I have had great fortune to find the replacement parts I need to fix a variety of appliances in my home. Easy to search and find parts online, and have always had good customer service when I need to call and check if a part is available to pick up. They are my go-to if something one of my appliances needs a replacement part.

One of the locations probably has the part you need for your furnace or appliance. That said tradewinds in Isanti might have it for half the price. Dey will have it but you pay a premium for it

Extremely poor customer service!!! They are happy to take your money as long as it requires minimal effort on their part. So easy to find appliance parts on the internet, my recommendation is to spend your money someplace else.

This store is making money off of supply and demand. Prices are half the price online, but if your in a pinch you will buy it. I will give 3 stars for how nice the lady was who helped me, and they were cheaper than Grainger.

Super happy with the knowledgeable employee especially with her words of encouragement. Not everyday you get the confidence to open up an appliance and to replace a part. There is a huge benefit to a public facing store like this as a $31 gamble that my furnace was broken because of a part and I can buy it today versus waiting for an online retailer.

Customer Service sucks, I was about to be a new account that works for a large apartment building in which we would have needed to order a lot of parts monthly but the rep that answered was rude and didnt have the time of day for me so we will not be giving our business to Dey. Figure out how to talk to humans!

Ive shopped here a number of times over the last twenty years. Always received prompt, courteous service and high quality parts. A large parking lot for easy in and out. They have a large inventory of parts and if its not in stock Ive always received it the next day.

I bought some gaskets which I did not install on the fridge and was told I could not return them. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful and I will not be taking my business here as long as I have other options. The gentleman I spoke with at Vadnais Hights set unclear expectations to me about the gaskets being non returnable. And now I am out 110 dollars. Not a good way to do business or to loose a customer over.

Unbelievable I bought a $139 gasket for my home washing machine 2 months ago, which was $80 on Amazon. I went in today with the unopened box and the receipt In which case the store clerk and the manager told me they would not return the item because it has been over 45 days, not only that they would not even give me store credit. The excuse was the computer would not let them do it. I have been coming here for my business and home for years along with referring my customers here. I will never refer or do business with this company again. In this day and age where customer service is one thing that you can do to separate yourself from the competition you have failed. Especially when your competitors are willing to do so for a much cheaper price.

I never wright any review. but today experience in this store was very bad. went to get part for my husband. I took the Part what I want model number everything was there. I even saw the Part in store. but lady behind the counter was so rude and was not helping at all. (if you dont want to work why are you in store) she refuse to give me the part. she said its not the same one go buy it online.dont wast your time going on this store. its wast of time.

My husband stopped in this morning to get a new element for our oven. He brought in the piece but forgot model number. The lady behind the counter was super rude, not helpful at all, and acted like he was an idiot because he didn’t know where the model number would be located on our oven. Last time we visited this store, we only brought in only the element and a super friendly, helpful guy got us exactly what we needed. Coming from someone who works strictly in customer service, had I been there with my husband, I would have had a few things to say to someone who clearly has no idea how to speak to customers.

First time there heavier set lady was real rude and short with me. Got home phoned in the information that was needed and talked to a guy, he was really helpful and polite. Second time (next day) there same heavier set lady same short attitude, while the short petite lady was being rude with another customer.Note to any customers: try to deal with the guy that answers the phone, he will be the most helpful. And they had my part.

When your store charges 2 times more than anything online and force charge a restocking fee for an unopened box item. You cant even refund my card back right there and then insteas say that you will have to mail it to me my refund is a joke. I should charge you a 20% convenience charge for having to put up with it.

I appreciate Dey Distributing for having parts when I need them. You definitely pay more for them. I was disappointed yesterday when it was 95 degrees out and they had my part for the A/C. It was 20 minutes until close and I was 20 minutes away. I asked if he could give me some grace and possibly wait 5 minutes past close. He wasnt. I made it there at 5:27 to get the part. I was a little disappointed that he didnt show a little compassion.

Ive purchased parts for my gas grill from them for years. They always have what I need and cheaper than anywhere else.Recently I needed a replacement drain hose for my Kenmore washer and couldnt get it from Sears or anyone else without waiting a week for delivery, but Dey had it in stock, and cheaper than anyone else. I love Dey!

Ive shopped here on a number of occasions to get parts for home appliance repairs. I love the fact that there is a local place that has parts in stock but the service isnt great and the prices are high. Ive had to drive to their Vadnais Heights location more than once to get a part that wasnt stocked in Coon Rapids.

I was thrilled to find out that Deys is still around! In 5 seconds the gal found my dryer belt, is shipping from Vadnis Heights to Coon Rapids to be there tomorrow morning. (thank god before I forget where the screws go) And was cheaper than Home Depot or GE said it would be. Very pleasantly pleased!

Unfortunately, if you are not a contractor you will get heavily inflated prices. Not very friendly either. Order your parts from Amazon instead or go to the other appliance parts dealer Southwest of Minneapolis. DIY is booming, they should treat not contractors better!

Dont shop here!!! DEY sells parts that dont work and dont take returns in an open packaging. Lost me as customer over an overpriced $26 capacitor that didnt work. What a waste. Bought one for $10 off of Amazon that works perfectly.

I went to the Vadnais Heights location.Looking for a part, lets call it X.I tell the disaffected kid behind the counter what Im looking for.He goes to the back and 10 seconds later comes back with something that isnt what I want.I tell him I believe I saw the part on your website.He says You got a part number?.I say No, but Im pretty sure I saw exactly what I want on the website. (The website meaning Deys website).He says: Well, I cant do anything without a part number.I say: Well, can I use your computer to search the website:He says: No. I cant let you use my computer.I say: Can YOU search the website?He looks at me like I am asking him to do some tremendous amount of work.He finally brings up the Dey website, tries searching for the part X, but cant find any that would work.He then asks me what I searched for....At this point I wasnt buying anything from the disaffected little puke behind the counter, but I persisted.I tell him what I thought I had used for search terms, but to no avail.Maybe just maybe, Dey management should school their SALES people behind their counter on how to actually sell their parts without being rude, lazy, disaffected azzholes.I will never buy anything from this place.Shop for what you need online and just pay the shipping cost.

Great staff. I found some trouble shooting videos online, brought in my thermal fuse to verify if it was bad and was on my home in quick order. Having read the other reviews, why would you impulsively purchase parts without checking out what is wrong. I like knowing that my part hasnt been around the block which is why I dont buy from online sites with well take anything back policies. Gas is to expensive to buy defective parts. Thanks Coon Rapids staff for the friendly and quick service. The negative nellies rating you probably shouldnt have touched their appliance to begin with. LOL!

I come in here about once or twice a year when I need a small part. The parts are over priced compared to what you can buy them for online. I think they just charge MSRP but sometimes its worth it to get the part same day instead of waiting for it to ship. The staff here is okay. Sometimes they have an attitude but are generally helpful if you can get past that. Their return policy sucks. For costlier parts I tend to order online when possible.

I called Dey over the phone to order a motor for my broken down washing machine. They had to get the part from the Vadnais Heights location, which is literally 12.4 miles from them.The next day, they called me to inform me that I should pick up the item. At that time, I remembered to ask them their return policy. If the motor didnt work, I wasnt going to buy the an additional $180 piece to make it work. The machine only cost $500.At this time, he informed me that there are no exchanges on electrical parts. At this time, I decided that I wanted to cancel the order. This is where it gets good folks...He tells me that its their policy to not return electrical merchandise. My response was, I havnt taken owership of it. He said, Well, Its yours. We dont return electrical items.. Again I said. But I havnt taken ownership of it.I was speechless and all I could say was, Thats a horrible business practice!. He proceeded to argue and say that because they sell to distributers, he wouldnt be able to sell that part to anyone else. At this point, I am thinking to myself that this guy is slow or retarded or something. I again said, I HAVNT TAKEN OWNERSHIP OF IT YET!!.Then he turned around and talked to some guy behind him. When he came back he said he could refund my card, but hed have to charge me a 20% restocking fee. This business is full of garbage.If I had taken ownership of the motor, I can see not allowing me to return the part. I mean they cant guarantee what happens when it leaves their possession. But to actually try and make me believe that they cant resell the item when it hasnt even left their possession is rediculous. Either they are morons or they think their customers are.
