If you have not had the new lemonades from Caribou you are indeed missing out! I love the Blackberry Lemonade puree’ no caffeine! On a hot day like today it is the most refreshing, cooling beverage to be found period! Better go try one straight away and you will be convinced😁👍

The coffee was amazing however the service could be better, we waited at the drive thru box for like 5-7 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, yes I know their busy, maybe just short staffed. The person taking our order was quite rude about it and seemed short fused.

Service was a little slow, and the sandwiches that were ordered could have been warmed up a little longer. But overall good. Nothing was missing, and the order was accurate.

I keep trying to like this location but the internet at this cafe cant handle more than two users. So if your headed over to study or work bring a hotspot. The staff always have interesting conversations and seem to have good relationships with nearby businesses and regulars.

It seems like they deducted what they wanted with my points, not what I asked. Wanted a free bakery item, not reduced drink price or upgrade. It cost me more money the way they did it and would not correct it when I told them they made a mistake. 😔

The woman who took our order through the drive-thru disregarded our requests for no whip on my cooler and to blend Splenda into my boyfriends drink. However, the woman who was working the register at the window was very pleasant and turned a bad experience around.

Good coffee, great employees, terrible internet. Seriously poor connection. This may not be a big deal to most but when you come here to be productive it helps to have decent speeds. This seems to have been a topic of previous reviews at least twice over the last 10 months and still nothing seems to have changed.

Love everything about this place

I went to this location twice, they made my drink wrong both times and the service was not the nicest. I dont mind paying the higher prices at Caribou as long as my order is correct.I now go to the location in Champlin and they do a great job :)

I will continue to come here when other companies drive thrus are too full on my way to work. Im usually not impressed by this locations blended drinks so only go if other places are backed out to the street. Also, Im not sure which worker - possibly management was over zealous in her response to an employees mistake on entering the wrong drink on the register. I was more upset about the employees poor attitude than the new drink I tried and ended up not liking. The cashier sounded panicked that she made a mistake and it was sad hearing her apologize about it.

Love Caribous Cold Brew! Not a huge fan of their regular coffee. I also think they have the best asiago bagels ever! They are quick and efficient in the morning. I think they have a good menu and a strong presence in the Twin Cities. Most Minnesotans choose Caribou over the mega chain with the Mermaid ;)

I dont typically go to coffee places but needed to kill some time and do some office work. Chai tea latte was very good, the store was clean and comfortable.

I come here about once a week, and normally dana is working, but not just dana this hole staff is amazing, kind, and welcoming. There easy and willing to chat with while waiting for your drink, and they are always chipper, even at 530 in the morning and with all this covid stuff going on, thank you for making my morning when i come thru!

I am here almost daily. Rhe store is well kept and the service is normally fast. The staff really make all the difference. Theyre upbeat and friendly. It seems they really do enjoy making it a fun experience. They find enjoyment In whimsy.

Their hot dark chocolate is the best Ive ever had! Even better than my own homemade cocoa. I had to go back for another one a few days later. -Yum!-

I went there today to get a drink and food I truly love this place but when I looked at the food there was flys all over the food especially the apply fritter I mentioned it to them and they said oh yeah its a on going thing I was just amazed when she said this like it was completely fine and didnt care at all Im never eating there food again

Hours are wrong on google, says open until 7pm on Saturday. Most other locations have updated their hours for the stay at home laws. Another thing is being hours have changed because of the pandemic you should post them at your drive up speaker, I just watched 3 people drive away extremely mad because they did not know you close at 5pm instead of 7pm.

I love this place, in the morning when you need to get going Caribou coffee is there for you, kind, courteous servers and delicious drinks.

I always go to this caribou because of the amazing atmosphere. The baristas are always so nice and friendly and the manager does a wonderful job with all the customers. Id definitely go out of my way to go to this caribou. Their turtle mochas are the absolute best! Very clean and inviting store with lots of comfortable seating. They have a customer for life!

They play pop music pretty loud in there. It’s almost impossible to work or talk without having earplugs in. What ever happened to wordless ambient music? If I want to listen to the Top 50 hits I can turn on the radio. Bad rating for atmosphere. Their coffee is passable and restrooms clean.

Recently built with trendy decor. Seems to always have a crowd. Outdoor seating overlooking Anokas most traveled intersection.

Good place to get together with a friend or hang out and use the WiFi. Clean and comfortable. A bit on the expensive side if youre just getting some coffee.

A decent caribou location. It will do if you are in the area, we have stopped going to this as often after we have had a few drink mistakes in a row. The office coffee group usually frequents the nearby dunn bros now.

Friendly staff, the shop has a nice choice of seating from tables and high back chairs, couches, overstuffed chairs and stools its not over crowded.

I enjoy their coffee blends, and try the hot chocolate with almond milk. The donut muffins are tough to put down, and I really like the blueberry muffins too.

I come here almost everyday for coffee!! And out of the 5 potential caribous I could go to I specifically pick this one... the are very very consistant in their quality of coffee. If I order a mocha it will taste the same at this store no matter who brews it! I do not have that luck with all Caribou stores. We love the staff and are always treated fantastically, we spend many a cold winters day here drinking coffee and surfing the internet. Yum!

Bad service! Rude employees! Every Caribou is terrible and the company needs to make some major changes at a higher level to ensure customer satisfaction. They have lost my business for life.

This is one of the worst Caribou locations I have been to. The staff is rude and careless. I will drive the extra miles to avoid this one. Every time I go through the drive-thru the service is SO slow, much slower than other locations which actually have a line. One time I ordered a drink that needed to be mixed with milk and got just the concentrate, YUCK! I brought it back later in the day and the staff just looked at me, not even asking how can I help you or acknowledging I was there, the manager was hesitant to even re-make my drink, examining the drink I had brought in, like I had somehow done something to it. Terrible Caribou, needs new staff and more quality control, someone get a manager in here to actually supervise staff.

The staff here were so rude. I was completely taken back by it. the gal was going to throw away a gift card that I had left , granted had a very small balance left. but she said not like you will be coming back for 8 cents. . thats my choice. I jad two other cards to use.
