I brought my phone in to get my screen fixed so i could trade it in for a new phone. Amber was the tech who helped me. She was awesome. Incredibly pleasant and friendly, she was very helpful on stepping me through the process and had my phone completed very quickly. In a time where people are complaining about the service they receive at different businesses, i have absolutely no complaints about the service I received from Amber, she was exceptional!!

Was helped by Sam. She was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Was bummed that iPhone 13 pro max were sold out as we drove a ways to purchase 2. Will have to wait but willing to do because everyone has been helpful.

The team was amazing at helping my mother and I switch her phone over to a newer (my used) model: they switched to the correct SIM card and walked us through a couple other updates and the procedure to switch her contacts. We did not purchase new equipment (today), but we were very pleased by the attention and service we received. This is why this location has been my go-to for as long as they have been here. I had a great online chat customer service experience with Apple. The rep did a great job explaining the different features for the Apple watches and iPhones. I was so Able to make the best choice to suit my personal wants and needs based on how much I wanted to spend. The online report even put it all together for me in my shopping bag on my online account for purchase. This is one Very happy long time Apple customer!

I just my iPhone 12 at this store on the firstnet plan. Sergio was great!!! I want back three times before making my final decision and through it all, he was very patient. I also got a deal from the manager on the watch plan. Highly recommend this place!I was charged extra $60 in activation fees I was never told about or consented to. Sneaky business practice but it did not slide by me

Sergio was very helpful with a problem I had setting up zoom for an important meeting.

Sergio helped me set up a new business phone plan. Which did not include a $300 activation fee for business plans. Come my first billing cycle my first bill was $475. $300 for the activation fee. An accessory fee for ear buds which i did not purchase. An insurance fee which I did not want and come to find out they added a number to my plan which I had to idea whose it was. My phone plan was suppose to be $79 00 per month. After all the fees he added on that I did not want it come to be $174 per month. I called the store and they were anything but helpful him nor the manager. Definitely would go somewhere else for a phone but now they credited the $550 to my account instead of refunding me my money so now im stuck with them.

Best Customer Service I’ve ever received.Ported my four lines from T Mobile at the local target, which is one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. Wrong plan, sent wrong devices, and no materials to send in old phones. After hours on the phone I bit the bullet and decided to go in store to see if they would be able to help me out more then the phone reps. They 100% did and some more. Colin and Jake were awesome in helping me through the process of getting the correct phones as well as changing my plan to the correct one and taking my trade in devices to ensure I get the correct promotions. If you were ever thinking of switching to AT&T these are the people to see to make sure it’s done correctly.

Brought my phone in for a cracked screen replacement. Amber with asurion was unbelievably helpful. Far exceed my high standards for customer service. Fast professional work, my phone looks brand new, I couldnt be happier. HIGHLY recommend her for repairs.

I stopped in today for assistance with activation on my iPad Air 2020. Normally I’d go to Blaine’s location due to terrible customer service years ago at this location but I decided to roll the dice and take a chance. I walked in , I was greeted by Gabii who offered to help me right away with my problem. She was nice, great customer service skills and very knowledgeable. I would go back there if I had any additional questions

Colin and his manager were extremely helpful and patient with my husband and I. We are not computer savvy but these gentlemen were so nice and knowledgeable. Young people so often get a bad rap but these two went above and beyond with us. Thank you to them both.

We are very pleased with our experience today. We had an associate named Gabrielle help us and she was phenomenal. We are a numbers couple and are trying to get the best deal we can, best bang for our buck. Gabrielle definitely went above and beyond. She was very patient, friendly, personable and overall an amazing rep. I wouldn’t even call her a sales person. She wasn’t pushing for us to get the most expensive phone and spent quite a while trying to get us the best deal and great phones with everything we were looking for. If you want to get a new phone at AT&T and live near Coon Rapids, please as for Gabrielle, you won’t be disappointed 🙂

This is our favorite AT & T location! We were given the 5 star treatment upon arrival and throughout our visit tonight. Gabii is amazing! I worked with Kaelob and his manager Charlie today to set up a new account. Kaelob made the entire process seamless and worry free. He also went out of the way to find me the best deal possible and really made me excited to start my new journey as an AT&T customer! I recently switched from Verizon to AT&T for my cell phone and also to AT&T for my television service. Jeremiah helped me with all of the services. I have had some struggles especially with online customer support and Jeremiah has helped me each time I had an issue, even coming to the house for the initial installation. I appreciate his professionalism and polite customer service attitude while working with me. He has also been very helpful to me trying to navigate though AT&T customer on line service. I have no idea how long we were there but it seemed like a short time. They set up our TVs to AT&T and answered our questions. I end up getting three new lines and was told my bill would not be over 300$ from the promotion that at&t was having that month. I got the two free iPhone 8 and one iPhone 10 for my wife for 5$ a month but was never told about all the other fees and recieved a bulk for $477.50. Im returning the phones and spending my money else where.. This company only cares to make money which is fine but at least be honest with the customers whose buying these phones. Ill never shop or spend my money with this company

Unbelievable Colin and Gabby were so good. They were smart and very well versed. I would not ever go to someone else.

Gabii listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions and was very forthcoming with information. We ended up getting an iPhone 8 for free, adding a third line, buying me the red phone I wanted, trading in my husbands phone for the $700 promotion and switched off Verizon to AT&T all in less than an hour! The best part is our bill essentially stayed the same, we were clearly overpaying at Verizon. We walked in just wanting to get a bid and Gabii was so great, we felt comfortable moving ahead without going anywhere else. The thing is, if the Verizon store right down the road had gone better, we never would have switched. Great job AT&T for hiring the right people and training them to be knowledgeable enough to provide excellent customer service. I didn’t get the name of the other female working that night but she was super helpful as well. Highly recommend this location!!

Had a great experience with the Riverdale team, and specifically the manager Jeremiah. I went into the store to look into switching from Verizon, and I ended up with a great new phone, and switched from Comcast to AT&T TV. To make the experience even more impressive Jeremiah came out to my house and helped us hook up our new internet and TV and made the whole process simple and painless. I wish more big companies would treat their customers that way.
