The option to change the firmness is great and in store service was good, which is why its 2 stars and not 1. We got the bed below the top of the line bed about a month and a half ago. First week it stopped tracking sleeping information for a few days and at one point wouldnt let me adjust the firmness. This bed also does not breathe at all and sleep number knows this. Instead of fixing this issue, they take advantage of it and sell separate cooling products that are overpriced like their beds.The customer service is also horrible. No one knows what they are talking about and I had to call multiple times before I actually got someone useful. I was given 3 wildly different answers to my question and this has also happened to family who bought from them, too. I do not recommend this company or their beds. Everything is overpriced for what you get.

My husband and I went into Sleep Number to just “take a look”. We’ve been discussing getting a new mattress and upgrading from the cheap memory foam mattress we bought when we were first married and had much more limited funds. We did not realize Labor Day was one of Sleep Number’s biggest sales of the year- so we totally lucked out! We worked with Michele who was so friendly and helpful. She gave us just the right amount of information and attention to help educate us on the different models of the beds, yet she gave my husband and I plenty of space to not be an over-bearing salesperson, and make sure we as a couple could discuss what we thought without feeling pressured to buy. We went home with some really good information and didn’t buy the first day we went in. Michele kept saying how that was 100% ok, as she just wanted to make sure we got a bed that worked for us- whether that was a sleep number bed or a mattress from another store. She just really wanted to make sure we had info we needed to make an education and informed decision, whatever it ended up being. After thorough research and weighing pros and cons, we did end up going back to Sleep Number on Labor Day to take advantage of their amazing deals on their Sleep Number 360 iLE beds! We are eagerly awaiting its delivery in just 5 weeks!

My husband and I walked in only knowing the sleep number basics such as air controlled, can set “your” sleep number and they had many models. Our representative Laurel took care of us right away, wasn’t pushy and allowed us to try several different models. As our children played with legos and we had our talk. We decided to jump on board the sleep number train because of the comfort, almost falling asleep while testing out our bed and the thorough explanation of all. Thank you sleep number, we look forward to our beds delivery and referring friends.

We were convinced we were going to buy a sleep number bed. We went to the store specifically to just buy one that day. Our perception was that its the best bed and its going to cost around $8,000. Our experience at the store convinced us we dont want one.From the moment we walked in it was a snake oil sales approach with high pressure. I was really turned off by the sales person which caused me to second guess the purchase. Im glad that I did because I was skeptical of the terrible warranty and once I did research it was clear I was right.On the plus side, (the reason for 2 stars instead of 1) the bed was priced at $6600 which is far less than I was expecting.

Very disappointing. Waited 2.5 weeks for delivery. They called and confirmed twice the day of delivery. 30 minutes before delivery time they called and had to “reschedule “ .... for another 2.5 weeks. An injury of some sort. Ok, I get it, but then get us on the next day or so for delivery. Nope. Instead, we have to go to the back of line and wait again. Our salesman did tell us to not get rid of our old mattress until the new one was delivered... must not be an uncommon occurrence. We canceled our order😕

Terrible customer service, I believe the lady in charge was named Michelle(?). We had our children with us while looking and they were very rude to our kids multiple times and seemed annoyed we had them.We were told wrong information, and when we came to make returns they were very rude about it. And again seemed annoyed and were rude to my children. Would NOT return to this location for anything.

I was met immediately greeted upon entering the store. I dealt with the manager. She was informed, easy to understand and showed me all options in the styles I was interested in. The experience resulted in the purchase of a mattress, base, and all the linens as well as a base. I am anxious to get my purchases and anticipate some welcome sleep.

Very helpful - staff does not pressure you- they set up at your home and take away unwanted mattresses. Or they will set up what you have in another room for you.

We had an amazing experience at this store!! Scott was very informative and answered all our questions and helped us choose the bed that would work best for us. Laurel (when she wasn’t busy with customers) was also amazing at helping out with our 3 daughters by keeping them entertained so we could have the full experience in choosing a bed!!

Shane was great! Very knowledgeable and no pressure. He spent enough time with my wife and I that we felt that we had the information that we needed but he also gave us enough time to explore on our own and discuss what we wanted to do with a bit of privacy. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and actually helped us realize that the mid-grade bed would be better for us than the higher end bed we were considering. Thanks Shane!

They say opposite attract but those difference can make it difficult sleep on a one firmness mattress! Thank to our customer service rep, Papa Bear and Mama bear can sleep comfortably for the first time in 44 years! It was very pleasant experience! Awesome customer service!

The sales guy, Billy, was very knowledgeable. We did go in thinking buying low end. But after trying them, we found a bed both of us really liked. Was it more than expected? Yes. But we have never agreed to a mattress....she is a 40, Im a 70. So buying a traditional, or memory foam, was not really an option at this point of our lives. I figure this is the last bed I buy until I get put in a nursing home. And I am taking with me.

My husband and I have a Sleep Number bed in our home and in our cabin up north. We love them! It took a couple of days to find the firmness that we liked, but once we did, it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to other people.

We were very impressed with Shane and are with Sleep Number. We have a queen size and now upgraded to a King Flextop ILE 360 Smart Bed.Shane took his time and did not rush us. Bought my recent bed here and the salesmen are very nice. They are not pushy, overbearing or irritating. The bald gentleman with a soul patch is a great guy (think it might have been Rich..?). Recommend going and letting him show you all the bells and whistles before buying a bed.
