Absolutely the best Glass Company I have ever worked with. Not only did I get same day service, but the installer was professional and courteous. In addition to the broken glass in the passenger door, the regulator for the window was also broken, the installer made arrangements for Rapid Glass to fix that and the price was about half of what the dealer wanted.

Called at 3:30 after being told they were open until 4, was told Id get a call back within 5-10 mins, called back after another 15 mins and was given the runaround, then called back another 10 minutes later and ended up talking to someone in Saint Paul who couldnt help me only to find out Id have to wait until Monday to pick up a piece of glass that my Aunt ordered 3 weeks ago and was required to pay for up front. Pretty shady business practices if you ask me.
