I went there for bolts and nuts which I believe the highest price was $0.11 each. Better buying what you need in singles is some times buying packages. If you need help, the staff will jump on in and even give you some insight if you should have questions.

I gave them a 3 star because Ive always liked Ace Hardware, but this specific store.... I bought a ladder and got home to find out my sister brought one to give me. So I went straight back to return it. Were talking like 10 to 15 minutes later. They wanted to charge me a 25% re-stocking fee. I told them I would go hang it back up myself. They still wanted to charge me, so I just kept the ladder. If you buy something here, make sure you REALLY need it. LolThe initial experience was pleasant I have to say.

Very helpful employees. Helped us find what we needed. Well laid out. Good selection of products, especially in the household section. They had kerosene, paraffin oil and citronella oil which is hard to find these days. We will be back when we move into our home.

Didnt know about this ace till I pulled into shopping center. Has everything any other Ace would have and pretty cool peeps. Looking forward to going back soon.

Been inside the Ace store enough lately that I kind of know where things can be found. But if I need to find something or have a question there is always a kind staff person nearby to lend a helping hand unlike the big box stores where I spend more time looking for staff than shopping.

I give my 5 stars to one particular employee. Manager Holly. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND and helped me out when I was in a bind last week. (Forgot money/ credit card). That said, I have always had excellent service, fair prices for the most part, and seldom do they not have what I need.

Would have been nice to get help. Had 6 people walk buy me the work there. Spent an hour down one isle looking for track lighting but didnt see it. Cashier had no idea. Said if I didnt see it, pry dont have it. Thats nice. Left the store.

Great store for my building materials, only 3 miles from my home.

Picked up an all metal 6 cu foot wheel barrow, with grips on handles for 80. Great deal!

Ace hardwares are always a great resource for needed tools and supplies. This was my first trip to this location and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I was able to easily find everything I needed.

They have pretty much everything that you would need plus theyre in town and you dont have to waste gas driving elsewhere theres just not a huge selection

Best hardware store in CooTown and this side of the Salt River. EVERYONE IN THIS STORE IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND YES EVEN THE HOMLESS GUY THAT WASHED MY BICYCLE WHILE I WENT INSIDE TO PURCHASE A GAS CAN AS I RAN OUT OF ⛽.....wait not me I actually still have gas (too much refried beanies). MY Truck ran out of gas. He did a fabulous job and even made my white walls great again . ACE IS THE PLACE FASHO.

Shelves are always a mess. The staff was unhelpful when I needed help finding something. The manager / owner was really rude when I called to talk to him. Acted like I was a bother. I guess I disturbed him counting his money. Casa grande is only a few min away they got a home depot . And a what a burger. Cant go wrong. People at the home depot treat you like a real customer not a black number written on a piece of cardboard.

As soon as I walked in and started looking at the aisle signs a young gentleman came right over to offer assistance (very refreshing!). He assisted me by escorting me to the aisle I needed and showing me the products available. All in all I was in and out and got what I needed (which by the way was an Ace brand) in a matter of minutes. The product is working fine and a lot better than the original. Ace will be my first stop in the future when I need hardware, thanks to their excellent customer service!Update for another visit on 06/18/20, noonish. Unfortunately customer service was not at work today. I was totally ignored from the time I walked in and wandered the aisles looking lost The team members would look at me and then look away continuing on with their work or just chatting among themselves. Not sure why the big change. Gonna give Ace a break and stay away for now. Didnt feel welcome there at all.

This Coolidge store ignoes patrons as they walk in. The first impression is customers are a bother. I go to Florence.

I tried looking for someone around the area to help me find a lock for my mailbox, I had a few questions no one to be found. Then I found the guy that was probably in charge of the section (I only say that bc he was sitting at the desk by the locks) called him twice excuse me excuse me no answer even a lady that was walking by noticed I was trying to call him and she just kind of smiled like, Wow. He was too busy on his cell phone while looking at TMZ on his work computer... Priorities I guess!! anyways I should have went to Home Depot instead of this convenient ACE Hardware I probably would have got all the help.

Best hardware store period. Programmed a key fob without any problems, staff will help you in what ever you are working on, nice to have a business that has a personal touch

This place is MASSIVE. Just discovered this gem in Coolidge and I cant believe the great selection. Clean, well organized. The cashier was a little confused about things, but I chalk that up to it just being a bad day for her.

Great place to come to for things you need for house repair and such. Prices are bit higher compare to HomeDepot and Lowes but if you need something and dont have a time to drive out to Casa Grande, this is the place to go. People who works here are very nice and very knowledgeable. Assistance is prompt.
