Went here today for new phones and received great customer service. We worked with Amber and she was very kind, friendly, and super helpful. We were literally in and out in 20 minutes. Not to mention, this location was the only one in the area that carried more than 1 of the phones we needed!!

Horrible customer service in this location. Thinking about dumping T-Mobile, and Ive only been with them a month.

My husband left a $50.00 deposit for a phone here its been a month Know and they havent given us the phone or our money back😫😒, how hard can it be to cut out a check that they promised us more then 2 weeks ago!! The least they can do is put it towards our phone bill!! Its been over two months now, no money was send back to us as of yet found another place to buy our phones thanks for Nothing!

Would have rated zero...Have called several times and constantly no answer..Just trying to get basic info before heading there but still havent been able to get through!

Got there 35 minutes before they were supposed to close and the door was locked and no one was there. There has also been a couple times i got there 30 minutes after they were supposed to be open and no one was there. I guess there is no actual business hours for this store its a roll of the dice apparently

My review will be zero they never answer the phone it gets annoying. We have to drive to the store just so they can tell us that they dont have SIM cards. If they only would answer we could of save a trip.

Bad costumer service lady on the phone was rude and then just hung up on me and then i called back and wont answer the phone now great workers
