Stopped in today, it was clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. They are so sweet there!!!!

I am standing outside of this establishment at the moment with my mother who is seventy years old in 110 degrees. Her car broke down half a mile away. So we did not plan on being in this situation. Someone was kind enough to drive us here so we wouldn’t stand outside in the heat. But they won’t let us come inside since we don’t have masks with us. Unbelievable that even in an emergency situation we are standing outside- and they even have signs up warning about “heat stress”! The hypocrisy is incredible. If my mother passes out I wonder if they’ll let us in. Negative stars is all they deserve. Shame on them.

This is the BEST convenience store gas station in the Copper Corridor because the employees are so nice and friendly. They even hold the door open for people, sometimes. The store is very clean, and items are shelved carefully. They have a great assortment of snacks on the go in the aisles and at the register. They also have a small deli.My only reason for giving this 4 and not 5 stars is cuz yall arent selling any fry bread back in that deli. I like fry bread.

Still living in covid fear, masks on or else! Wont stop here again. Soda fountain down.

Rude staff, felt unwelcome when I came in then when checking out I nicely asked the cashier how his day was and they clearly looked at me and heard me and ignored me

Competitive prices on fuel, fast, clean and friendly.

I know youre trying to limit the spread of covid 19, but it makes no sense to close the restroom and not at least have hand sanitizer at the pumps.

This store has horrible customer service. I was just in to buy 4 packs of cigarettes, camel MENTHOL crush. The cashier LISA repeated the back to me what I had said and proceeded to put the cigarettes in a bag before getting up to the counter. I make the purchase and leave on my way home I pull out one of the packs, and its not menthol. All 4 packs were not what I had asked for. So I come back to the gas station to talk to LISA about giving me the wrong cigarettes and her lead supervisor jumps down my throat saying its my fault and she isnt going to exchange them for me. Im now left with these cigarettes I do not smoke. Talk about horrible service, and dealing with a customer in a bad way. On top of ALL this she lies to me and says theyve never been allowed to exchange cigarettes after they leave the store. I know this is a lie because just 4 days ago I had to come back to exchange a Marlboro pack of cigarettes and that cashier was nothing but helpful.

Great location. Never too busy. The stuff is nice and they keep the place really clean.

As gas and convenience stores go, this Shell is very good. And, for somebody learning a shortcut from Phoenix and Saddlebrooke the location is a godsend.
