Tonight I stopped here and they were already closed it was 5 minutes till 9 and the lady that was working tonight she open the door for me so I can run in and grab what I needed to because of the Florence Dollar General not having what I need so this is a really good store very clean very polite people I recommend this story to anybody the lady that was working tonight did not have to open her doors to me and she did now thats what I call customer service

Its an alright store. The people who work there are usually really nice. Theyll help you when you needed it. The selves are way to high, and short people like me cant reach all that well. It usually clean and organized. This isnt a bad place for coolidge.

There manager of this store is rude and always seems to b aggravated if u ask her a question! Messy,dirty, and there is always always boxes of product on the sales floor. I went in there two times asking if there hiring even after I talked to the district manager who told me to go to Coolidge because they were. So I called first spoke to the manager she told me to come in the next day and I would have an interview. Well let me tell u about her professional demeanor we stood at the register for 3 minutes while asking me my availability which I said anytime and I was even avail on wkends she just seem to not like me for some reason. So I went back a few wks later and asked again about a job and she was like were not hiring at this time. I guess she didn’t like my accent from Boston, Ma, oh well her loss!! I will never shop there again!!

The manager there is so unhelpful and rude you can’t ask her nothing. I really like Dollar General, but because of the manager I think I’ll go somewhere else. She over charge me I try to tell her and basically she didn’t want to hear it. The system was acting up and didn’t want me in the store by that time. The other employee was trying to help me and shut her down from doing so. Just awful customer service😡

Dg will be Dg, if you need assistance make sure to submit your application online 10 days in advance and you might get help once you are there.

Good beer selection and hygiene products

Although they always lock the doors 15 minutes early and if u dont mind the mess it always seems to be in its a regular DG

Employees are always nice, friendly and helpful but the store is messy. But thats not their fault its the people looking through stuff. Theres a lot of traffic in this store so I get it that they cant always clean up properly. At least the employees help you find what you need lol and they are very rarely out of stock on necessary items. Great store nonetheless.

YEARS of half stocked never know what they will be OUT of.

I have been shopping here for over 6 years been and filling out the questionnaires on my receipt and have not won a prize or gift card yet but I still enjoy shopping here. Store employees are still nice and its doors clean what a very good selection of items.

The store manager is absolutely awful, Ive never had a store manager be so rude to me that Ive wanted to get them fired for the sake of the employers. She was yelling at us from the moment we walked in, cussing at us, and leaving us at the front counter for 20 minutes, she didnt wear a nametag either so I wasnt able to find out her name. While the other store employees were no help either, it didnt seem to me that they were very well trained by the manager here as well. I hope that no other customer has to deal with the rudeness Ive felt today.

Convenient place to shop never too crowded

Ive always loved DG but for abput the last year, you cant get through the aisles due to they always say, we just got a load, it looks dirty and there is never the same people in the store. I still go in but have slowed down due to this.

Persons working in store were very kind, also several items are available for purchase. Crowded but pleasant.

This place always looks like someone went shopping and decided at the last minute to dump their stuff wherever they saw fit... That said, they do have great prices on Duct Tape, Trash Bags, Bleach, Zip Ties, and stuff I buy for cleaning.

Clean well lit store, items stacked neatly, staff is friendly and helpful.

This store is rarely clean or organized. I have had issues where prices on the shelf were wrong, but they wouldnt honor ot. It was ridiculous!

Awful customer service. The girl was arguing with me and shaking from anger instead of just selling me my items. She caused a line and was telling me she refused to call corporate on my behalf like asked. I hope she gets fired.
