I cannot say enough good things about the employees and the service I received while visiting the store. I think Sherwin-Williams is some of the best paint available.

Recently bought paint at the Cookeville Store to paint two rental houses. First visit was OK, the second visit was not good. The guy that waited on me, re-entered me into the system and said he would give me a discount from the $95 per gallon price to $76. I bought two gallons at $76 which was the most I have ever paid for paint but the story was we are low and dont know when we will get any more. Went back same day, Saturday evening and a different guy waited on me. I had to have one more gallon of same I got that morning, he sold it to me for $62 per gallon without any bull about running low. My issue is with the first guy that sold it to me for $76. Why would he take advantage of me for a few dollars more? I have not had this issue at Lowes or other places. Do you think I will buy from this store again? Not likely. Need to train your staff to be consistent and respectful. Running low is not a good reason to price gouge someone. While he made the store or his commission, which ever may be the case, a few dollars more, he has lost you future business that would have been worth hundreds more.

They was very helpful I was needing some help picking out a exterior paint for my house and I showed Taylor a color I was wanting and she helped me pick some colors and she did a great job. I want to thank everyone there. I would recommend them

I was able to match the stain from a purchase of 2 years ago. The sales associate used the computer to look up my previous purchase. Helpful friendly service and I was quickly on my way. I felt safe in the store as well. Overall the experience was exceptional. Thank you!

Mainly the cute girls however they do know what youre talkin about as far as paints and sealers go the only problem was for them he was a very good salesman and I was getting ready to buy I think 15 gallons of sealer only problem is he didnt stock it at the time too bad for them unfortunately I went to Lowes and actually dont tell them but I bought a better sealer and Im so pleased with it. Oh Sherwin-Williams is a very very good place

Horrible place to do business. Clerk refused to match and mix an existing color because it would not match and/or touch up correctly. I explained that I understood it would not match 100% and the guy still refused to match the color. I even had the original 5-gallon bucket of paint with me - they could have matched the color code OR taken a sample of the paint (dry OR wet) from the bucket - the guy would not even do that. Horrible service, rude to my wife - do yourself a favor and go to lowes, potters or elsewhere.
