Matt, Jackie, Alyssa and Madison are amazing!!! Highly recommend this place! Matt, the owner, was the primary person I worked with and he had such an uplifting attitude. We shared some laughs, had a great time and his service was 11/10! Alyssa was able to match the energy and have a great time as well. Such a great experience and now have a favorite UPS store. Will not go anywhere else!. I know they read this and I want to say thank you!

I have been twice to send off returns, and both times the ladies in The UPS Store have been super great! Alyssa helped me both times, and was a great help and super friendly. Madison was also super friendly. They were both welcoming, both listened to me vent for a second , and didnt make me feel bad for venting. They take all UPS packages, as well as USPS packages, and it is so much easier the having to deal with post office. I recommend the store on Willow Ave next to Mcds, to anyone that needs any packages sent, or any printing or faxing.

Jackie is very pleasant and the crew is always inviting. I hear they have a great sale going on for rubber stamps

I had no idea what I needed to do as far as shipping my warranty product back but Madison and the rest of the nice people at the UPS store made the process super easy. Thank you so much I highly recommended them!

I stopped by the store about 4pm on a Sunday. (Closes at 5pm). David was at the counter and solved my problem with needing some printing and faxing. I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less, needs were met and for all of about $6….First time in recent weeks that I actually received awesome customer service. Thanks David for rekindling in me the thought that customers do matter, and there is pride in offering excellent service. Outstanding?👍🏻

I own Remmert Rivers Edge Woodworking Company and I primarily always ship through the UPS store. I have taken everything from cutting boards to coffee tables to ship through the ups store and they have really gone above and beyond to get everything shipped safely and the lowest rate. They are packaging ninjas!😆🤙

Went in for the first time to this location to try to return a cell phone. Alyssa and Madison were very helpful, and displayed great customer service. They knew the usall process, and gave me information that helped encourage me to obtain a prepaid shipping label from my phone company which saved me $12 in shipping. I sold a very nice guitar on Reverb. Matt at the Cookeville UPS Store did a fantastic job packing it for shipping. The new owner received the guitar and said it was the best packing he had seen. The guitar was perfect and he gave me a five star rating!

My house burned and I lost much if my belongings and am now living 40 minutes from Cookeville due to no rental availability. I needed to ship back 3 packages to Amazon, but had no printer to print labels. I went to the UPS store in Cookeville hoping they could help me. This wonderful person Kristy helped me so mush. She printed my labels from email on my tablet and was so patient in doing so. I want to thank Kristy for her help and kindness.

Great experience!I was returning a defective Amazon product and received an email that said if I took it to the UPS store they would wrap it up and send it back at no charge. Once there I couldnt bring the QR code from Amazon on my phone. Roni tried for a good while, figured it out, and made it happen.I also really enjoy the longer hours. Much better than having to go to the location off Hwy. 111 with its very limited hours.
