After my husband was released from the hospital. He required oxygen at home. I have never in my life had such a wonderful experience in the healthcare industry. The staff at just breathe treated us like we were family. They were so kind,friendly, attentive and professional I cant say enough nice things about them. I was referred to Just Breathe by my Pulmanary, Critical Care Physician for their being locally-owned with a good reputation for customer care.  My initial appointment with Chris Garrett, owner,  was not only informative and educational, he put me at ease while he explained the process and various options available to me.  He assured me he as well as his staff would be available should I need clarification or assistance even after office hours. The following evening, Chris called me just  to inquire if I had any questions and/or concerns. I did have a few questions but I was going to wait till the office was open to call. He was more than patient with my concerns and I felt much more comfortable after our conversation.    After a couple of days using the equipment at short intervals during the day to become more comfortable , I do feel more confident that I will be able to successfully adapt to the headgear and my claustrophobic condition will not be the problem I initially felt I would have.

I have nothing but good things to say about Just Breathe. It is good to have a local group own and operate a medical service business. The office was open and modern. The employees were friendly and very knowledgeable.

Chris and his team at Just Breath are remarkable! We have done business with Just Breath for about 4 years. Not one bad experience! It is very obvious they take great pride in servicing their customer and seeing that those in their community get what they need. Our most recent experience, we experienced an ice storm that crippled many. My mothers oxygen machine was on the fritz and didn’t want to work properly. I called and explained my situation and in a matter of minuets We had a plan. He met me late that night to exchange the machines. While I was there he made sure we had everything else we needed like new lines, nose pieces, kits for her nebulizer, and everything for her c-pap also. Things he didn’t have ask about or to take the time to gather up considering it was late and the weather was horrible. I will be forever thankful for all they have done for my mother and I. Every time that I have reached out to Chris for assistance regarding my 93 year old fathers CPAP machine he personally came or sent a member of his team out the very same day to accommodate our request. When my dad was at CRMC and transferred to CRMC Outpatient Rehab Center Chris responded the same day to send a helpful team member over to set his machine up and when my dad was transferred home he had a helpful team member there to set the machine up once again. My experience with Just Breathe was amazing. I had been in the hospital with Covid, and my doctor decided to release me on Christmas Eve. Just Breathe was at CRMC within minutes with a portable oxygen tank to cover me on the ride home and they were at our home within 1 hour with all the equipment I would need. Just Breathe staff went above and beyond when my fathers power cord to his CPAP machine was accidentally left at the hospital in Nashville on New Years Eve. My mother called and Chris was most calming and helpful when he offered to make another cord available after hours on New Years Eve that she was able to pick up. After having a spinal fusion I’ve struggled with neuropathy and foot pain especially after standing for long hours.
