A good place to actually walk through and get a feel for the homes. They have a few on site and the people are helpful. I had all my questions answered.

My parents have recently purchased a house from this company. One guy named Patrick, straight up lied to my stepfather about a few things that were supposed to be included with the home, his buddy Paul isnt doing much of a job to fix anything. There is damage within the home, bad sealing jobs on the tubs, stains on the wall and ceiling from idk what, and one big bad sounding creak in the floor, feeling as if I may fall through... Badly put together, bad customer service, incompetence lies here. These two guys need to go to class on how to properly run a business...

They did not have a Big selection of homes. The ones the did have seemed of poor quality.

Couldn’t believe how likable and courteous their staff is! They’ve been such a help to the tornado victims and an asset to our community.

Well I had issues about the trailor when it was put together. Was never put together properly. When I confronted the installers, he said it would settle. I pointed out the one inch difference in the door frame where the trailor butted together. Oh the sealer up on the roof is good stuff it will never leak, he said. Well the ridge cap has always had shingles sticking up. Well needless to say we had a leak. Went up to check out the roof. Nails sticking up never nailed down. Screws laying up under the edge of the shingles. Just a total mess. Now birch wood will not even speak with me. I just need to let my insurance and them hash it out. For I am sure if I call them they are going to check the installers and the company.

I bought a house from them about five years ago. The build was poorly done. I paid extra for some custom work to be done. The result was wallboard with huge gaps that the trim they put over it barely covered. The salesperson did not take the time to explain available upgrades. Had he done so, we would have spent more money and been happier with our purchase. They used the wrong kind of seal around the bathroom sinks, some kind of sticky stuff that never cured. I would suggest Clayton Homes instead.
