I havent been in this store in years because the one over on West Broad offers much better customer service/friendly employees. When I would shop this store in the past, employees seemed bothered that I was there, the security guy always followed me around and I didnt appreciate it. I understand you have to watch for thieves but you dont have to literally stay a foot from me the entire time Im shopping. Anyways, I decided to give them another try today because they have a huge selection and it was closer to work so had time to go on my break. The man working was super friendly, I even addressed the issues I had in the past and in a polite way, he explained proper protocol for the store including security, which I thought was very professional and courteous. We shared point of views on the particular situation and understood each others concerns which, was the most anyone in this store has ever even attempted to interact with me. I appreciated the customer service offered this go around and also appreciate that the owner shares his number for comments and concerns. I forgot the phone number or would call directly but it seems they keep an eye on reviews here. If youve been treated poorly here before, give them another shot!

I never been somewhere where ppl watch you like they do here definitely don’t like that stuff

My girlfriend and I stopped by tonight to find a simple toy for the bedroom. They didnt greet us or ask us if we needed help...they also had a BOUNCER who literally followed us up and down every aisle as we looked. He said nothing just stared at us. Cannot give corporate offices a call, even though they are a syndicate, because there is no listing. Cannot give a 0 star rating either...NEVER GOING BACK!

I have shopped there for several years, bought a lot of things from them. The only issue is Large ladies like to be sexy too, I know you have expanded the plus size line. Sexy Evening wear for club or public would be awesome.

Ive been here maybe twice. Theres a man who stands in the back of the store with his arms crossed that watches every move you make. Its very uncomfortable when youre shopping. I realize they have to make sure nothing gets stolen, but its very uncomfortable. There must be a better way to keep an eye on your store than having him watch you like a hawk. I do think they have a bigger selection than the other store on the other side of town, but I would rather shop where Im comfortable. I never had any issues with the staff here though.

I always spend over $50.00 a visit in this store.I was there today and they had lotion on a tester display, I tried to open one and test it and the cashier told me I wasnt allowed to open that and that the owner must of put that out by mistake because they tried testers and it did not work for her because someone could spill it and she would have to clean it up.So I heard I am too lazy to do my job.(She had short hair and glasses)This lotion was $22.00 a bottle and I feel if I am paying that much I should be allowed to try it out.Either way she cost tht store at least $100.00 today alone and no telling how much in the future, because I will not be back.Very rude

Glad you got rid of that crazy lady with the glasses. Damn she was odd.Still need to get pricing better.People would rather buy toys first hand more so than on line if prices are comparable.

We werent greeted when we came in. When we made it back to the cash wrap area the employee was just leaning on the counter watching tv. We asked for a specific item and was just pointed toward the mens wall and no attempts were made to help us after that. Needless to say we left without making a purchase that we had intended to make.

This creepy old man followed me and my wife around the entire time we was in store. It wasnt because he wanted to help us find anything it was like he was trying to listen in on what we was saying,made us feel very uncomfortable. We will never go back I will drive to Nashville to a more professional place. The entire staff was rude and unfriendly. Only gave them 1 star because couldnt give them a 0. I was going to take a picture of the creepy guy and the lady that was running the register very rudely said your not allowed to take pictures, I didnt see a sign stating this so took one of him anyways! Dont recommend this place to anyone!!!

I would put a 0 if I could. I wasnt bothered by the store itself, but by the woman in the store that is keeping Red Eared Slider turtles in a small bowl/dish. What those animals are living in is completely inappropriate. Each turtle should have a minimum of 30 gallons, there needs to be a filter (one turtle has an abscess due to the lack of filtration in the water and bacteria build up)Theres also no UVA or UVB lights set up which would help A LOT when it comes to keeping those poor turtles alive and healthy. UVB IS NEEDED TO METABOLIZE CALCIUM TO KEEP THEM FROM DEVELOPING METABOLIC BONE DISEASE.I dont care that this woman has had turtles for 12 years, the way they are being kept is wrong and considered neglect by husbandry standards. If you love animals dont shop here unless you want to go in a make a complaint like I did.Thats all I wanted to say, by the way if you are the one with the turtles working at this store and youre reading this, remember... you can google it yourself. PLEASE LEARN TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR TURTLES PROPERLY.Sincerely,Someone who owns a red eared slider (which lives in a nice, big filtered pond outside), a box turtle, 3 snakes, 3 bearded dragons, a goldfish, a beta fish, 2 dogs, a rat, and a chicken.

The only reason Im rating them a 1 is because they wont let me rate them a 0. Bought a product here, get home, and it flat out doesnt even turn on! When I called to tell them about the problem they told me I had to be back up there by 4 the same day otherwise there was nothing they could do to help! Its over a 45 min drive and I had other things to do that day! I asked her if I could bring it in tomorrow or later in the afternoon and told me no. So now Im out over $100 and stuck with a product that didnt even turn on from the get go.

I feel extremely uncomfortable with my husband walking around the store looking at the new exciting toys while this man and the cashier kept staring at us profiling us and standing right near us almost the whole time that we were in there we felt like we was doing something against the law by even being in there because of the way they were treating us hated the place sucks

Nice enough store but cashier was extremely rude and seemed to not want to work there. She went as far as falsely accusing me of something and threatening to call the police.

Manager profiled me and refused to let me shop. Dont waste your time or money in this dump. Cheap made selection. Horrible staff.
