First time in Big Lots in years. I was surprised to see theyve revamped the entire store; its looks like a brand new place. While they appear to have less stock than before, its definitely a cleaner, brighter and fresher look. Plus its easier to navigate through the store. There was a decent selection of some very nice looking furniture.

The employees were all very helpful. Very clean and organized.

Shopped at Big Lots for the first time since moving to TN, what a HUGE difference from up North (WI/IL). The Cookeville store is SO clean!!! Zach came and asked if he could assist me and was a HUGE help in the furniture department. Keep up the good work, I will be back. Thank you so much!!

We went into the store which is located 44 miles from my home to pick up a few items. We arrived at 4:10p.m.. long story, shortened, went to the check out because an employee told us there site was closing. Well, our few items turned out to be $386.98 and two shopping carts full of merchandise. Thank You for making necessary household items affordable, we arrived back home at 10:40p.m. and were pleasantly surprised to unload ALL the merchandise we chose to purchase. The employees were very helpful and they went out of their way to find any items we requested, I guess thats why we were happy to spend our hard earned money here. This store has more than earned my Five Star (*****) rating for customer service, overall cleanliness, and helpfulness with a genuine smile. Thank You Very Much!!!

Bought a queen size bedding set. They gave me wrong price on phone but honored it when i got there.

This is a great place to stock up on snack foods. Name brands, too. Got a 2-pack family size box of Lucky Charms for $5. Most other cereals run about $2.80 a box here. Great deals on PopTarts, snack bars and bagged chips. Really good selection of chocolate and candy also. Was surprised to see these throwback candies still available to kids.

Like every store the pickens are getting thin. They are becoming primarily a furniture store.

We went with the intention of purchasing two new mattresses and a Broyhill patio set, unfortunately even after asking for assistance as well as remaining in the area for 30 mins after asking nobody came to help. Three employees were standing by the front and someone who looked to be the manager took an employee outside to look at signage in the parking lot. Wont be back.

This location was fine. They need more folks to check out. But thats usually the case at big lots. Selection is as robust as some locations. I went and looking for some fleece blankets and struggled. Price is also seemed just a little high for somewhere like a big lots. But overall the store was clean and stocked.

They have more furniture than most other big lots. smelled bad though pls fix

This store has changed since Ive been there last. When I needed help I asked an employee by the name of Pam Norton ( I believe that was her name). She was very nice, friendly and helpful. She went over and beyond to help me out.

They have a great in store set up and staff that will make sure your finding anything you need or answer the questions you got couldnt ask for a better experience

I bought a furniture set from here about two years ago and it has held up nicely even with 3 kids. It also got a recent remodel and it looks much nicer. I’ve never had bad experience shopping here the times I have.

Customer service is hard to come by nowadays but the furniture department at this store goes above and beyond to help you. I cant say enough good about them! Awesome job and would recommend anyone to them!

They have remodeled the inside. Its much more user friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Came in about 2-3 weeks ago and waited around 2 hours to be helped by an employee once I decided what I needed. Then once I paid (a good amount of money) they told me it would be no more than a week for it to all be ready. Im on week 3, and have called to check on it multiple times only to be shooed away by various employees saying, the truck should be here Saturday. I call on Saturday and get, the truck should be here Monday. So I call on Monday and of course they said, the truck will be here on Wednesday. Here it is Wednesday of week 3 and still getting the runaround. Apparently now the truck will be there Friday. Needless to say its very unprofessional the way the employees just spit out a random day to tell you, just to get you to go away. The employees were so incredibly rude to me when I came to check in person as well. Will never set foot in this big lots again after I receive what I paid for. (if I ever do!)

First time in here since they remodeled. Have to say it is a big improvement. The store looks a lot fresher & cleaner. They have expanded their furniture selection. They have also added a refrigerated section along the back wall. Will have to relearn the layout, totally changed.

Their prices have went outrageous, they used to be really cheap that used to be the place to go to, to get things that you needed, that was cheaper than Walmart or any other store big lots, I dont know what happened to them, they are higher than Walmart that used to be the place to go to get all your stuff cheap as possible, there is nothing in that store, keep a bag of potting soil, 19.99, I get the exact same potting soil at the dollar store for 4.99 cents. I dont know what happened to big lots, but they are price gouging bad.

Love their everyday low prices and their selection of items from furniture to cleaning supplies and Everything in between. Love their employees as they go above and beyond to help you find what youre looking for. Definitely worth the trip.

BigLots is newly renovated has a wide array of just about anything for the home and now has delivery service and layaway

The store is improving so much. Well organized and very clean. Items on shelves organized and prices clearly displayed. Only down side was not enough employees were working the day I was there. Need to make sure there are enough staff on hand to attend to the customer. I cashier and one in the furniture. Poor guy there was working very hard to help load trucks while customers were needing his help in the store. He was still very polite and kept apologizing to the 3 people waiting food him. He handled if like a champ.

Usually got the clothes I need every time I go in there and is jacket shirts and the price is super good you know its not expensive go

Tried their online order, in store pick up for the first time. I got several toys for my lil guy & stocking stuffers for all. Simply walk in the door, give the barcode from the order confirmation email and drivers license to a cashier and immediately receive your entire order! I will do this again & recommend it for anyone who wants to try it!

Been going there for years, it has items that other stores dont offer and their prices are good and reasonable. They are going thru a rearrange period when I visited 4/30, didnt like how things were but I wont pass official judgement until they are done. Though honestly, they need some isle item signs or something.

Store seems to have a lot of expired food items at times. Selection of items seems to be smaller since the remodeling took place. Some items are cheaper at Walmart.
