Didn’t realize buying an “oops” bag meant buying inedible/dangerous items. Rubber band in literally the first one I tried. So glad it was me and not my child. The label says lacks shape/standard but still delicious. I beg to differ 😝

Eat before you come here. The prices are amazing. There is always, ALWAYS several deals going on. By a box get one free. Buy two get two free plus a free sampler PLUS here eat this. There is nothing they dont have. You can buy bags of mistakes (the chocolate didnt cool in a great pattern) and they are the same. This is one of the best places in the Tennessee.

How great is this place! Rows and rows of candy! They greet you at the door with the sample of the day. Staff is very helpful, so just ask if you looking for something specific. They have many choices in sugar free candy. The chocolate covered strawberries are excellent. I try to stop any time we are on our way to Knoxville, and they have Sunday hours too. The store is clean and bright.

You cant beat the prices! The candy is wonderful. Its August and we purchased Easter candy and it tastes just as fresh as ever. They were only 15 cents each!!! We always go there.Why pay more?

Friendly staff constantly rotating inventory, rewards system, cheap candy, good deals, homemade fudge caramel apples, and various candies. Just a great place. Be aware that they do not have icecream despite it being listed on their google listing.

Very nice trip to Russell Stover today to get Christmas gifts. Got Sampler boxes.....buy 2 and get one free for a total of six boxes. Had enough on my rewards card that I got a 3 pound box of assorted chocolates free and then got a 12 oz box of assorted chocolates free for spending $35 or more. Always good deals anything you go but right now it is great. Employees were exceptional.

I was actually working there for a short time and loved their staff, as they were all friendly and helpful. Its one of those companies who believe in taking care of their employees. Their wages are awesome and they even allow you to take home damaged packages of candy they cannot sell, to avoid any reason for stealing. Id go back to work there any time. Their shifts are awesome too.

What a great store! Clerks are nice and greet you when you walk in. Free samples all the time and super deals on all sorts of expensive chocolates. Any chocolate fans should make this their main chocolate fix store!

Obviously, I have to complain. The woman working on 10/19, offered me a dark chocolate and coconut candy, that got me completely hooked on them. I was forced to buy them at that point. Then she mentioned the sale and I was forced to buy more chocolate boxes, then she signs me up for the rewards, which gets me more chocolate, and finally we have a conversation about the blooper chocolates, and thats all I can think about. How can you employ people like this? They just encourage more and more chocolate sales!

A huge huge quality outlet store. Anything you could want at a already good price. Oopsy items or half price. And the employees who work here are incredibly helpful sweet and caring

This is a very nice company store with some great deals on chocolate candies. This was our first time stopping in when travelling by, but we will definitely be going back.

Unloads after 4pm central. I got there a little early was out by 5, and I had two trucks in front of me. VERY polite and professional and very quick too unload. Another drive who was there before me, arrived at 10am , didn’t get in dock until 4. Very very pleased would deliver there again.

Love the store in Northern Tennessee. It is Miles off the interstate and hard to find. Its the only place I can buy my favorite candy, Roman nougat, and no one else sells pectin jelly beans. Its a two-day Drive from our house to the factory store so we buy a one-year Supply of my favorites.

The workers were very friendly except for the girl that checked us out. She was very cranky. I realize that she was very busy, but we heard her yelling at the help and she wasnt helpful with my sister and myself. Kind of spoils the fun of shopping for Valentines Day.

The place to go in Cookeville, TN, for really good candy at reasonable prices. The store always seems to have some kind of 2 for 1 sale going on. Also, they have a wide variety of sugar free candy for the diabetic who desires to still eat a little candy.

What a treat! I just had to stop by since I was in the area. I had been there several times before and looked forward to this visit. They didnt disappoint. Reasonably priced chocolates and candies with a tremendous selection. Dark chocolates are our favorites so I targeted the seasonal pumpkins and a box of dark mixed chocolates. Received a free sample as I shopped and a free bag of chocolates for my $25+ purchase. The shop adjacent to the manufacturing plant is off the beaten path but definitely worth the visit.

I run by this store a few times a year for gifts. The staff is always friendly, and the selection is always good. Theres always a wide range of prices, too. Wish they would expand the store though!

I usually like this store, however this time I was unimpressed. I bought a box of dark chocolate orange creams. The orange cream had no orange flavor to it at all. The only taste I got from this chocolate was a very bad after taste.

Russell Stover never fails to deliver. Theres always a free sample when you walk in the door. Associates always ask if you need help. I always find something whether inam.buying a gift or for myself.

We were given a piece of candy as we came in the door and the employee was very friendly. This store was not as big as some other Russell Stover stores that I have been in. The biggest disappointment was that they dont sell the sugar free candy by the pound. I had to buy the smaller bags to get the candy that I wanted and ended up paying a lot more for the candy that way. This location did have a small selection of the caramel apples and candy by the pound, but they did not sell ice cream.

My mother bought candy from this store for Christmas that she later found out was expired. The candy was horrible and she had no clue that it was expired. Went to return it to exchange for another product. Was told it was purchased at a discount because it was expired. No where in the store did it say it was expired or the reason it was discounted.

The people is so nice its working hard and fast even load my truck day earlier!!!Doesnt say you have to come back tomorrow thats the way to operate the business
