I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to make a note on here because I wish I knew before I went.There was only one girl working trying to do a million things (bless her, this isn’t her fault at all bc they need more staff.) I called that week to see if they had certain styles that they had on their website and they said they did but when I got there, they didn’t have any of them which was pretty disappointing given they told me 2 days earlier they did. I found a dress I really loved but it was way out of my budget. So curiously I searched to see if I could find it somewhere else and it found it several hundred dollars cheaper.. so they are pretty over priced! Moral of the story is they don’t have a ton of inventory right now, may be because they are renovating or waiting for shipping, and they are pretty over priced. Super great and helpful workers though!! I hope someone finds this helpful.

We have always bought dresses from this store and will continue to purchase here we have tried other local stores but the customer service here exceeds your expectations they truely go above and beyond for anyone The girls there really are knowledgeable and friendly and Mystina will truely do whatever possible along with the owner Cindy to make sure you find what is budget friendly and beautiful also the layaway service is a huge plus. LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have gotten 3 dresses from this place and 2 tuxes and have been satisfied every time. All the staff is so friendly and knowledge about what they are selling to you! I wouldnt go anywhere else to get a dress.

If you make a mistake you fix it. If you cant fix it, you compensate. That is good customer service. You failed to provide good customer service today.

Have gotten tuxedos for my sons and also took my daughter there to get her wedding dress. Amazing experience each time! My daughter found her dream dress there and they were so helpful!

I honestly don’t even think this place deserves one star. I went in today very excited to finally get to try on wedding dress this was my very first time trying on wedding dresses so I was very new to the concept. I brought my maid of honor and another bridesmaid. The beginning of the experience was amazing Kat was very pleasant to work with and I enjoyed her help very much and she even made us hot chocolate. We started looking at dresses and we found some to try on. I wanted my girls in the dressing room to help me put on the dress because that made me feel more comfortable and that was fine until the owner came in and totally ruined my first wedding dress shopping experience. She yelled at my girls and made them leave the room and was very argressive. She treated me like a child and didn’t take me seriously and was just trying to get us out. She made it feel like we were a waste of her “valuable” time. She didn’t take what I wanted in a dress under consideration she just grabbed random dresses some of them weren’t even my size and way too small. When she asked to see my Pinterest board she yanked my phone out of my friends hand. I was very excited to start my wedding dress shopping here because I had heard wonderful reviews but my experience here was honestly very disappointing and I will not be returning. The other staff were very helpful and I was very happy with their customer service, however because of the owner I left very dissatisfied.

My son made a last minute decision to go to his junior prom....like day before decision. I reached out to Cindy for some guidance and without hesitation she said get him here now and we will take care of him. Cindy and Randi and all of her team went above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed. 5 stars is not even close enough to how they performed. My son is blessed to have had their help. When the tux arrived everything was perfect. Cannot thank them enough!! 10 stars!!!

Very disappointed in this business. Ordered a tuxedo for my nephews prom. They received the wrong one in twice. Got it back the 3rd time on the day of the prom. The arm sleeves doesnt fit properly. Not long enough. No one was there to fix the problem. The only one that could was in Nashville at the time. The Jacket was also too tight. Wouldnt recommend this place of business to anyone. Highly upset!

Liked it. Daughter found a dress there, but theres not much of a selection. Also, they dont have a range of sizes in stock for each dress.

Poor business practices...After my fiancé found a dress she liked, she asked the staff what sort of deposit was required. They told her a price, she paid and left. A few hours later, the owner called, ADMITTED that her staff had told her the wrong price and demanded more money. When my fiancé asked for a refund, she was told there are no refunds.So the owner acknowledged her staff had given the wrong information, but refuses to do the right thing.
