We had a great experience. We weren’t sure of what brand we were getting and were shown several within our budget. The salesman (I wish I remembered his name) was very kind and patient with us - he helped make this purchase easier. We chose a California King size Mattress that had to be delivered to the store in a few weeks- unfortunately, it wasn’t in stock. I’m hoping we will be notified ASAP and that I will have great service again.

Jeff was easy to talk to and no pressure at all to buy. He listened to what we were looking for in a mattress and helped us find the right one for us! He did show us other accessories to add that we had thought about, but wasn’t sure which pillow was best. I thought I could get a better price at a mattress store, but the cheapest mattress they had was over 1000.00 dollars just for the mattress. Maybe they have something in back a bit cheaper, but nothing I could sit or lie on. Went to babcock and got a queen size Sealy mattress and box spring for under 1000.00....will never even think about going to mattress firm again.

When I went inside I was asked right away if I needed help. I told Aren I was looking for a adjustable bed frame. He asked some questions and we came to agreement on one. I told him I seen the add in an email and also if I could get a veteran’s discount do to my husband was in the Army. We got everything to finalize and was told next Wednesday I’ll get my new bed frame. I’m so happy.

Wonderful experience with Mattress Firm in Cookeville, TN. 2 visits and salesmen were Shaun and Aaron. After comparing prices in other stores this was the best price we found on a Stearns & Foster set. They made us feel so welcome and were so personable....enjoyed some great conversation. Only negative was that they couldn’t deliver to our home 1hr away so keep that in mind...and a S&F will be a super heavy mattress to setup! But thanks to both for a smooth negotiation. 🥰

Went in and choose a mattress box spring and frame and received a really good deal from an excellent salesman. Just have to wait for it to arrive and cannot get delivery. I havent had a bed since tornado hit our area and will sleep good once it gets here

I initially gave a 5 star review but I had to change my opinion. The initial delivery date was changed the evening before the date. The bed was delivered...then I discovered the under the bed light wasnt working on the right side. The guys that installed the bed put the right side on backwards. Really???? I called and Jeffrey said he would come out this morning to fix it, instead of scheduling an appointment for the guys to come back out. I would have appreciated a confirmation call from him yesterday or first thing this morning but here I will wait until 1130. Ugh.

We visited the Mattress Firm Cookeville store on May 22nd and after careful deliberation spent approximately $3,400.00 for a bed.We were told that due to delays in supply lines delivery would be June 12, 2020.Long story short, after three different scheduled deliveries, July is upon us and we don’t have the bed. We finally were given the option and canceled the purchase after a call from the district manager who informed us that all the texts from local salesman Jeff confirming all the different delivery dates were lies. We still don’t have the bed.I made the trip into town to return the $150 mattress cover Jeff sold us and it was refused per their no return policy, by the salesman in the store. I explained we have no bed to put it on as they had our $3400 for 40 + days so we could not get another bed either. Still. No return given for mattress cover.I called local salesman Jeff who told me he would NOT call a manager to get permission to make the return. He told me I should do it.Mattress Firm held our $3400 hostage for 40 + days repeatedly, in writing, lying about delivery dates. And now refuses to refund $150 for a mattress cover we had no bed to put it on.

Tracy was very nice and polite. I needed a cheap queen mattress for my daughter and told him my budget and he was able to get me into a higher end beauty rest and not some off brand! Stayed in my budget and was extremely helpful and was not pushy like all the other places I have been shopping at.

Mattress Firm was wonderful and helpful. I was looking for a new mattress for my daughter. They gave me a great deal on a mattress in the store and were patient while my daughter tried every matress.

I have nothing but praise for Eric, Tracy and Mattress Firm of Cookeville, Tn! We went to Mattress Firm in Mt. Juliet last Saturday to look at mattresses and adjustable bases and while the salesmen were nice, they didnt want to work with us at all and quoted us crazy prices, even though it was supposed to be a 72 hour sale. I left that store with a bad feeling about Mattress Firm. I called the Cookeville store on Monday and talked to them and you could immediately tell a difference in how they treated customers. We went to the store yesterday just to look and compare models and as soon as we walked in the door, I felt like I was really appreciated for being there. Eric and Tracy were outstanding and explained everything about the mattresses we were interested in and the differences between the mattresses and bases. When he gave me a quote for the same mattress and adjustable base we looked at in Mt. Juliet, I couldnt believe what I was reading! Much better prices and MUCH better customer service!! At the Mt. Juliet Mattress Firm we were treated like they were looking for an easy mark to make a quick profit on. At Mattress Firm in Cookeville, we were treated like friends and family! I would HIGHLY recommend the drive to Cookeville to get a bed! You wont beat the prices and you definitely wont beat the customer service!!

We went into Mattress Firm today just shopping around and we were greeted by Eric. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. We ended up purchasing the purple mattress. We had never heard of this brand but it only took my husband and I both one time to lay on this mattress and we were sold!!!! Came in after the rain after work last Monday night and had to wait on the wife until they about closed but the gentlemen was very kind to us, showed us what we wanted to see which was the purple mattress! Only one in town and wow we left knowing way more about them and have a lot of discussion about which one may be the one we want but we are happy to come back and see tracee when we choose which one we want because they are so many more choices than pillow top or foam anymore.

Helped me understand the differences in the mattresses and what their “color by comfort” system was. Even willing to hold a mattress for me for a couple months until I move in. Even delivering it directly there.
