Had email about soaps on sale and get in there and only one scent available and just a few of them. Not happy, wouldnt have even went if I had known that. I spoke with others about the same thing and they felt the same.

I love how you are letting people abuse the ability to return empty products… who are clearly abusing the way of returning products…. You will probably get your store to shut down and all of you will lose your jobs

Awesome place to buy something for your wife or girlfriend. Theres no chance that they wont like it all women like expensive soap that smells good

The only thing I went in for they were sold out & the lady had no idea without even checking when it would be in. . The store is kept very clean & smells really nice.

I LOVE Bath & Body Works! I live for their candles, but me and a friend were just looking around and definitely felt like we were being watched and followed around by the staff. We couldnt shop comfortably without a worker peeking over our shoulders. Had we not really needed our candles and soaps, we wouldve just left. One of the ladies was nice and helpful and even went to the back in search for a certain smell candle. When youre buying a candle that costs $25(worth it) you dont want to be looked at like a shoplifter! If you go to B&BW dont go in sweats and top knots.. also, try the strawberry pound cake scents!

Great smelling products. Their candles are way overpriced even with the buy 2 get 2 free deal they had going during my visit. Its easy to overspend.

Caught a great sale! I love shopping at Bath and Body Works stores so that I can smell everything! I love the fall scents that are available now! I bought wallflowers and refills.

Was very happy with them . I needed just 1 tub of lotion and they wouldnt sale it to me because it was going on sale on Monday. Wasnt very happy on my part .

My wife wanted Wallflowers. Wallflowers? Like the band? No, like the things that you plug in that make your house smell good. You following me here? Yeah, I had no idea what I was going after. Anyways, almost immediately, a sales associate asks me if I needed help. I didnt catch her name, but she had on an orthopedic boot. I mustve had an I have no idea what Im doing here beacon flashing above my head. Anyways, the heroin to the rescue, she helps me pick out the scents that I needed. Super friendly staff, and more smells than I care to remember in there. Highly recommended if you want to make your house smell nice though.

I really love the wallflowers plugs and fragrances andthe hand lotions keep up with the good work and can you please send me some coupons through the mailbox

Wow the young lady who helped me was amazing!! I believe her name was Kassidee. The sad part is the girl she was working with I believe her name was Destiny. She went in the back and never came back while I was in there. I was their for over an hour and I never saw her again. I hope someone from management sees this because I think it is unfair for one young lady to be doing everything!

The young women who work here have yet to speak to me. Ive been 3 times. Am I too old? Too tall? Too fat? Too ugly? Were they never taught basic manners? The male cashier is the only employee thats ever spoken to me. Three strikes and theyre out. Ill go elsewhere from now on.

B&B is one of my favorite stores ever! The quality is GREAT, the store is always nice..the layout needs a lil work but the employees are usually always there with a smile ready to help you find what you need. However, the 2 ladies working the closing shift yesterday 3/10/19... NOT helpful at ALL! I was shocked! Ive never experienced that in any location from state to state. They heard my cousin and I trying to help each other locate scents, looked our way then continued what they were working on, as if stopping to offer help would make them be there a few mins late to finish their jobs.

This is always my go to place each time I visit town, as there isnt one in the town I live in. That is until this evenings visit. They were having their 3 wick candle for $8.50 sale. So the store was very busy. There were 3 lines and a man sending people in different directions to check out. After i stood there and waited for 5 other customers That got to go ahead of me I was pointed to a register and finally got to check out. My total came to $9 and some change. Not thinking I gave the girl 3 $5 bills which was all the cash in my wallet except for some ones she gave me jingle change back and realized what I had done. Well after her telling me That I didnt give her $15 She had her boss come to me to the register. She told her boss she knows I gave her a $10 billI corrected her immediately and said all I had were $5 bills and $1bills. Well, her boss told me all she could do was, at the end of the night count her drawer and call me if it was over. Whatever, I left my number and waited for my friend to check out. Her total came to $38 and some change well the chasier hit exact change when my friend have her $40. The cashier didnt know how change to give her back and ended up giving her $4.50 Back. We realized this when we got back to the car so my friend just gave me the money that she was given over. Finally this evening, after closing, the store called me and told me they could not give me the supposed $5 I over paid because the cashier drawer came out perfect. Which really couldnt of been but from now on Ill just take my business to Knoxville. Never had a cashier that couldnt count at the store in the mall there.
