I delivered in Rockwood TN, went to leave and my pto wouldnt disengage. Went to place called Peggys Towing in Rockwood, what a joke. 5min worth of time cost me $109.00. So then went to Impact. They met me when I pulled up. Asked me if it was ok they eat lunch. Of course I said yes please. They told me where to go, when they were done, they came out and described what it might be and what they were going to do. Very friendly, very polite, great sense of humor, and down right good people. Would definitely recommend

Great guys, great work. I had a major coolant leak, it was that bad that Loves and TA didnt even know what to do . Got to the shop, within an hour we already knew where the problem was.It took some time to fix it, because of the complexity of the job, eventually the issue was fixed and I got back on the road. Fair price. Thank you guys!!!

These guys know what they are doing. For the last 2 years. I have had issues with the acceleration of our sprinter van. We have had fuel filters changes, to other more expensive repairs that has not worked. I bring it to them and they take care of it like it’s no big deal! Highly recommend !!

Took my truck there twice now. They dropped what they were doing and got right on it (low air pressure alarm under dash and wheel seal leaking). Repairs done properly and quickly while I waited. We left Cushing, Ok yesterday around 6:30 am. Headed for wilmington, NC with the cimmaron association chainsaw team. We arrived in Mt Joliet, Tennessee around 8 pm last night. We stayed at the Tennessee disaster relief compound along with another chainsaw team from Washington-Osage and a mud out team from all over Oklahoma. Got to see some old friends and meet some new ones.We left Mt Joliet around 6:30 this morning and had gotten about an hour or so down the road when we noticed smoke coming from the trailer pulling the skid steer. We got pulled off the highway and into a small station. there wasnt enough room in the parking lot to work on the trailer so we were going to go down the road and find a flat place to work on it. as we started to pull out the tire fell off. we threw it on the trailer drove about a mile down the road looking for a place to work on it. there was a sheriffs officer parked on the side of the road. We asked him if there was a place that worked on trailers back in town. he led us about 5 miles back into town to the Firestone station who didnt work on trailers but the shop right behind them did. so we walked back to the shop called Impact Fix in Cookeville, Tennessee. They had us back into the bay even though they were busy. Told us they could fix it and went to get the parts. couple hours later the wheel was fixed and they checked the other three. We went into the office to settle up. Probably 300-400 dollars. The man looked at us and said, we really appreciate what you men and women do. This is on us. No charge,Not just no charge for labor, they didnt charge us for the parts either! And this is not in a town that we are working in, were still 500 miles away!What more can i say? Thank you Impact Fix!Brent
