Poor poor service not even Worth the one star I had to give to write this post. Paid my moms vehicle off and he says We owe more money. After we asked him how much we owed and he told us that amount and we paid it he’s trying to say we still owe him money Poor service will never recommend this place to anyone. We got the car and it was messed up and he had to take it back for like two months to try to fix it and it never got fixed. If you’re looking for a car I suggest never go here!!!!

We brought a 2003 4x4 Silverado truck about a year ago and my friend bought a Subaru. We have no complaints. Both are still running great.Its a busy crowded junky place but the deals are the best in town. .We would go there anytime we need a good used vehicle. The Owner and help are great to deal with and truthful as can be.

Don’t buy from these crooks , bought a truck he said was flawless and couple days after purchase the transmission went out and now I have to spend 8,000$ more for a remand transmission and further has not returned any of my calls and is hiding from me like a coward , I do not and will not recommend this dealership , don’t buy from them he will promise you everything and never get back with you ... Further is a crook and I know many other people who got screwed over buy him that is why he has many court dates coming up because he thinks he can get away with selling lemon vehicles ... he is a crook and should not have a business because he can and will not spend any money to help his customers out with his knowing of issues with all the vehicles he sells. Stay far away from this crook!.1st off I walked in your place asked if you could give me some information about a truck on your lot your words were its a truck and its for sale(in a very sarcastic way)maybe you were trying to impress the lady that you had sitting on your lap Im not sure. I asked to take it around the block you did not let me instead u said youd take it because you hadnt drove it yet! How could u sell a used truck that you say runs perfect if u never driven it? How do you expect to sell it to me but wouldnt let me drive it? Why wasnt I able to drive it? However I forgive you and wish you and your business the best. #Blessings

This place is a total nitemare. I made down payment they use PayPal I have proof money went through but PayPal put hold on money they want truck back the owner called me names and threatened me and threatened to come get truck. All the guy has to do is call PayPal and they would release his money. I will never deal with this rude scam artist again.

I would give no stars if I could. I went there at 9. The owners was late on a Saturday. I ask for a part for my car. Had to wait on the owner for 15 minutes or so. His guy went to look for my part. In the back. Out on the side. Out front. In the building on a shelf. Another guy started to help him look and immediately found it in the building on a table between the car bays. It worked for my car and we negotiated the price. He wanted cash, so I went and got $75 cash. While I went to get cash, I ask his guy to find a small accessory part, a console tray. I came back paid $75 and offered $5. He wanted $50. (For a plastic coin tray...lol) He said he dont sale $5 parts. I said okay, how much? He said I dont send my guys out to look for and sale $5 parts. I said, I just spent $75. He would not sell me the part. He was not a nice person. They are very unorganized. After they looked all over the lot, the part was found inside the building, if the were organized they would not have had to run all over the lot. He is Very Rude. Dont buy from him!!!

Horrible experience overall, owner was very rude but told me they would pull the part and have it the next day, was not pulled the next day or any other time that I asked, I gave up after a couple weeks and ordered it online. Might as well close up shop if this is the best they can do.

I had a terrible experience with another junkyard. I was told I could come pick up an alternator an I get there an the man doesn’t even have the part he has to order it. So I drove from crossville to cookeville for nothing. Then found out about this place!! This man named Further helped me sooo much he did whatever he had to to find me the part I needed for my car an on top of it he even charged me way less than the other junkyard was trying to charge me. I would very much highly recommend “ALL THINGS AUTOMOTIVE”!!!!! They are amazing people who try to help any way they are able to!! Thank you for your service !!:)

Went there to look at a car they had listed on LSN. It was obvious that car sales was not a priority for them. Had to ask around to find someone that even knew about the cars they had for sale and then had to maneuver through several junkers in order to get to the vehicle. Very disorganized. Hopefully they are better at car repairs.

I have got a few vehicles from furthur more then I can remember and will continue to buy from here!! Have never had a problem out of any all of them still running and are daily drivers!

All Things Automotive in Cookville is more of a rescue and restore vehicle that had been i a disaster like the Texas flood accident and the worst thing about the place The owner is a sly con man who will sale you anythin.I bought a 2001 Jeep from him that he said that would be a so safe in fact you could drive across country with your family,Well i didnt not want to buy the Jeep for the $1.500.00 after i saw it. He priced it to me on the phone but i ask him to hold it for me so i could come down from Knoxville.So i keep my word to but when i got In the office he had his girl to write on the title that i only Paid $500.00 for the Jeep so he didnt need to report it to the state if Tennessee. i knew when i left his lot that i had been taking to the cleaner but on the drive drive back to Knoxville the thick oil he had put it the Jeep got hot and lost all oil pressure and we had to tow the jeep home. When i call him and he admitted he got took on this jeep and he passed it on to me but he agreed to go haft on a engine and his part was $425.00 Well Im stilling waiting. My message to everyone here is to beware of this guy he is a hustler and he is good at it,But he is about get a taste of Karma if the State investigate all Further Holiner operation.
