Went with my son to get his tattoo equipment, left with a big relief. I had no idea there were all natural, EFFECTIVE remedies for anxiety. Max, a very knowledgeable store associate overheard us talking about one of these products and filled us in on the actual facts about it. I trusted what she was saying because of her demeanor, knowledge, and apparent concern. Since visiting, I have not had to take anything else for anxiety or insomnia and thats saying A LOT. When I told my son how impressed I was with her assistance, he told me that everyone there was like that, to which I have subsequently noticed. Great products and outstanding customer service. Im so glad I dont have to always rely on prescriptions for chemicals that have side effects and potential for addiction. Thank you guys ever so much! ❤

I love this place ! My husband and I go here all the time. It is literally a one stop shop, the staff is very nice and extremely helpful. There is also a hookah bar and cigar lounge in the back of the shop with amazing prices. If you are every visiting Atlanta, or currently live here and cant find a great smoke shop.This is the best place to go !

Honestly walking in here I wasnt expecting such informative and humble yet enthusiastic salesmanship from the employees. Selena was immediately helpful and knows pretty much every single product on the shelf. The specs of certain things and the location of the item in the store. The new manager was top notch. All i wanted was a Vape juice as soon as i walk in the door i don’t get any type of acknowledgment saying hello welcome but she looked right at me. when someone else walked in they got acknowledged the cashier lady ends up walking off i’m standing there looking at the juices for about 5 mins looking for someone to help me she finally shows up helping the customers that came in after me i just walked out at that moment . and took my money to juicy vapes where they have better customer service.

Great smoke shop, lots of varieties on just about anything you need. Even has a hookah lounge which is super cool. This is your one stop smoke shop. Sadie was very helpful and let us know about the many different smoke supplies they offer and any deals they had. Definitely will be back.

The selection at Elite Smoke shop is huge with a lot of diversity. The staff there is much friendlier than typical shops as some that I have experienced are stuck up and act like I am bothering them. Every time I go into a smoke shop it seems like there are all these new inventions and new devices that require a degree in chemistry to operate. I know there is a certain etiquette in places like this and you need to be careful how you word things. This can make it a little tricky to ask about what something is or how it works and can be intimidating sometimes. I never once felt like that at Elite and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what pieces went together and how they worked. I can honestly say that this is my new favorite smoke shop. The prices are good and not over the top as some shops in Atlanta are. They offer a discount for first time customers and there might be other opportunities to get an additional percentage off for doing various promotions so ask about that. If you only read the first and last sentence of this review then I will end it with this. Just go there, you wont be disappointed, I am willing to bet that you will discover your new favorite piece and new favorite smoke shop.

Way over priced! looked at pumps yesterday, first ever visit. saw a one that i liked. price online is under $40, their price is $70. i nicely asked the friendly assistant to consider taking $10 off, would of gone a long way of keeping me as a ongoing customer. Nope, the mystery manager in the back who couldnt even come out flat out said No! I was told. Seriously? It would have gone a long way of leaving a good impression on me.. instead, I left feeling they really dont care about customers. If a product is overpriced.. why not make a customer happy? a happy customer returns again and again. Im wont be shopping here!
