I went to Harbor Freight to get a socket for my job, a 32mm. The store was not full of people like in New York where it seems like people are gearing up for a bug out event. The store was short of many of things just like many other stores (walmart). The cashier was very helpful even though I knew what I wanted, I just acted like I didnt know what I was looking for, but she was kind and ready to help. She did say that she would get someone if she didnt know something. This store will be my go to from this day forward.

On a Friday when I went there it wasnt crowed at all. Each aisle have a description of whats stocked there, so when I got there I knew exactly where to go and it was my first time. Each asile is marked for distancing pertaining to Covid19 guidelines. The cashier was very courteous and polite. Thumbs-up to Harbor Freight👍👍

Had to find manager to get service. No one else knew or didnt care. I was there to spend $350.00 . The manager was very helpful, had someone bring item from the back and I made the purchase.

The quality of the tools is poor but the staff are friendly and prices are good.

Although I wish they had a location closer to home. This place is always my go to for inexpensive tools and/or gadgets. Went in yesterday for magnifying headset to finish some repairs on our television and they definitely had what I needed as usual. Didnt get to spend as much time going through every isle like usual, but I will be back. Great selection of items just be quick to arrive when they have a good sell because those items go fast.

I would like to share about Harbor freight Tools in Riverdale G.A. as a member they dont to help u i went there yesterday with a belt sander to change it and when they look it up they told me the warranty was finish from march of this year so i told her to call the manager when manager came she said that she cant help me i told her am a member she dont look on me she said i have to buy a new one i just take op the old sander and walk out the manager dont no how to talk to customers.not good at all

I enjoyed the fact that is wasnt in a busy shopping strip. The store seemed new. Very clean and stocked. The employees, except the cashier who was the only one to speak to the customers, were aloof as usual in and outside of Atlanta.

I live quite far from Harbor Freight and its been a while since I shipped there. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and all the associates were friendly and helpful. I saw lots of new merchandise and bought a new shop light. Will make it a stop the next time in town.

Harbor freight. You either love em or you hate em! Me personally. I love em. You just gotta know what youre buying. Some things will break within the first week of having them. Some things has lasted years. Its always a toss up. But with a lifetime no questions asked warranty and a cheap price, you just cant beat it.

Good selection of quality products at low prices. The Allen wrenches set I bought today looks well made and the price couldnt be beat.

One of the workers at this place was very nasty. I was gonna walk out, but I really needed what I went there to get. The 2nd worker was heaven sent. Very kind, very nice, and very professional. She single handedly turned an easy 1 star rating to a 5 in the snap of a finger.

Love this place. Bad experience with green electric chain saw. So glad I purchased extended warranty. Joker burn up on me.😝😝😪😭 got that tree down what was left since the fall.

Very good place to shop, staff is nice and accommodating, only thing I dislike about harbor freight is everything is sold separately... Buy a electric drill, battery is sold separately so the price of the drill goes up tremendously because you have to buy two items instead of one.

Limited supply on things and deals are only for members. Just because you gave them your info doesnt make you a member I guess. Any sales stock runs out fast so bad anticipation on what their customers need to keep a very limited supply of sale products available. SMH

Say what? HF is amazing! So many deals on the tools and supplies that tradesmen and hobbyists love alike. Can beat HF prices on the stuff that we need to make a living, build and repair or simply occupy our minds fixing or rebuilding.

I visited this location when the pandemic first started. Back then they had just opened and there was very little merchandise to choose from. Im glad to report that their deliveries have now caught up and they are well stocked. Good place to shop for all things tools!

Im always pleased to shop at Harbor Freight. No problem with parking. The prices are very good. None of my purchases have broken yet, knock on wood. I just recommended Harbor Freight to a lady. Ladies you should take advantage and get yourselves some light duty tools like pliers, screwdrivers, hammer, and a cordless light duty drill for those little projects around the house like hanging curtains. Have fun shopping! I highly recommend Harbor Freight.

This location has been sliding for some time now, the stock level is nowhere near as good as it once was, almost always a long wait to check out and the coupons have almost evaporated.

This morning was smooth and easy going through the lines. I went in and grab some Cable Ties. Non was on the floor, so I ask an associate and she went and grab me some from back without a problem. I cannot be left unsupervised in any Harbor Freight. Athens GA Harbor Freight has a friendly staff which is not always the case at other locations. I received a gift card for Harbor Freight for Christmas so I will be able to come back without wifely supervision! I will add you get what you pay for in terms of quality but I have never had a problem with any tools purchased.
