Just picked out my boys first instruments. The staff was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Courtney was the rep that helped us and Patrick the store manager encouraged us to come into the store and I was not disappointed. Can’t wait to start lessons here!

Manager on duty was so helpful. I was in the week before Christma and the item I was looking for was on sale. The following week, I came to purchase and the sale was over, but he discounted it for me anyway. Then proceeded to find me a box to make wrapping so much easier.

I ordered a clarinet mouth piece online and request curbside pickup. The order processed but there was delay. I called the Conyers store. The store manager, Patrick Dwyer, graciously changed the order and mailed the piece to my residence. He went above and beyond to assist. The staff are extremely knowledgable.I recently purchased a Ludwig drum kit with Patrick.He took time to showcase me the product by assembling it directly out of the box which I’m sure is a pain in the proverbial butt. It’s like having my personal shopper.I will definitely recommends this location to my peers.

This is our go to store for music and instruments. Service is always great, staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable! We purchased/ rent to own a trumpet today. It was brand new and untouched, lol. Just wish they carried more trumpets at the store, but thats just life! Try them out!

Music and Arts ain Conyers Georgia is a great place to visit. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They match Guitar Centers coupons which is nice. They are always helpful to look up any item that is not in the store. I enjoy visiting the store periodically just to talk with the staff when I am in Conyers as well as to buy items when I am needing them. I have bought three guitars and they can make any adjustments you need to you gear. I have bought several guitar pedals as well and miscellaneous studio gear. They stand by their products! I recommend anyone that is in Conyers to drop by for any musical needs. Thank you all!

One of the best music place in town!

Went there to buy a pair of sticks for my student and the employ acted as if I wasnt even there and simply didnt care. She wasnt welcoming at all, I didnt even get a simple hello, just a stare. Then when I seen that the product wasnt there I asked if they carried the product she told me if its not there then we dont have it or just look harder and proceeded to talk to who ever she was speaking too.

Buyer BEWARE of unsatisfactory customer service and possible discrimination... Don’t be fooled by the cheerful “welcoming”. After completing the “rent to own” paperwork, I was presented with a horrifying, overly scratched clarinet. Asked for more options to choose from and a particular brand. I was told that it was the last one in stock and it would take a month to locate another. As I proceeded to step away from the deal/contract, MIRACULOUSLY, he offered to check the inventory again. No thank you, attempted to forcefully initiate a contract on a below standard instrument. Went to a different store and purchased a one-owner Yamaha clarinet that appears brand new. New to instrument rental, but is nobody’s fool!
