I had a housewarming event scheduled and it was down to the wire. I couldnt find quality prices to match furniture that was also aesthetically appealing. Robert stepped in and went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I could make a purchase that I would be happy with. He patiently assisted with matching pieces (staging), product/branding review, and fair pricing. The day I was in, the store was fairly busy. I watched Robert single handedly assist several customers and they all received quality service. I dont know If this is protocol, but when my last minute delivery was canceled, he stepped in and took charge. It saved my event, which was scheduled the next day. The ABOUT US on website states Variety is important to us. Quality is important to us, but most of all, our customers are important to us. We are a family based business and we treat our customers like family. I rarely do reviews, but I was treated so well that it was important for me to post mine. I can truly say that I felt like family after my experience. The only thing that I would suggest is being able to see more product available in the showroom. Its likely that more floor space is needed and I look forward to the day when Furniture Loft is able to expand!

I recently bought a dining room table for my kitchen area to replace an older dining table. I am pleased with the purchase: the quality, durability, and usefulness is why I chose it. The payment options seemed endless also.

I really like the new setup that this store offers now. The associate was very patient and helpful. They no longer have used furniture and the furniture they sell is great quality. They also offer credit options that are very convenient and affordable. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to furnish your home.

This store will give you individual attention that you just will not get anywhere else. Their showroom is just a taste of what they offer and they even are developing their own gorgeous handmade furniture! Their farmhouse line is unique and beautiful and they are even going to begin making unique pieces for your pets!

We ordered 4 bar stools on September 1st and was told that they were backordered, but would be in on September 24th. Not only did they not come in, we cannot get any information regarding what date we might get them. We have called numerous time regarding a date. We are aware of the Covid challenges, but the time lines communicated to your customers should be better because when we called, the sales person, Eboni didnt want to give us a perspective date. So we are assuming that we wont receive them any time soon. We were also quoted a price for the monthly financing that was incorrect by the same salesperson. These are issues that should be better communicated by your salesperson because there is no recourse if the customer is not satisfied with the product or service if not discovered within 7 days. I only support businesses with great customer service and even though there is no recourse, we still supported this business. But in the future, I will only support businesses where I can get a refund if I am not satisfied with any part of the purchase and better communication because at the end of the day, I am paying.

I needed some furniture before the holidays to furnish our new home, and visited The Furniture Loft. Found them with a Google search, and I must say I was very pleased with the exceptional service I received. April was AMAZING! Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Ill definitely be returning for future purchases.

Ebony was the best helper. We were there and the whole process didnt feel like a chore l. She told us very specifically what was going to happen and how it worked. I felt that I was complicated in finding things but she never once acted as if it bothered her. I definitely feel this experience was great.

As I walked through the door a guy spoke but it didn’t seem as if he was interested in making a sale because he continued on with what he was doing. I browsed a little and noticed a sales lady sitting and messing with her cell phone so I guess they’re not interested in selling furniture. ✌🏽✌🏽
